I have never experienced a more heartless, incompetent, and rude person before. Their pharmacist with blue hair not only is awful at her job, but miserable in every way. Her actions, and refusal to do her job has led to our child being left in pain, with no recourse to get her the medication she needs for an entire day. This has been consistent since her arrival, and has been brought to the attention of both management, and corporate with no improvement… You’ve lost our business, and the business of many of our neighbors as a result of this pharmacist.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tried charging me twice even though I already paid online with the express pay service. That of course doesn't show up when you go to pick up the prescription and the staff are unable to show you how to pull up the QR code to pay in the app (didn't know i had to show one and never got an email with the QR). They just stare at you. Also, the window is never open outside even though there's about 5 of them doing nothing! Definitely changing pharmacies!!!!

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the staff of this store for coming in everyday knowing that they have to survive the onslaught of impossible demands made by rude and insufferable customers. Everyone that has posted a negative review on here should take a step back and maybe try being more understanding and compassionate instead of being irate and intolerable. Maybe people wouldn't be in a bad mood if you tried being nice from the start. I personally give it up to the staff because I wouldn't put up with the customer's this store deals with.

The pharmacy staff does not come back from lunch at the posted time. They should be open for business for the hours they have posted. Why don’t managers care about this? Don’t bother calling the phone number - the person who answers isn’t onsite and has no more information than you.

Hours change when ever staff dictate, now it’s drive thru only and I have 7 cars in front of me! I’m done 17 years with Walgreens and I’m bailing ! I now have 4 more cars behind me. I walk in and the entire thing is shut down except for the drive thru. No signage , people Covid has been over for awhile how come. Every other pharmacy is open when they state etc

This is the worst walgreens. They often close their pharmacy til 4 because they don't have enough staffing. The lines are super long and they never ever answer the phone. Thr latest thing that has happened is now their drive thru is closed for everything but testing.In the time that I've stood in line acting for my prescription I've transferred my future prescriptions to king soopers and written this review. I hope this is thr last time I ever have to step foot in this store again. Only 10 more minutes til I get help. I came in at 1415 on a Tuesday.

I have never waited less than 20 minutes (usually more) to get my prescriptions. The only saving grace is that the pharmacist are nice.If I had the option for a different pharmacy close to home, I would go there immediately.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. You wait over an hour on the phone and they hang up. You come in person and they give you attitude when you ask any questions about your prescriptions. When you CHOOSE to work in a place where people come because they need medication and don’t feel good or depend on medicine, you don’t treat them like garbage. They don’t open their drive through most of the time, and keep the closed sign up. Why run a business if you clearly don’t like your customers. Atrocious!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Waited in line at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes as the first person in line, had no notification that my daughter's prescription needed additional information and they did not have a lifesaving medication in stock. They need to do a much better job training their staff to know how to read their system because over 48 hours earlier I was told it was filled and ready to go. They should really be shut down for incompetence

The pharmacy is a complete mess. You have to wait in the phone for 30-60 minutes just to talk to someone and the lines are always insane. There’s too many patients and not enough staff. Not to mention the hours always change and you cannot rely on going there after 5pm because they randomly decide to close at 5pm some days.

Maybe I am the rare exception, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Walgreens & their pharmacy. I frequent this location’s pharmacy 1-2 times a month and always have great interactions. The pharmacy line can be long depending on the time of day, but I’ve never waited more than 25-30 minutes on the worst days. Often times I come in and there is no one on line at all. I always expect to wait a little bit, given their high volume. Every time I have called, there is minimal hold time and they are always able to accommodate my requests. Once I even came in before the prescription was ready, and they were able to fill it within 10 minutes for me. I haven’t used the drive thru, which may be where a lot of the long waits are from. There has never been an instance where I wasn’t able to pick up my prescription from this pharmacy.

If there was a negative stars option they would be negative 5 rating. My moms medication was sent to this pharmacy and it has been 2 weeks now and they keep deleting the RX. It has been the worst experience ever to get a medication. They temporarily closed for a few days which is very unprofessional and I am sure there is a huge problem that we are not aware of. I called today again and still same issue and my mom til today m does not have her meds. She needs her meds everyday and this pharmacy has failed to do what they are supposed to do.

people keep saying be patient and stuff with the pharmacy but damn they are so rude and completely unorganized. i do not recommend getting your prescriptions here … i finally just switched mine all over to a different wallgreens 🙌🏼

I think the image I attached is self explanatory. Huge lines while just one employee is working. If someone says that they are understaffed, I’d say that the company must increase its wages.

Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Always takes over an hour to get medication. Even when there are 4+ staff in the pharmacy they move so slow and spend a lot of time joking around with one another. This is a great disservice to working parents who can’t spend an hour and a half just to get their meds. Do better!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Over an hour wait every time. Drive-thru randomly shut down all the time during open hours. I called in my pills Friday and here it is nearly Tuesday and my pills aren't ready. But when I called to confirm before I drove over I was told it was filled and in hand. Now it won't be ready for a few more days. Going to a different pharmacy. 0/10

Don’t ever come here for any vaccine appointments. Came here twice and the technician either has no clue how to enter the information in the computer system or find the wrong name. Ended up waited 45” both times for the vaccine. The pharmacist in charge need to do something to be more efficient and not time consuming for the patients

Advertises online they take passport photos. When I went in to ask I was told they normally do but they don’t have a camera. Then I inquired if they were waiting for repairs or getting a new one and got an awkward pause with a “no”

WORST Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have only been using this location since the beginning of the year due to my insurance company no longer partnering with Kroger. Every single time I need to refill a prescription I have to wait on hold for 1-2 hours before someone can bother answering the phone and have them tell me they either don’t have anything in stock to fill my order or they misplace my prescription and magically find it after I wait on hold for another 2 hrs. Biggest waste of space in this neighborhood. King Soopers wasn’t any better and I’d recommend them any day of the week

I can see why this place has such a low rating. This is the closest Walgreens to me & I will not be returning. I paid $60 bucks for 6 small items and the cashier with the red hair that works on Sundays needs to be trained all over again. She didn’t say a word when I came up to her, she scanned my items and didn’t even tell me the total. When I gave her the cash she stared at it for so long I thought something was wrong. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to.

