Dr. Solimon has been our vet in aurora for many, many years. She has taken care of all our dogs. Recently, we moved to Southern Brighton and I was looking around the area for a vet with good reviews. Imagine our delight at finding her second location so close by. Best Vet in the area! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t give Dr. Soliman enough kudos. I still remember the first time I met her, I believe it was 2017, and she was simply gracious. When she met me, she just made me feel so good to be at her clinic with my babies. One of my three babies is currently ill and we’re having to do the sub q fluids. Dr. Solomon always makes sure I understand what is happening. She has even called me back on a day when the clinic was closed. I honestly don’t know what I would do if I had to find a new veterinarian. I hope to be able to bring my babies to this clinic for many, many, many more years.

I have a 14 year old cat who has slowly been going downhill for the last 2 years. I was taking him to another vet and everything they did just wasn't working. I decided to take him to Pets R Us and let me tell you, I have my cat back! Dr. Soliman thought outside the box and discovered he had really bad hips. My other vet never even checked his hips. He is now on life-long medication and has his quality of life back. No more sleeping all day in the basement, instead he is spending time with us again. I can't thank Dr. Soliman and Pets R Us enough for giving us our kitty back!

We have 4 dogs from 8 weeks to 15 years old and somehow they all manage to get into some trouble and need to go to the vet and we have been bringing them all to see Dr. Soliman since 2021 and we cannot say enough great things about her and her staff. They are all so kind and caring and take great care of all of them. I appreciate how they want to manage costs as much as they can, but also know when something is important and needs to be done. We are so lucky to have them as our vet and are so grateful for their great care of our dogs!

We submitted a claim to the pet insurance company for reimbursement. The pet insurance company asked for our dog's vet records. Since she was only seen at this vet a handful of times, this should be a simple request, right? Wrong. We have called Pets R Us at least 15 times over the past week to request our dog's records. The same person picks up the phone, makes an excuse as to why they haven't been sent, and then tells us they will be emailed shortly. We have still not received our dog's records. I've called 6 times today and haven't had anyone pick up the phone. Their website says they are open. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to send over dog records. I understand everyone is busy but our dog probably had 5 - 6 visits total at this vet. Pet insurance has also reached out to Pets R Us and requested records but no luck yet. Incredibly frustrating.(***UPDATE 03/21/2024***)Per Pets R Us request, I have sent a text and email requesting these records. Yes, staffing shortages can happen which I understand. In your response, you mentioned you had a staffing shortage on the day I called. Has there been a staffing shortage every other day I have called? It probably took 10x as long to write a response to the review than it would to just simply send our pet's records to me. To date we have:- Called nearly every day since last week.- Pet insurance has called.- We requested records via text.- We requested records via email.- We requested records through your website.What else can we do to have you send us 5 months worth of records?

Dr Soliman and her staff are GREAT. Just recently changed vets for all 3 of our dogs. They have now seen all of them and we cannot say enough about the experience that we had. Very loving towards our pups and what they need. Would recommend to EVERYONE that has a pet.Thanks for taking such good care of our kids ladies.

Dr. Soliman and staff have taken care of our pups since we moved from TN. They have been wonderful to both of our dogs. Clio was a challenge in many ways and they made her feel secure helped us thru difficult diagnosis etc. The only reason for 4 stars is that we would like to be able to go in with our dogs but I know that changed for many clinics since Covid. They are great people.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Pets R Us with my dog Shadow. Despite calling in for an urgent appointment, they were able to accommodate us promptly. Dr. Soliman was absolutely fantastic; their expertise and care were evident from the moment we walked in. Shadow received top-notch treatment. I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care.

When we first moved to Commerce City a few years ago we were going to another vet in the area and had a bad experience. Since then we have been going to Pets R Us and we absolutely love Dr. Soliman and her entire team. They have taken extremely good care of all of our pets for annual check ups as well as some emergencies.They are always so accommodating and great with communication. Our pets are likely family and we have high standards for their care. Dr. Soliman and her team treat our 2 dogs and our cat like their own and we trust them entirely.We cannot recommend them enough!

I'm so glad I brought my cat here. The staff is very kind and understanding, and they made sure to work with my kitty until we knew what was wrong, and were very active in treating her. The doctor I worked with kept me informed, and even sent me photos so that I could see what needed to be done. Exceptional care.

My cat was diagnosed with glaucoma and needed tests run for blood work before surgery. Dr. Soliman and her team were very caring and helpful with explaining all the procedure entailed and were great with follow-up visits and calls. Will be my go to vet from now on.

This vet is great!! I have taken 2 of my pets there for several years and have always been so happy with the way they treat my angels and me!!! They were so kind when my oldest passed away and they now take care of my other dog one day a week while I work. Can’t thank them enough!!!

Dr. Soliman and team showed such compassion for our sweet Roxy (13 yrs old) who was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer. She went above and beyond to care for Roxy and try to extend her quality of life. I'm grateful for the extra time and care she gave us all.

The Doctor and the office staff are wonderful people! They genuinely care about our dogs. The office is clean and sanitary! There is nowhere I would rather take my fur babies!We had to have surgery for 2 of our dogs Dr. Solomon and her staff are exceptional.Sitting in the parking lot waiting for my Daisy to be done, Vet Tech pulled up to go to work but before she walked into the office she went to every car to make sure every one who was sitting outside had been helped. That's the kind of service that makes this place special.Both of my dogs have recovered from their surgeries without any issues.We love Pets R Us!

