Today I went through an unpleasant situation, I scanned some things in that store, and the employee scanned me a box of beer and an eyebrow tweezer, I paid for everything and left the store. When I got to my car I didn't have the beers and the eyebrow tweezers. I returned quickly I could find the eyebrow tweezers but not beers.Immediately asked to speak to the person manager She talked to me that she couldn't see the cameras if you want talked to the police that is outside. I talked with the police he came with me to store and I talked with supervisor. After that he said give me some minutes to check cameras. Fifteenth minutes later arrived a girl I don't know who but she talked to me I checked the cameras I could see that you had the beers, I said her you could show me the video, she said no and I asked her the police saw the video? Who is the police? I asked her, She talked me he left. I said her I need to talk to him because I need to know if the police had been watching the video. After some minutes he arrived and he talked to me that he couldn't do anything because he couldn't do anything inside the Walmart. I feel robbed by Walmart and one authority that can't do anything. After that I returned all products because I felt frustrated whit that situation.

This location has no customer service.Like for real it is closed and no manager or any help whatsoever and zero returns.I’m happy this is not my local Walmart!

I was told to go to a checkout lane because my cart had more than 20 items. So I go to a lane, and this man speed scans all my items. I look over and they're all just sitting there on the counter while I'm still emptying my entire cart. I finally pay and I have to stand there for 5 or more minutes bagging all my groceries MYSELF with ZERO assistance. Why turn people away from self checkout if they have to unload and bag their own groceries anyway?! It took me so long to bag these groceries that 2 OTHER PEOPLE came in line behind me, paid for their items and LEFT while I was still bagging!!!!! (Photo shows 4 reusable bags, FULL of items.) This man didn't lift a SINGLE FINGER to help, despite me frantically trying to get out of everyone's way. Not only such, but the store was NOT busy by any means, yet their cart stalls were all atrociously full (see photo.) You guys must have the easiest jobs in the world, doing NOTHING all day!

The cash register young man was rude. Wouldn't listen to me and help me. Push my groceries that I just paid for to the bagging area. The other customer had to do it, and he kept ringing up other customers. When I wasn't even finished bagging, my groceries didn't offer to help. Just keep taking customers right after me. That's why I normally have my groceries delivered!!!

Only 3 lanes open, Self checkout closed. Lines stretched 20 people back. Also, I understand stocking over night but really could have done a better job than this to allow customers to still shop. I’ve been to Walmart’s that execute better.

This location needs rethought. The management staff should be embarrassed of themselves. Not only are shelves unstocked but it is 6:00 in the evening- right at rush hour. There is not one self checkout open and they have a total of four registers open, trying to keep up with the traffic. Absolutely ubsurd. WALMART- do better.

Pretty decent Walmart. Everything that I was looking for was in stock and easy to locate.I didn't see too many employees, I'm not sure if they are understaffed or I just didn't run into most of them. I was a little concerned about all the cameras but I guess the store has experience thief in the recent past.I just wasn't prepared to purchase reusable bags glad I didn't purchase too much.

I came here to get my tires checked. I've done this before as many other people have to. I have the road hazard warranty on my tires so I come to Walmart. I usually have a good experience and normally, this location is better than most. Not today. Nadir was rude & pretended to not speak English until I said something & then he screamed @ me. I went inside as screemed at and spoke to Curtis, he comes out and I told him all I need was the air in the tires. Curtis came and checked my car and goes back in, then he comes out and tells me that I have to come in and get in line. I have never had to do that. And he said about resetting my tire sensors. My tire sensors are broke and I need new ones however I was not asking for that I was asking just for the tire check. So then Curtis goes back in and says he'll have to figure out what to do and never comes back out. So I went back in took his picture and took Nadir's picture and Nadir says have a good day meaning they were never going to come out. I've been sitting in my car, writing this review, and nobody came back out. Shame on you Walmart, that is horrendous treatment. Especially when we pay extra to have your road hazard warranty. Nadir needs to be fired

Doesn’t open more than like 2 lanes. Plan on being in line for atleast 40 minutes! No kidding! Self checkouts are not open anymore. Avoid this store at all costs and go to Thornton Pkwy

Employees follow me around the store like I am some type of thief. I guess I fit some profile. I'm a homeless man and feel that they look down on me because of this. I have never stolen anything from their store or any other store for that matter. I feel belittled and like I am less of a person because of my situation. Sure there are some homeless people who do you steal from them however we're not all like that and should not be profiled as such. I'm being profiled for shopping while homeless. It's just wrong.

I Went to cash my State check, they claimed the blue pin I signed with was not the correct blue refused my check a told me to go to King Soopers, so I did. To my surprise being a Kroger employee I get free check cashing, thanks Walmart for not wanting to help me you save me money by rejecting my business.

