If I could give them zero, I would. We ordered flowers for family that had lost a loved one. I received a call on the day of delivery that they did not have the flowers I ordered and asked if they could choose. I said yes just please make sure they get them. The day after supposed delivery date, received an email saying that they would be delayed and I needed to call. When I called, they told me that the next delivery date would be almost a week later. Are you kidding me? ZERO STARS.

Excellent service! Made a floral purchase and delivery over the phone. They were great in helping me with the selection and adding some bakery cookies to the order. Very fresh flowers were delivered and lasted a long time! Thank you!
