We went into The store to purchase a few items, one of those items being a Pepsi for $1.50, after purchasing our items we went out to the vehicle, put the Pepsi down on the dashboard to be able to climb into the vehicle and the Pepsi began to leak on top of the dashboard.. So we went back inside the store that we literally just left and asked both employees if we could exchange the soda because it leaked on the dashboard, an their response to us was they don't recall it being open when they ring it out, and that it wasn't leaking while it was on the shelf!! INSTEAD OF SAYING yes ma'am go grab you another soda. We apologize for that... And to top it off there was no other Pepsi bottles on that shelf... Probably why it was the only one because the last customer probably put it back because it was open... I hate going into this store... All their employees are so rude and the store smelled really bad like throw up or something like that....

This store has been a mess in the past. I refused to shop here because of this.Well to my suprise the store looks great!!!!! The ladies have been working real hard on getting the store cleaned up and it shows.Good job family dollar staff, keep it up you're doing great!!!!!

The nasty lady with the tattoos on her face is terrible... has no business in customer service I stopped shopping here because of her she seemed bothered to stop her smoke break to assist you and always had a terrible attitude answering simple questions her service disgusted me and I assumed that was the best of Family dollar until I went to another store in my city. I am amazed on how great the other store was. Don't think I can shop here again. Consider another store or the family on72nd

Very unpleasant experience. A clerk was incompetent and failed to remove a security device from socks I bought and some alarm went off and the whole store was watching me as some thief. One clerk helped find the issue and a third clerk, a woman with tattoos on her face didn’t even try to find out what happened, she just stopped what she was doing and came and stood directly behind me as I was back at the register to check on the situation. I felt like she was going to assault me over the socks, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome and will not likely return.

They are not a good location. I have given them my business for a while now and they refused a transaction because they refused to listen to me. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL REFUSE A SALE WITHOUT LISTENING TO YOU!!! I am leaving every bad review I can.

The employees at this location are friendly and know where my items are that I'm looking for. Amy the store mgr.(I don't know for sure if she is or not) is so helpful every time I'm in there. Over all I rate this Dollar Tree to the others I've been in a 9 to 10 rating.

Yes, I applied for job . I got called for interview from manager, Danielle .It seemed interview went fine because she did a u.a on me . I passed so why she gives no no replies and when iv gottn ahold of her all of sudden she's going on vacation!!!?Still they have hiring signs in florescent orange and by walking in the store you can tell that they are short staffed. Maybe should consider new management because one shouldn't take vacation if she can't keep or hire staff and keep the store stalked and shelved instead of carts with products everywhere!!!!.There are some People that really need jobs and management like Danielle being picky and choosey make it hard..

Bought a puppy toy and gave it too my girls and mind u there only 8 weeks old and the tennis ball on the toy was dry rotted and my girl almost died i found her choking on a peace of the rotten tennis ball i had too stick my fingers down her throat too remove the peace.. ( BEWARE OF THE DOG CHEW TOYS AND PLAY TOYS)

I've been here 3 times and all 3 of those times were positive. The cashiers were always nice and friendly minus one of the workers I asked for help had a slight attitude, other then that was a good experience

The people that work at family dollar are underpaid for the work they have to do, but yet that doesn't bother them. They are very helpful and just remember give them a smile, after all they work with the public!

There website says they are open until 10:00pm but I've showed up at 9 several times and the doors are locked and the employee just looks at me threw the door. Maybe they should change there signs if there gonna close at all 9.
