Picky pup LOVES this food and we do, too! We recently transitioned our GSP/Great Dane mutt from a "boutique" kibble brand to Raw Dog Food & Co. Our dog is a spotty eater and would go a day or so without eating dry kibble, even with toppers. After the transition, we don't have this issue. Our dog's energy levels and bowel movements have made a marked improvement. Home delivery & comms with the company are excellent - food is on-time and always frozen. We're currently feeding Beginner's choice, turkey HVM, and some green tripe. All have been well-received by our dog and we intend to try more adventurous meals. The food is more expensive than kibble, but worth the investment for our dog.

I started my dog on this raw food about 1 week ago, and so far it has been great! The ordering process was easy and even the feeding process was easy. We switched her raw turkey and she has handled it great so far. I have only tried the chicken blend and my dog can't seem to get enough of it, she seems so much happier to eat her food where previously on her kibble she would pick at it and we had to mix wet food just to get her to eat it. I would definitely recommend this company, the entire process has been easy and and my dog loves the food.

The highest quality raw dog food you can buy from a wonderful and compassionate company. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from their customer service to how they operate their business. They have gone out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. I moved to Denver almost 2 years ago from out of state and was fearful I would not be able to find the same high quality raw dog food I was feeding my two kiddos back home. Raw Dog Food and Company has completely met my very high expectations and I would never feed my dogs anything else. We are lucky to have them.

I’ve been purchasing from the raw company for more than a year and a half and it’s been a very good experience. I’m so grateful they come to my local area where I can easily pick up my orders. And I get too excited every week to see Yappy Hour!The people are kind and helpful, Becca is the nicest lady that is often there on my pick up days, I’m always happy to see her. And I’ve received multiple helpful customer service experiences from the team and the owners theirselves. It matters and overall I’m very thankful I have access to them because my two pups are very healthy, full of thriving energy and good lean weight. I wish I could more easily convince everyone that it’s the best. It’s a fairly big commitment, both cost and time, but the results show, and they have a lot more variety for the value than a lot of other places.

Can't say enough good things about their food and customer service. I first found raw food feeding when my Great Dane got sick and a diet change was needed. The people at raw dog food and company made the switch that much easier. They stopped coming down to Colorado Springs on Wednesdays and give a discount for those of us needing Wednesday deliveries down here. They didn't have to do that and it's amazing. The food always arrives frozen and well packaged. I had an issue with 1 delivery, which was not their fault at all, but they were quick to get it resolved. Their customer service is top notch. Hudson loves their food, especially the rabbit and tripe.

I've been using this company for years. Good quality and knowledgeable blend of raw dog food. As of the start of 2024, they raised thier prices per pound along with the shipping prices. If you order thier max 80 lbs of food you used to get a shipping discount. Now it's $101. Unfortunately, I will have to start looking around for a new company to do business with.

We got our little guy Ruger 5 years ago and have been purchasing from Rick and DeDe ever since. We used to live in Colorado and were able to meet weekly for food pickup, at the same time we were moving, Rick and DeDe started shipping. We order each month from them and the food always arrives frozen and quickly. We couldn’t be more grateful for a company and people that truly care about customer service and our pup. From the quality of the food to the customer service, Raw Dog Food and Co Colorado is the absolute best! I recommend them to anyone that has made the switch to raw for their fur baby. Chance has been eating raw since 2020 and has quite literally been reverse aging. He is turning 11 this year but he still has the energy and mobility of a puppy, all thanks to his nutrient dense raw diet. I know without a doubt that this company is extending and improving the quality of life for my fur babe. I rest well knowing I am providing him with the best nutrition possible! It doesn’t get better than a grass-fed raw diet of organ meats and bones and saturated fat. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

These people are absolutely amazing and awesome. They go out of the way to make sure you have your food for your dogs. I accidentally hit the wrong date for delivery of my order. I was completely out of food and I called them on a Saturday afternoon and he made sure I received my food on Sunday. Home delivery. Love these guys.

Best raw dog food company! Always ship fast and product is super cold and frozen! I’ve ordered from different companies before and some ship with product half way thawed! I fed my dogs primal raw for a while and they stopped eating. I ordered the wolf run with tripe and rabbit with tripe and my dogs LOVED it! They lick their bowl squeaky clean again!

I was introduced to Raw Dog Food and Company by a friend. I was always interested to move my dogs to raw food but with so much information out there, I was overwhelmed and not sure which source to trust. Given a strong reference, I went to the Raw Dog Food and Company web site, where they presented a ton of useful information and I learned a lot. The ordering process is simple and straight forward. You can go pick-up, get it delivered, or meet the truck once every two weeks at a certain drop-off location.I choose the drop-off location as it is close-by and easy access for me on Saturday mornings. What I find impressive is that the truck and driver (and the cute co-driver pup!) is ALWAYS early and never late. He is always there with folding tables and the boxes lined up and organized for the people to quickly pick up, which is VERY appreciated especially during this pandemic.My dogs have been on their PMR raw diet for over a month, and I am extremely happy (and so are the dogs!). They come in 2lb tubes and you can order individually or in boxes. Very high quality minced / ground 80/10/10 mix and you can choose a variety of meats.I cannot recommend Raw Dog Food and Company enough! Thank you!