We've been seeing Dr. Soliman and her team for three years. Both pets have on-going medical conditions that require attention to details, including one with special needs. Dr. Soliman and her staff have always been very professional and willing to answer/clarify our questions.Although they have a hand-off policy at the front door, we've never been uncomfortable. Our dogs always come back as happy as they were going in. Dr. Soliman has a very good reason for continuing this policy.We've never experienced any of the issues outlined in the negative reviews associated with this business.

We made an appointment to drop off our dog on 12/29/23 at 12:00PM. When I arrived at 12:00PM on the 29th, I was told that my appointment was for 11:30AM and they could not take my dog that day but I could bring him the next day. I was surprised and assured them that we had scheduled drop off at 12:00PM and did not understand why they could not take my dog. They told me because other dogs were being dropped off. I then asked for clarification, “like, another dog has taken my dog’s spot?” They said, “Yes, but you can drop him off tomorrow.” I told them tomorrow didn’t work for us because we were going out of town on the 29th. They told me, “We have a very strict policy, even if you’re late 5-10 minutes.” I reiterated that I was not late but that I wish I knew their policy ahead of time. They then offered, once again, to take my dog in the next day. I called my wife and let her know; she then called the place. Within minutes my wife called me and said, “They’re coming out to get him.”When they came to get my dog, they gave me several forms to fill out (a couple were redundant in asking for the same information), including asking for a credit card number which made me uncomfortable. I filled them out and listed myself as the contact. When they took the forms for me, they told me they’d call me wife about my dog’s assessment.When I got home my wife informed me that they had called and apologized. It strikes me as odd that they would call her and apologize but not express the same sentiment to me (whom they owed the apology to).When I picked up my dog, they asked me for my credit card. I asked them to use the one on the form I filled out. They went inside, checked if they had it, came back outside, and said they didn’t. So I provided them with my card and shared with them that I had been uncomfortable when filling it out on the form. They told me they destroy the forms. I do not feel confident that they do but if they do destroy them, why ask us to fill them out?The intake and outtake process left me concerned that there was little attention to my dog while he was there. Our dog was with them for 4 nights and they didn’t share a report of any kind about how he had done.

Right off the bat, I hate that I can't come inside to be with my pet during visits. I PLEADED with the vet to only offer treatment/exams that wouldn't cost more than $300. When I got a call from the vet, we had a great conversation on the phone about treatment, diet, and plan to help take care of my canine. I liked Dr. Solimon a lot.The front desk girls seemed to be nice when I dropped my dog off, but the reception on their phones were terrible. Continuously cutting out, call drops, and poor communication. The front desk spoke too fast and seemed to sound as if they were across the room on speaker while breaking down costs to me whereas any other calls I took were crystal clear. One girl said everything would cost $340 and I said that was okay. After understanding that my dog would go home with antibiotics, topical medicines, an allergy shot and a nail trim, they said they would call when my pet was ready....I waited for two hours until I started to worry what was going on. I called back to see if my pet was ready yet and they said "oh yeah, you can come get him now"Thanks for making me wait that long!The girl came out of the building handing me 6 individual products with no bag, expecting me to shove everything in my pockets, no receipt or invoice, no break down of today's visit of what was found or performed...just a "I'll take your payment now"She comes out to tell me my card declined and that I'm being charged $730 for the visit. I CANNOT PAY MY RENT NOW. I told the vet and the front desk SEVERAL times that I couldn't pay more than that $340. The front desk girls snaps at me with an attitude saying that she told me the final price on the phone and that my phone was the problem if I couldn't hear her. Not only were you extremely rude, but also didn't offer me ANY solutions to help me financially like the doctor offered.I realized I was charged for items I didn't receive, half of my dogs nails are not trimmed, and ALL the medications I received from this vet are found online from $7-9 on Chewy whereas I was charged $20-$60 for individual items at this vet.Not only could I have saved $200-300 on these medicines, but I had to finish the nail trim at home that they left undone. I called to get a refund on an item and the lady didn't even process it. I don't even want to bother calling back for my money. Horrible experience that's caused tremendous stress for me and my family.Get your printer fixed for customers who need their information and paperwork. Get better customer service receptionists. Invest in a new front desk phone....I know you can afford it from the $300 you upcharged. Such a disappointing experience because I really appreciated the doctors knowledge and demeanor. Pets R Us has taken care of all my pets. Even more so as of late. They are beyond wonderful and friendly. Communication is above expectations. They call with updates, price estimates, cost so far and also will help with any questions you have no matter if it is before during or after the visit. Dr. Solomin and staff are wonderful. Very helpful and kind. My 2 pups, Milli and Roger, LOVE going in for their vet visits. They get treated really well and I am always satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Solomin is great and has helped my family and I out many times over the years with multiple pets. I enjoyed this vet appointment so much. I’m so used to expensive vet offices and high pressure to purchase or “guilt trip” you into txs or procedures, but not here. Very affordable and they work well with you. I dropped off my dog, know he was treated with love and care, got offered tx plans and prices over the phone and was able to pick and choose according to my budget and their professional recommendations. I will definitely be back in the future!

Great Dr and great crew! Couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood vet!!!What an awesome group at Pets R Us in Commerce City! The dr. and staff treat you and your fur family like their own. I have never felt that the prices were high or questioned the reasoning behind a diagnosis or treatment plan. Dr always explains to the “t” why and how. Love it. You actually walk away with a feeling of relief that everything is good and your family (furry ones) are in good hands
