I go to this store 3-4 times a week. This store has everything. It's pretty clean and everyone there is very nice and helpful. I stock up on munchies and pantry items. Easy to grab a last minute present.

Worst DG ever that place is disorganized can't keep help don't want to pay there employees a fair wage. Just went up there they got a post board on the door saying Sorry for the inconvenience we are closed at 5pm not 9pm. Well sorry if it's cold out get to work or snowing if not get more help just don't close early because y'all want to how are y'all supposed to make a profit by just closing at random times y'all can't make a profit like that. They need to close this location down and remodel it and hire better MGs and staff whom will do the job right.

Beyond ridiculous that the hours say that it is open until 9 PM. However, this store is always closed at 5 PM with a makeshift sign posted on the door that says sorry for the inconvenience. We will be closing at 5 PM. Thanks management. This is almost every single day, and it is absolutely ridiculous

Thank you for the smiles and for having what I need . The honey roasted whole cashews were not overloaded with sugar but rather sweet hints of honey and they were only 1.25. Also for the same price you can get the tropical mix and other varieties you will want to grab several.

Better off going to family dollar for the service , can't even take there carts to the door . Or manager will try to fight you. Nor do they have bags to purchase to put your items in. Lines to the back of the store and no employees to be found for 10 minutes probably in the back doing drugs.

I WAS going to this store about 3 times a week, I needed to use the restroom and found that they had restrooms that required keys. I asked the associate to use the restroom as a paying customer and she informed me that they do not have public restrooms in that store but don't have any posted signage, last time I checked with their square footage, as well as being a grocery store they need to maintain a public restroom. Or at the least have signage indicating otherwise. No problem , I have the number I need to call for the commerce city department of commerce. Between how dirty that store is kept and the rudeness of the employees I'm sure they will have plenty to inspect.

Not only is the store a gross mess with hazards that put both employees and customers at risk, everything is severely under stocked as well and I put in an online order 6 hours before picking up that just sat and waited on ‘received order’ for six whole hours until the time frame finally passed (while I was on the way…) and it auto cancelled. Nobody contacted me, I opted in for texts and got none, and in all that time I didn’t get any response. I walk in to just grab the items I needed off the shelf but half of it wasn’t in stock which may have been the reason that they cancelled my order (after 6 hours…) but they could’ve contacted me saying they didn’t have my needs in stock. Any communication would’ve been nice. Maybe understaffed, wish corporate would pay their employees enough to make people want to work there.

Store was messy, shelves were bare in some places, empty product wrappers from stolen goods on shelves, it was rough. Two workers were there, and neither bothered to greet me. I found most of what I needed, but not worth associate assistance. Very disappointing.

The people who work here seem to have a lot of work to do, so they are busy doing their jobs, and checking out customers looks like it's only one of their jobs.They are always friendly and helpful whenever I go in there. Of course I try to have a good, friendly attitude, and ask reasonable questions. (I find being positive with people almost always gets good results.)So even if I have to look for them sometimes, the store isn't all that big, and it's easy to find them whenever they are not at the check out lanes.

I like the convenience of the variety of items. But what keeps me from going back there is the items that are supposed to be on sale. Don't ever ring up on sale and the employees don't ever no what's on sale and don't get you anywhere arguing cause they tell you that they can't do anything about it. And I have told them several times that they need to put the lights on outside. And its always dark there. So I don't go there very often.

This location really need a Ops Manager. I am happy to apply. Every time I come into the store the store things are all over the place. Depending on whos on shift is who will respond to the front. The end caps never get finished and somebody is not doing returns at the end of the night. For somebody who has been a manager of many retail stores walking into this one makes me want to clock in and fix something. The cashiers are rude and need some more training on customer service.

Since the remodel they stock alot more products, very organized shelves,reasonable prices,more product choices as well. They could use 2 cashiers most of the time,but the wait byline isn't usually too long. You are required to wear a face mask when shopping during this pandemic.

I am from New England and I think we’re very privileged in the sense that we have dollar generals legit in every town and their stores aren’t trashy like these ones over here. Unless you go to the ghetto of Hartford or Bridgeport or Springfield

I used to work at Dollar general, it was an awful place to work.However, they have since hired Sanita the new store manager, I have no complaints. The store looks amazing, I love the staff, even though this is a quick turn around store for employees, she always hires friendly people.I still noticed that theft is a problem, while the extra cameras help, there are still locations in the store that still make it very easy for thieves. I would really like to see them get that door security to work, they known it doesn't work so they keep stealing.Great job. Store is looking better!

This store is not the best kept. Last week we picked up cigarettes that were on the ground. (On ) today I go in and there is no gallon milk and there is small bottles of milk that are open and expiered rotten. The employee was outside in the front smoking by the door.

I was shopping and found some items in the clearance section and double checked the price on my DG app, after shopping for roughly a half hour I went to the register and the lady sat there manually entering in the original price, I told her that they were on clearance, they had the clearance stickers but she said they aren't on clearance anymore. as the line behind me starts to gather more customers, I asked the lady if she could please just try scanning an item, she told me no. I told her to forget it, I didnt need the items at full price and left. I will not be going back to this location and I will continue to tell others about my experience at this store.

I was told store was closed at 8:48. The web site states 9 PM. Store personnel excuse was they needed extra time. For what I don't know. This has happened more that once to me. Hope someone at corporate reads this and does something about this issue.

It was alright but the younger girl I think her name was Candice Valentine was Very Rude and Disrespectful to me and my children, they are grown and talked down to them.plus there were no carts I asked if there were any carts and the small skinny worker told me to go outside to get a cart if any. That was very rude and don't think I will ever go to that store again.and letting people no what that store is like.

Employees are rude!! My 2 years old baby was seatting in the cart and she was really happy and the cashier said we have to leave the store because she was too loud. She wasn't crying she was baby talking. I feel really bad she is olny a baby. Please don't go to the store.

This store definitely fits into my Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy category. It's filthy, with product all over the floor, and leaning shelves. The clientele is seedy, and the employees aren't much better. The prices aren't bad, if you don't mind buying total garbage. Avoid at all costs!

This store is a shame! The manager Sanita is always rude and finds every reason to take smoke/cell phone breaks. She knows nothing about the store digital coupons or system and is lazy when the district manager is not around. Ashley is another supposed manager that barely even knows how to work the register. Oh, and another person that seems to always "need a break".They have no respect for customers or their cashiers (probably the reason for the high turn over with employees), very unprofessional, and very little knowledge of company policies. This location is a joke!

There customer relations has always been of great value to me, but there seems to be a very big issue involving there freezer section, it isn't priority to only make one stop to pick up my dinner fixinns, but I can't get any ground beef at this esabishmment this need to change, or my patatizum will be!!!!!!!

On the workers in the store didn't have her face mask on till I walked up to ask her where name tags were she was kind of rude about it and yeah if we have any they are right there I like oh I'm sorry it didn't mean to bother you there I guess you don't expect to come into work and assist the customer huhwhat time I been in there the workers are just rude rude rude rude I only stopped in there cuz it was close
