It is a great store with a variety of pet supplies, food, and grooming. The manager and the staff are friendly and helpful. My volunteer partner, Thomas, and I did an education table to raise awareness with the public about puppy mill cruelty with Bailing Out Benji. Thank you for allowing us to come into your store! Leaving another review since the owner would like to lie about trying to reach out to me and me not answering. It might be hard to get ahold of me when your manager hung up the phone on me before I could give her my full phone #, just to be clear based off of my previous review we were not expecting a “full groom” for the price of a sanitary trim. We were told twice prior to the appointment that our dogs butt hairs would be trimmed, we had gotten this service before included in the sanitary trim which took the groomer all of 5 minutes. If you would actually like reaching out to me my email will be attached if you were going to lie you shouldn’t have responded to my first one star review in the first place

Great shop. I have a squirrelly small dog who hates getting his nails clipped. They successfully did it in about 5 minutes and did a great job. Cute shop with unique bones as well. Definitely recommend!

UPDATING BECAUSE REVIEW WAS DELETEDIf you’re doing anything else other than self wash avoid this place. I made an appointment the day before and specifically asked if my dogs butt hairs would be trimmed with the sanitary trim, I was told yes over the phone as well as day of the appointment I paid $18 + a $3 tip to the groomer for my dog to be back there for no more than 3 minutes, as soon as we got home I noticed he had not been trimmed at all I called the store and was told I could take him back, however they were going to charge me again I told them how ridiculous that was and asked for a refund and was told no, the manager Leslie was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me before I could give her my full number to have the owner call me. The worst part about this experience is we have been to this location before and the groomer did an amazing job and included the butt hair trim in the sanitary trim, what else could you expect for $18 and 3 minutes of their time? When I asked the manager, Leslie why it was done last time and not this time she could not give me a clear answer and continued to be argumentative and unprofessional

Go there with our 2 dogs to use the dog wash and realized they have a groomer so we ask to trim our dogs butt hairs and give a sanitary trim, I specifically asked to NOT cut his nails and when they were done 10 minutes later we got a charge for a nail trim also, whatever we paid and moved on. Went in again today for the same services even called on the phone to make sure his butt will be trimmed up, they pulled him back for 3 minutes and there is no difference in anything. $18 plus tip to have nothing done. Then we get told the sanitary trim does not include his butt at all and we either want a refund or to take him back in and they said we can pay for the added service fee. You guys need to be on the same page and be honest with people twice they lied to get extra money from us if you come here be very clear about what you want and don’t pay for what you didn’t ask for!

I have a very large and very anxious dog. It’s difficult to find a shop that will trim his nails and do a good job without stopping halfway. This is the best nail trim he’s ever had, hands down. They allowed me to stay with him while they worked, which greatly calmed him, and they were just professional in every way. This will be my new go to for nail trims moving forward.

The employees were so helpful and cheerful, especially for it being so cold outside! It can be hard to find the brand of dog food we prefer, and nice that I can depend on this shop to have it in stock - and so many options too! I've been going to the location in westminster for a long time and didn't know this one has been here for so long! I will definitely be stopping back by 🌟Thank you so much!!

We just popped into this place for the first time and it was great! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We got our pup some tasty, local training treats. They offer grooming services, a self-wash station, and personal training. They have a lot of locally made treats and bones. We'll definitely be coming back!

Brilliant! I'll never wash my dog at home again. The self-serve stations are perfect and they have everything you need: grooming leash, smock, scrub brushes, brushes, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a blow dryer. The only challenge was getting my 100+lb dog to climb up into the tub, but once I jumped in she followed me. The one I was in (not sure if it's true of all stations) had a huge window next to the tub which helped keep my pup happy while I bathed her.

I had a great experience here when Stacy was a groomer she did so fantastic! I wish I knew where she went to! Since then, my dog was groomed and they groomer nicked him quite a bit and left long hair in random places. She wasn’t very friendly or welcoming to my dog. Since then I’ve made two appointments that have had to be pushed out further because they’re so booked, which is fine. However, a couple days before my appointment they text to cancel because the groomer has quit. When I have tried to call and explain I waited a long time for this appointment the staff really didn’t offer any other appointment they said they’d call back and never did. She wasn’t very friendly.If you’re planning a grooming here, look elsewhere. They might loose the next groomer by then and cancel with you the day before.

Absolutely love this store. A local treasure. They source dog treats from local butchers, the selection is great, and they have kitty toys we can't find anywhere else. The self-wash set up is easy to use and has everything you need is included. More than anything, though, the staff is phenomenal. My monster is big and looks mean but they've never treated her that way; always kind and happy to help us practice manners. She has a long way to go but we wouldn't be where we are today without a space to learn. A surprising amount of 'dog people's don't know how to safely interact with an unknown pup but these folks are magical - truly cannot appreciate them enough for their patience, understanding, and gentleness.

I went here specifically to purchase firmina ND urinary cat food since I was in search of the large bags but my local pet store shut down. When I went here they did have the large bags at an extremely reasonable price and everyone was super friendly! It's pretty far away for me to travel so I found a different store to purchase cat food plus they didn't have the big bags the last time I called. I have no issues with them and nothing bad to say about them whatsoever.

The employees are polite. I used the baths to wash my Siberian Husky... She hates baths! The tubes are at a perfect hight where I can tie her in to give her the wash she needs. They include the de-shedder, shampoo and conditioner for her.

My male corgi developed post grooming furunculosis from the self wash service. Dogs with a thick undercoat are prone to this condition. Veterinarians advise the bottles used for shampoo and conditioner be replaced rather than refilled and that the brushes and nozzle heads be sanitized throughly prior to each wash. Post grooming furunculosis can lead to sepsis in dogs if left untreated for a long period of time. It requires fluoroquinolone antibiotic therapy for a minimum of 2-4 weeks and pain management due to the high discomfort it causes to pets. Please sanitize your equipment so other fur kids aren’t affected like mine were ❤️

I had been going to the Westminster location for a couple years now, but have recently switched due to convenience of location as well as the most amazing groomer we found, Destiny! I have a golden doodle that I like to keep his cut fairly short, and she does a great job of trimming him up but still keep a doodle look around his ears and face. Every single person, from the owner, to the groomers, to the front desk staff, is always super nice and super helpful. The shop area is always clean and well kept and they have great treats and toys for the pup! HIGHLY recommend BOTH locations, you can't go wrong!

The staff was amazing when I was there at 1:30pm on 2/4/23. After a 3.5 hour trip to meet a family at the airport with their puppy, puppy got car sick. They were able to work me in to bathe puppy so I could hand off a fluffy clean puppy. 🐾💜 And they sell Nutri Source dog food!

The self wash 10/10 they have soap and brushes for you to use and the water is warm theres is a towels & a blow dryer to dry them off !!! My dogs were happy and smelling good and prices were great !!
