The attendant asked me if I was paying with cash or card and I said card and go in the respective line. Once I got up and payed for my items with my card I withdrew cash back. He tried to refuse to give me my money after it had been pulled from my account because it was "close to his shift ending" he then proceeded to yell at me when I insisted on getting my money that was taken out of my account. He did not say cash back was unavailable prior to this transaction.This was laziness on his part and the yelling was outright disrespectful and unacceptable. I did not yell. I am disgusted. Ajay was the attendant. Should not be working with people.

Add this to your list of 7elevens to avoid. I don't know what it is with 7-Eleven but they're the only major chain convenience store that can't seem to get tap to pay working across the board. Not only that, but they ALSO DON'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH THEIR OWN APP. This is truly pathetic. When the little single store barely hanging by a thread gas station has tap to pay but a multi billion dollar corporation hasn't made all their franchises come on board, you know there is a problem

Gas pumps lock the cards in, think i forgot mine here. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone to ask. Have called the number for the 7 Eleven and philips 66 Gas Station. One number does not even have a voice-mail box to leave a message at. Very dissatisfied with the service.EDIT: Response from "Owner" gives a link to a non-functional page on bit.ly. the page states the URL is "no longer available because it was created by a suspended account". Not only will they NOT answer the phone, they won't even give you a real link for feedback. You should be ashamed.

8am on a Wednesday and they're closed?This location has really gone downhill ever since Jenny left.Jenny would greet you by name, ask about the family, and truly knew her customers.Everything was always clean and the hot food was hot and fresh.Current employees/managers leave trash and crates all over the floor while they restock the cooler, don't apologize for having entire aisles blocked, let alone even give you a greeting upon entering the store, the coffee is either old, burnt, or empty most of the time, half of the slurpee machines are always "not ready," and the hot food is left to sit and burn under the heat lamps all day long.I've stopped buying food here as a result because it's nasty.Heading across the street from now on.

The gentleman working the morning shift today seems to have something against me I try to be nice but he's always rude with me and has raised his voice at me two times already I've tried to brush it aside In hopes that me being polite would change the way he is with me but today was the last straw this is the closest 711 to me and it sucks I feel like I have to go to another one to be treated like a normal human beingIt's the bald somewhat small built African American fellow that has treated me bad everyone else has been perfectly nice I even say thank you to him when I pay and he ignores me but I've seen him talk nice to everyone else this used to be my favorite stor before jenny left the most recent incident happened 01/12/24 at approximately 8:50

EVERY time I've been in this store it has been an awesome experience. Jenny is such an amazing person. Always has a kind smile on her face and she knows her customers by name or face and is awesome at multi tasking. More times than I can remember, my day started off a little better by the genuine kindness I leave with. Wish more people had her character. This store is lucky to have her!

Cory was AMAZING!!!! There was sooo much going on and she handled everything at the store by herself! At deaf man was in complaining about a recess being inappropriate and while was properly handling him she also handled the rest of the guests in the store!!! Super nice to see and to be held nicely. Giving this review purely because of Jenny!!! She is the best! The only downside is when I visit other stores that don’t have the customer service and personality or as hard a worker as Jenny is I get disappointed. We’re soo spoiled and blessed to have Jenny there every morning. I told her my name the first day I went in and she never asked what my name was again. She knows everybody’s name and what they like to buy! I hope Jenny is getting paid what she’s worth!!!!

You can tell the owner doesn't value any of the employees and takes them for granted. Probably why the turn over there is so high. I have personally seen her take advantage and look down upon an employee, which is the reason for the 2 stars. However, the 2 morning girls, who are there Monday-Friday, are phenomenal. If it wasn't for them, that store would fall apart. They deserve to be recognized, praised and thanked for the work and nonsense they put up with. And they deserve a raise too

Gross 50 year old (I think) blonde/ light brown hair with a bun register lady seems to enjoy endangering her customers by not wearing a mask. Nobody at this location does. Don’t recommend unless you have a love for respiratory infections.

Worst customer service I have seen from the employee working tonight. I was there 10/21/19 at approximately 8:30pm. I just needed to put a few dollars in the gas tank to get me through to payday tomorrow. When I told the attendant how much, he literally started laughing, and asked me how far I thought I would get on such a little amount. I've never been asked such a rude question when I was trying to get gas, and I won't be getting it here anymore.

Went there last night for bread and stood 7 minutes in front of the register waiting for that old dude to take my payment. Then he was mean and disrespectful. Happens every time with him after hours. Somebody do something about it since I'm a regular customer.

Pretty good 7-Eleven fairly clean, and a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and didn't look like fluffy raccoons so it was an improvement from my normal 7-Eleven trips.

I'm a driver and they have one of the nastiest restrooms I've been in. Port O Pottys are cleaner. They also don't give you the chance to use your rewards points.

This location is seriously understaffed. There's been construction sites around it for 2 years and they still don't hire extra people. Coming here and waiting 20 mins in line literally!!Another job site is opening acrosss the street hire some damm people already !!!