I've been feeding raw for quite some time and came across Raw Dog Food and Company a handful of years ago living in Colorado. I've always been impressed with delivery, food quality, customer care, etc. I wish I could give more stars honestly. I recently moved states and introduced a new puppy to the home. There was a hiccup that was out of mine and their control with shipping and not being able to get our package. I was a little stressed about the situation (my dog needs to eat still lol). I reached out knowing they probably have a lot on their daily plates, and explained the situation, just hoping for some perspective on what I should do. To say I was blown away by how amazing their response was would be an understatement. The most EXCEPTIONAL customer service with this company. Incredibly compassionate and very hands on. I was impressed before, but nothing could shake my loyalty to this company now. Most professional experience I've ever had with any company across the board. So grateful for all you guys do to help us keep our babies strong and healthy!

We are very pleased with the raw dog food. They make it easy to navigate what seemed to be a complex process. The variety is amazing and the ease of ordering and choice of pickup or delivery is great.Our puppy gets so excited for his food and has been eating raw since we got him at 8 weeks. This company is amazing. We put our dogs on raw food because one has food allergies and one is older. Our senior dog was having some stomach and kidney issues and we thought for sure she was nearing the end. We started her on raw food just before Covid but it was the raw you buy in the boutique pet food stores. She was doing better, but our other dog was having food sensitivity issues. We heard about The Raw Dog Food Company from our vet and decided to give it a try. We have been buying from this company since about May/June and the impact on both dogs is noticeable. Our older dog has more energy and is moving around so much better. The staff are extremely accommodating and so nice! They really care about your dogs’ health. We just stopped by the warehouse to pick up our order and realized we had selected a different location/day for pick up, but they were able to fulfill our order today. I absolutely love their way of keeping their costs down by eliminating the retail aspect of it. Amazing quality for a great price! Raw dog food and company is one of the few companies left that is all about customer service. They go way above and beyond great customer service. They are superb. The owners and the people that work with them are some of that most personable people I’ve ever met. The product is just as good as the service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We started our raw journey May 2021 and found this supplier shortly after. We've loved the products and conveince it offers us as well as the variety.They are always super friendly when picking up our orders. Pick up is always prompt as well. So far my two boys (Loki-German Shepherd/Lab-5 years and Kain-German Shepherd-1 year) have done really well with everything from Raw Dog Food and Company. We have fed quite a few blends from the menu and havent had any issues.I do wish the fish was offered in a ground form though as blending it into fish paste at home is quite messy and time consuming. My dogs have no idea what to do with a whole fish. My older one shakes it all over the yard and my younger one picks it apart like a picky cat. *shrug* but they eat it once I grind it up.Overall great company that I plan to continue working with on my dogs nutritional needs!

Great owners and people. Every person here is very responsive to any questions I have about delivery, nutrition, advice - whatever is need for our dogs. They are very knowledgeable and practical about nutrition and resourceful for finding answers to my dogs issues. They are very accommodating. They have helped deliver food in snowstorms or when my schedule would not allow me to pick up food in time for my babies.The raw dog food itself is very affordable. We have 4 dogs on it, 2 red healers, rotty mix and a Maltese. Each one has made an improvement in there health and demeanor.I would never go back to kibble!! I own a local pet care company and am very familiar with all the problems people have with kibble and canned "dog food." This company is the answer and I cannot recommend them enough. Rick and Dede are incredibly knowledgable, helpful and responsive! The food I get from them is wholesome, organic and high-quality. They have been very accommodating in handling my late orders (as I became familiar with consumption and re-ordering times). MOST IMPORTANTLY - I noticed an almost immediate change in my dogs' health and vitality. Plus, my dogs now have a healthy and hardy appetite and absolutely savor and enjoy meal time. Their website videos, research and resources are top notch and instrumental in my education and decision to move - forever - to raw. I highly recommend this amazing company!!

We just decided to switch our dog food to raw after our 9 year old English Cream Golden was diagnosed with lung cancer. Our 9 year old German Shepherd gets the benefit of this change as well. We are only a couple of weeks into the diet change but they love the food. Our shepherd had gained a little meat on her ribs so we need to maybe tweak the amount or up her exercise, but she seems happy and has never been more excited about feeding time. Our Golden is having a slower transition to the raw diet, mostly because he underwent surgery to remove a lung lobe and it seemed like a lot of change at one time. He’ll be fully integrated in another week or so.I opted to pick up at the warehouse and the gentleman who helped me load the food into the car was kind enough to listen to our situation with cancer and share his experience with his dogs. He also offered me a book to read about the benefits of the raw dog food diet and I’ll pay it forward when we’re done reading it 😊 the meat logs come frozen and luckily we have a separate freezer to store larger quantities so we aren’t picking up too frequently. The food seems to be high quality and our vet recommended starting with a mix of Turkey and beef that contained organ meat. It looks like they have a huge variety to choose from and we will likely incorporate some fish variety down the road. So far a great experience and I wish we would have known earlier since it has such great health benefits. Might have saved ourselves a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
