If I could give 0 stars I would. No fresh coffee no food cooking except the food from previous shift the place was disgusting the coffee bar was gross the guy working carlos was doing nothing but chill n in the office. I think they need a new night shift worker that will actually work and clean the place. And make sure there is fresh coffee & food cooking for the people who are stopping there on their way to work or on break. I won't be stopping if carlos working.. the girl last night was excellent I think her name was candain..

I would give it zero Stars if I could, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting thankfully they had cleaning supplies in there so I could properly clean the toilet just to use it and afterwards there was no soap in the bathroom to even wash your hands. I bought a water bottle and the clerk behind the desk barely looked up from her phone to check me out. She didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt or anything so I just left

Hi i was here around 8:50- 9 a.m today and i was with my aunty getting coffee, mind you shes elderly has cancer and she asked the male worker there, at that time if there was any more coffee made or if they could throw some on and we would wait for it. He was completely rude to us with his short handed, response with attitude. We then proceed to check out, with the blonde nice lady, who was nice enough to help another customer get the hot cocoa machine fixed before anyone walked up to the register to check out, many costumers werepleased with her service and then the same male worker went up to her and embarrassed that blonde nice worker, trying to make her feel bad for helping a costumer be pleased and content for breakfast before rush came in. He tricked and manipulated/gaslighted her said to her "ohh woww thats cool huhh, i see someone got the machine working!?" and she responded "yes!! i did!! for a costumer!!" He said "😐well you made a big mess! all over the place its drippin everywhere!!!" Mind you shes helping three costumers again at the register while he is saying this. i was there i seen the spill it wasnt a mess and he completey belittled her for it and embarrassed her. She was grown kept her composure and continued to help us and others while he just looked at her in disgust. I felt soo bad seeing her smile and energy fade that fast by this mans attitude, behavior and comments.

I used to really hate this store. It was messy the refrigeration was off it was either too cold or too hot. The microwave didn't used to work the store was always filthy. The cashiers were ignorant or rude sometimes they were both. However in my most recent experience I have to say that this store has 100% in proved on its quality of product the way they sell their product and the way that they are staffed. I like that if you have a complaint or a problem they accept right away and they have fired all new staff at this specific 7-Eleven. I also really appreciate that they now random drug test their employees. They could still use a little bit of help keeping the parking lot Friday but they are definitely off to a good start

Stopped here passing through was told my card was declined when prepaying when in fact it went through and then was lied to and told my card was declined when in fact it wasnt. Lost money to these people and the next day i went in to talk to a manager was told id be contacted but i wasnt and then she went on to say that i wasnt there when i was and according to the account data it shows the time. and my driving data as well which also placed me at this location to get fuel. I wont be stopping here for anything again.The manager also tried to claim that i went to a shell station not them when it shows clearly that it was SEI 38170.I have all the information as proof to prove that i stopped here for gas and was told i was lying. I told the lady the night i was there to get fuel on number 9 and i wanted to prepay 14$ on the card and the rest in cash but according to my accounts status 14.11 was pulled out of the card and then i was told it was declined which clearly shows in the account that my card WAS not declined. I will be contacting corprate about this location and will provide all proof. Thanks to technology and how advanced they have become people such as myself has every way to protect ourselfes from scams and theifs in a situation like this.

Horrible customer service on graveyard shift with Ronnie. The worst employee that I have ever met in my entire life because he will not give You Headquarter's phone number and he will not assist You at all and we'll cuss at you if he feels that hes having a bad day. Then tell you not to ever come back but that doesn't make sense because I'm trying to come back to A711. That's close to where I live and doesn't give horrible customer service. Something needs to be done about this employee like being fired since multiple people have been writing bad reviews about this employee Ronnie.

Fountain drink tastes like LITERAL mold. I doubt any of those nozzles let alone the machine have been washed in MONTHS. Not only that, but the store is FILTHY. Manager should be ashamed of themselves. The Circle K down the street puts y'all to shame.

Oh my God, this girl Cindy helped me with my every need she was attentive, smart, caring , she wanted me to have a good rest of the day you can tell that it was sincere and that she really cared. I don't know if she's management yet, but if she's not she should be! And if 7-Eleven can't see your potential as a great..... no! better than great manager in the making they're idiots.

Best 7-11 there is. Open 24 hours, clean with many choices of fairly priced items, restroom is available to customers and you just can't beat the staff, very friendly helpful wonderful people.

It's a decent stop, tucked away a bit. They have a handful of items not typically on the shelves at many of the other locations-- but this does vary in franchise businesses such as this one.In any case, gas prices here are on par with others nearby, and they didn't give me any issues, lies, or what have you when needing to use their restroom; such is always appreciated!

Clerk was in a heated discussion via his earbuds. Rabbling on in a foreign language as he was helping customers at times ignoring questions from customers all while using low to high pitched gibberish in response to whomever he was talking to I purchased two lottery scratch tickets and was only given one due to his ever so important distracting conversation and was met with a irritated annoyed and suspicious look as I requested the ticket. That was owed to me.... I mean what the f...ever but I believe in having pride in my job and making sure my customers needs are met hang the earbuds up!!! Act like you care ... I would rather go to the 7-11s with the twitchy tweeked out staff then the ones with guys like this ....at least the tweekes are very attentive and on task!___And that's all I've got to say bout that...,"deep billy bob's sling blade voice"

Very uder sfaffed in the mornings. But this long curly hair guy cashier makes up for it. Takes on attending people on both computets by himself and with a great attitude. He got a lot of compliments from the other customers for doing a great job. He needs some help though.

I went to this 7/11 and got charged twice and they did nothing to fix it or even try to make it right. Then months go by I decided to stop by again for drinks and they charged me twice, again!!! I'm not even going to try to get my money back because they dont care. I'll just never go back. My advice to everyone that goes to this 711, check your balances on your debit or credit card after you make a purchase!

This one is mostly ok but I can't stand the young kid who never seems like he wants to be there, he's always on his phone or ear buds last time he made me wait while he did a cash drop in his safe then had the nerve to say "what's up" then everytime he's done ringing up he just gives a thumbs up and turns away from you. Definitely recording this kid next time

Buffalo chicken rollers are some how always sold out. It’s very disgusting inside there employees are always on drugs. This is not the place to go if you’re hungry in the morning all there food isn’t even cooked right it’s always hard