Hard to find what you are looking for and they had only 2 registers open no self check outs and the lines of people waiting to pay was ridiculous they should have had more people on for the rish that happened if you go there good luck don't hesitate to ask a member of stage to help you find when you need at least staff is nice

Walmart delivery from this store sucks I ordered food no body ever showed up I gave them the right address and no body still ever showed up, I called to get them to try to deliver again and she just lied to me no one had any intentions on delivering to me, so I cancel the order I had no more money for food and I did not get my money back on my card immediately thanks to Walmart delivery from this store I had no food. Thanks Walmart for your excellent service. This Walmart in COMMERCE CITY COLORADO SUCKS.DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ORDER. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK UNTIL 7 to 10 business days. WALMART CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY WILL ALSO LIE TO YOU ON THE PHONE AND TELL YOU YOUR MONEY WILL RETURN IN 3 hours and it will not and you will WAIT 7 to 10 days because the customer does not matter no matter how loyal you are to WALMART.

1 star just for the fact is required at least 1...If it was up to me negative stars if possible. Waited 20 mins in line to get diapers for my newborn while self check out was closed. Have to supply your own bags with a long wait period. Ridiculous I will never shop here again

Don’t usually leave reviews but this Walmart needs a serious upgrade. If your cashier needs help what the hell is a flashing light supposed to do when you’re sitting in the office & can’t see that they need assistance. Get some walkie talkies like the other Walmarts. There has to be a different way to communicate in this place. And only one “lead” to help the cashiers. Then you have multiple employees just goofing around with their jackets on bothering the cashiers that are actually working. How about you open up a line so we can all get out of here.

Thank you Chris for giving me the best smile I've ever received at walmart. Everyone is always so friendly no matter which part of the country I'm in. I really enjoy coming in and buying affordable products while I'm on the road. I was really craving for something special and you can find all the good Mexican products as well as other countries that won't be available elsewhere.

Extremely rude staff. Store is dirty, unorganized, and the store is now all self check outs with the excepetion of 4 human operated registers. The self checkout staff is a joke. On a few occasions the staff have ignored me and other customers that were having issues with the self check outs all for the sake of gossip. Hate how things have changed just to squeeze every penny out of every dollar.12/21/22 UpdateThis store is still horrible for service whether it be in store, pick up, or even for services at the tire and lube department. Customer service is still bad. I switched up buying in-store to pick up yet still have issues with getting someone to help me get my groceries to my car. Every single time I'm sent to this store I have a minimum of 30 minutes waiting. You call the check in number and no one answers, leave a voicemail only to get a call back the next day after Ive already went into the store to get my things myself. Pick up service here sucks!Month and a half ago I purchased tires here, and I purchased brand new wheels for the tires. 8 talked to the tire and lube manager before buying the tires if he had experienced techs that could handle mounting the tires without damaging the new tires, he said yes, so I got the tires and had them installed. Worst decision ever, all 4 brand new wheels damaged in one way or another, wheels were unboxed at the store, thankfully I took pictures as the wheels before the install if not I would of had no proof that they messed the wheels up. Made the claim with the manager at the tire and lube department. Walmarts claims department took care of the damages, but it was time consuming.Spent 45 minutes in queue for pick up today. Called more than 5 times to try and figure out what was up with my order. Took 10 minutes after my last phone call to finally get what I paid for ahead of time. Awesome waste of time on my lunch break. Thanks Walmart, hope you do start closing down stores, local owned stores need to be the norm again.

I've received ATV that was clearly opened before because in place of the Samsung manual. There's a onn manual for A TV support. The remote was not in the package and has duracell batteries in it which did not come from Samsung. And the batteries are not supposed to be in it during shipping. I paid for a brand new TV not one that has been handled and opened and has scratches on it and handprints all over the screen. Also the delivery driver did not actually deliver the TV to my house. They delivered it to the house next door and next door did? Not accept the TV. Because? They knew it. Wasn't theirs? I had to call the house that I live to get the person inside to get the TV. I told you delivery driver to knock on the door and he did not knock on the right door and didn't even try to knock on the other door. So I am super disappointed and I want a brand new t v because this t v is not brand new and that is what I paid for.

Needed to do a curbside return ,just pulled up to pickup area parked and let them know I was there within a few minutes an associate was there helping me I was out of there in no time wow what a time saver this Walmart is awesome and lots of parking even handicapped spots convenient 👍😀

Possibly the worst location in Colorado. They refuse to open any self checkouts because of theft but only have 3 lines open at peak hours. Expect the longest checkout time of any location.

I love this Walmart. They are so nice here. Also, the bathrooms are the cleanest compared to any I've been to.