This pharmacy location has gone from bad to worse over the past year. (1) Trying to call them is impossible -- they never answer the phone and after being on hold, the calls get dropped. (2) The line for the drive-through is always ridiculously long and slow. (3) The line at the pharmacy counter is always ridiculously long and slow. I literally stood in line for an hour on Monday afternoon. When it was my turn, it took the pharmacy tech 15 minutes to find my prescriptions -- they were ready for pick up -- she just couldn't figure out where they were located. Last week when I was trying to get some refills (I actually got through with them on the phone after 45 minutes on hold) the pharmacist told me that I needed to bring in a paper prescription because the prescription I had for one of my medications was "too old." I told him that was the most ridiculous thing to ask for because everything was done electronically. He told me it was "not in his control" and that it was a federal law (it's not). I ended up having my doctor reach out to him and they did it electronically. I almost feel sorry for the people who work there -- they all genuinely appear to HATE their jobs. The rest of the store isn't too bad -- it's the pharmacy that needs fixing.

I came to this location for a simple covid test needed for travel (NOT because I was sick). I followed the instructions in the email as directed - go to INSIDE counter and have test performed. I get there and wait patiently as the lady at the front was on the phone - no big deal, I get that. When I tell her why I am here, she tells the pharmacist who proceeds to let me know I have to go through the drive through. Keep in mind I have my 4yr, 2yr and 8m old kids with me. I ask if we can do it at the counter since I am already there and that is where the instructions told me to go. The pharmacist DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE CURTESY TO LOOK AT ME! Then tells me it is to protect themselves. I am following the directions given to me! I then get everyone loaded back in the car and have to wait at least another 25minutes (I am still waiting). Baby is now crying and stressed. All because she couldn't follow her company's instructions. Absolutely awful experience.

Worst pharmacy ever. I was on hold for an hour and 30 mins. They never answered. I decide to go to the store because I assumed they were extremely busy. When I get there there only one car for drive thru and no one inside. The staff was just talking. When I told the pharmacist that they never answered he didn't apologize or anything. The staff takes longer lunches if they please and leave people waiting with no remorse. Seems like they make up they're schedule how ever they want. Hopefully another pharmacy opens so everyone can transfer.

I'm not really sure with the main store but the pharmacy has alot of issues. I've been here several times with my wife and they have been extremely rude to her. Also not having her perceptions. We went there the other day and decided to go through the drive up pharmacy because my wife was ill. After waiting in line for roughly 40 minutes we decided to park and go in because not a single car had been served at this point. I also noticed multiple people had decided to get out of line. So we go inside and mention this and get the excuse that we are short staffed. Not the first time ive heard this from them. We were able to get my wife medication but not without some lip. Being a man that served this country I'm use to waiting and being patient. But I also understand productivity. This manage obviously can't cut it and lacks the knowledge on how to run their staff to be efficient at what they chose to do for a job. How are not going to fill peoples medication that could cause serious issues to a person and not get it figured out in a timely manner?

Used to be a 5 star pharmacy, I'm not sure what happened to the old pharmacist Aaron. Everything ran smoothly before. Now you've been temporarily closed since Thursday, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday and its not clear if you'll open monday. Some of us can't just transfer our scripts without the doctor moving them for us and we all know those offices aren't open on the weekend.So will the pharmacy be temporarily open on Monday?

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called and waited on hold for 1:15 before hanging up. I then called the store manager to talk to the pharmacist ( much faster that way) but Carl answered. Very rude and quick to hang up. He absolutely did not have time to talk when their very own app tells me to call the pharmacy. I will not be back for sure.

Only slightly better than the King Soopers across the street (at least they fill the Rxs when they say they did). I have none of my Rxs on auto refill, yet they keep trying to fill them every single week. I have had to call countless times to have them cancel orders I never placed for drugs I literally just picked up a week before. Getting really old. Do yourself a favor and find an independent pharmacy. That's what i'm going to do.Edit: If you're in Reunion, check out Platte Valley Pharmacy on Prairie Center Pkwy in Brighton. Highly rated...I am currently switching my prescriptions to them.

I would not go to this location ever again. I arrived to get a prescription refilled which would have required the tech to grab a box off the shelf and process it. The tech told me that I had to come back the next day because they had too many prescriptions ahead of me. There were two customers waiting for prescriptions. There were three people behind the desk. I was there 30 minutes before they were to close but it did take about ten minutes for them to come to the counter. It was very apparent that the tech was more focused on leaving on time then the health of her patients. I spoke to the manager who all but yelled at me.They are listed as closed. Maybe they should be.

The pharmacy is very slow and disorganized. I have a sick child who can’t hold down food and the Dr sent the prescription for her stomach at 3pm and I went to pick it up 3 hours later and they hadn’t even reviewed the order yet! Very disappointing!** update ** it’s now been over 24 hours since the Dr sent the prescription.. still has not been started! My kid has not been able to eat for 2 days now! Had to call the doctor and sent her medicine elsewhere.. I highly recommend if you have an emergency prescription do not take it to this pharmacy!
