I recently visited this Ace Hardware store next to King Soopers and was very impressed with the service I received from both Josh and Jeff. When I entered the store, Josh welcomed me with a warm smile and was very friendly throughout the transaction. He was very knowledgeable about the store's products and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. (The buttons and band tee combo is excellent, might I add.)As I was checking out, Jeff noticed that I had some heavy merchandise and offered to help me take it out to my car. He was very friendly and even carried the merchandise to my car for me, making sure it was safely loaded into my vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable and provided me with some helpful tips on how to use the products.Both Josh and Jeff were extremely nice and helpful, and their excellent customer service made my visit to the store very enjoyable. I truly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience.I will definitely be shopping at this Ace Hardware store again in the future, and I believe that both Josh and Jeff deserve a raise in pay for their exceptional service. They are great assets to the store and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication to providing excellent customer service.Overall, I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. The staff, including the cashier Josh and the sales associate Jeff, are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.

Great store. The new manager is decent, and the store associates were friendly and knew what they were doing. Josh was a great cashier. Ethin knew what he was doingz and helped me fill my gas tank. Great to see inclusivity with this store, which is rare in this business.Every sales associate / cashier here deserves better.

It's nice and convenient to have a local hardware store to get most things you need rather than driving up to Prairie Center. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm giving only 4 stars as being a smaller store they don't always have what I need. They do service your power tools which is nice along with filling propane for RVs/Travel Trailer and grills.

Ok neighbors, Ace has a new knife sharpening machine, a dedicated kiosk in the middle of the store. Kitchen knives, hunting knives, etc. Check it out. My chef's knife came out sharp, very sharp. Around $7.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the helpful employees. Their prices were also lower than the big box stores. This is now my first choice when it comes to hardware/building materials.

Not what it used to be. Now it's just a bunch of kids running the place. ALWAYS playing loud head-banging "music." You may or may not find someone to help you carry out heavy things to your vehicle. We don't enjoy going there anymore.

I did a project to replace my garbage disposal, sink, drain and inlet valves to the sink. The entire staff at this store was incredibly helpful with guidance and recommendations. I can walk in and tell them what I am trying to do, and they will make sure I get the right parts and advice. Savana, the store manager, is dedicated to serving people and making sure that all her team is providing excellence in customer service.

Even though ACE is a bit more on the expensive side it is totally worth it especially if you get Dave to help you out. Dave knew exactly what I needed. He even when above and beyond by gathering all the other supplies I need. I definitely will go back to ACE just so I can have Dave make sure I got everything I need. Very pleased and thankful!!

I frequent this place quit a bit on the weekends working on projects at home. Wide variety of products and the staff is fairly knowledgeable. Had them order some items earlier this summer and the service was awesome. The delivery occurred when they said it would, they called when it arrived, and knew me when I came to pick it up. Keep up the work!

The staff at this location was amazing! I flew in from Richmond, VA to paint mother’s condo in the area. After some miscommunication, Joe was absolutely amazing in helping me get everything I needed on the spot. He discounted price to match the paint my mother had chosen earlier in the week but were out of. I was in the store several times over the weekend and he was there each time and recognized me and went out of his way to help me through a stressful weekend. Kudos to Joe and his staff!

The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful. But what I love the most about having an Ace Hardware in our community is the fact that they carry those items that you can't find at the big box stores. Such was the case on this trip when I had search the websites of both of those box stores and the items I was looking for weren't available. I drove down to the local Ace and then home with what I was looking for. Add that to the proximity and ACE is the place!

Typical Ace Hardware. Slightly smaller than most locations I've been to, but they had the essentials one would need to care for a home.Friendly floor staff, but the cashiers aren't the most amicable.Wish I could provide a better rating if it were not for the lack of enforcement of proper/safe mask attire and etiquette with both the employees and customers.

The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything seemed well stocked. I found what I needed rather quickly and was out the door efficiently. My only complaints are that they are frequently out of live bait during fishing season, but still have a sign out front advertising that they have it, this is not a huge deal but should be mentioned. My other significant complaint once again will only impact a small percentage of costumers. If you are getting a key copied the time it will take is unpredictable. I have had it take 45 seconds and then 10 minutes. These are my only two small complaints, other than that it is a great store with solid staff. I would most highly recommend this for anyone who knows what they are looking for and only needs one or two supplies, if you need anything in bulk try Home Depot or Lowe's.

Great place to shop for last minute emergency stuff that you forgot at Lowe's or Home Depot. Staff is always friendly. Yes, they cost more than the big box store, bit remember you're paying for the convenience of being close to the neighborhood and saving the drive to the big box.

Went in there on Sunday (5/23/21) to buy two concrete bird baths. Sales associate hauled them out to the curb and waited while I pulled the car up closer (pretty heavy items) and then helped me get them situated in the car. Ace employees I’ve dealt with have always been focused on friendly service. This isn’t my ‘near-home’ Ace but I would definitely recommend to the locals. You will pay a little more than at Lowe’s or HD, but the service makes it worth it.

I had ordered online for pick up, and the online ordering was not working. Then when I did go for my order, the cashier was very rude when I tried to give her my online order. Her exact words were, “ the order number does nothing for us. I need your name and what you're here for.” If it weren’t for her tone and rudeness, I would have been okay with it, but in the email, it clearly says bring your order number and ID, which she asked for none of those items.

I was in there today and an employee named Joe helped me out. He was extremely helpful and patient. He asked a lot of questions about what I needed to accomplish and spent a great deal of time going over different solutions to help with what I needed. It was an amazing customer service experience!

Truly disappointed! I had my Ace Hardware purchased lawn mower serviced at this ACE Hardware three weeks ago. When my mower was returned to me I promptly took it home and was going to cut the grass. Upon starting it, it shuddered like mad. Thinking it was just a rough start, I pressed back on the handle and watched my lawnmower blade go flying 60 yards down the street!I immediately went back to Ace Hardware, blade in hand and explained to them what happened. They were apologetic and took my mower in the back. 30 minutes later they told me it looked like the mechanic didn't tighten the blade down properly. They assured me the problem was fixed, gave me my mower and off I went.The next day I start my mower and it ran very rough, not as bad of a shake, but enough to cause cancer. One only needs for the blade to come flying off once at 2500rpm's before you think twice. I looked underneath the mower and found out that they placed a circular washer on my lawn mower to keep the blade on...however it now just spins until it runs itself out of energy.I have called the corporate office every week for 3 weeks (like clockwork every Friday at 10AM). I have been told for three weeks that the district manager has you info and incident number and will be responding soon...3 weeks...still nothing. My last recourse is a negative review and a small claims court fine to handle an issue that could have simply been handled with a phone call. They could have at least acted like they cared.Long story short, I have never had this kind of an issue at one of the Big Box Hardware stores. I don't expect perfection and I am tolerable to mistakes, but no contact in three weeks seems rather disingenious and a poor practice. I can only wonder had the response been better if my flying blade had hurt or killed someone. Not willing to find out.
