Manager is a creep!! Very patronizing to women when talking.. The way he's greated me and women when I was in the store is right out creepy. "Hiiiiii girls" is not the way you you great older women OR younger wome! WOMEN PLS go to the other store.... #creepo

Be sure to check sell by dates, especially on hot dogs, sausage,bacon and eggs. Twice l bought meat products that were 5 to 7 days past. I learned that the hard way, got sick.

A better dress code should be put in place for employees. During our visit a young lady checked my family's items out, as she rang up our items her shirt kept rising up more and more making it so we could all see her belly and belly piercing. She did not pull her shirt down until we were ready to walk out of the door. Although she was nice her work attire was very innopropriate.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I live near the one on 64th & i drive a little out of my way to shop here... Chris and his staff are absolutely amazing the customer service and the way they greet you is so welcoming I really love shopping here for my essentials. I had a bad encounter with the cranky face tattoo lady at the store on 64th Ave awhile back i was hesitant to shop at family dollar again it is so refreshing to see that this storehas respect and value the customer! Thank you!! I will be back

I was trying to buy a padlock. They didn't have any on the floor but a staff member helped me look and went to his manager when he couldn't find it. They both checked the back room since a truck had recently arrived. In the end I left empty handed but the staff was excellent.

If you haven't been here in 2023, this one is under new management now. Greatly improved. It's still Family Dollar, but new and improved.They always have what I'm there to buy and usually it's on even further discounted sale! At this location the store is very clean and organized, staff is really helpful and friendly.Edit. This store has had it's issues but whenever it got bought by dollar tree and they added a couple of competent people to manage AND additional staff this location has improved 100%. I've worked at several Family Dollars in different states so when I say, this store has improved, I know what I'm talking about. Give them another try if you'd like convenience and better prices then the local mega stores, AND better service.

The manager at this is store is rude. I lived in the neighborhood for over a year, and was at this location nearly daily some data multiple times. I bought some headphones that didn't work and when I came to return them, she immediately walked through the aisles complaining about how she wasnt going to do my return before she even saw my face. As much money as I have spent in that store. I will never go back.Just rude

I had the worse experience at this store! I called corporate! The store was trashed! Boxes and clothes thrown in the 3 uses I decided to go down and WA unable to get my cart through! Orange sale tags were on some items with no prices so my mom asked how much the item was and the black girl named Erica got snoody with my mom and was VERY disrespectful! Oxidant know this till I was u in line when my mother told me, I also had a few items that were blank tags on them so I asked the same cashier and she just went ballistic! I told her if she didn't like her job which is Customer Service then she shouldn't be working dealing with customers! She yelled demanding us to get out of her store! I said no and asked for a manager.... She threatened to call the cops! I said call them, a manager then came out and she was talking over me and I explained to the manager and she apologized and rang me up.

The manager was very rude. I had my 8 month old granddaughter, and I purchased 8 bags of items. I asked if I could take the cart out due to the fact I had the baby, thehe manager looked at all my stuff and my granddaughter, laughrand said no, because people.like to steal carts and take them to the scrap yard. I took the cart out anyway, and when I took the cart back in I told her to shove it up her ***!!

I rate this place low because they don't have a restroom that my kids can use. So you have to drop everything you want to buy and leave. I went in there one day to buy cleaning supplies, which is cheaper I like that, but anyways I got a bag of pretzel bits and noticed a chewed hole in the bottom of the bag. I went back and got other one and noticed mice turds and pee on the shelf. I went up and told the cashier and she said " I know that" Gross.

Family Dollar has some good values. The store is small and packed with stuff that can make for a really unpleasant shopping experience. The store is also kind of dark. It's never very busy though so that helps.

The lights were all of looked like the store was closed. They went happy to see someone get out the car and check to see if the store was open. If they don't wasn't to work find another job.

Watch out for the tall skinny blonde she don't honor her prices ... Instead of taking the sale she'll stand there an argue with you when the price is hanging there in her face!! And then they'll throw you out...!!! Very rude employee's!!!

This place is always closing earlier then they say they are open. The employees always seen over worked and stressed out. They do not seem to be happy with there jobs as if corporate/upper management demands a lot. It is always messy and disorganized.

I was purchasing an item and the price on the shelf was3 dollars.it rang up as4 dollars.I told the clerk that the price was 3 dollars advertised on the shelf.she said that everything was going up due to the increase of minimum wage and the price is 4 dollars no matter what it says on the shelf.so I didn't buy the item and will not shop at the family dollar any more.I will just go over to Wal-Mart.at least if it's priced wrong they will adjust it

Horrible place to go very ride tall old lady rude and I'm always getting racially profiled with my son when I go in there. I get followed around but my husband who isnt black doesn't get followed around
