If possible I would give negative review, I m a nurse after a night shift I used to go to buy a gallon of milk here every Monday, cost was about $5, as soon as I came home I fed the milk to my kid and he started vomiting, I smelled the milk it was bad. Date was good it was sealed probably they didn’t maintain the temp it was not there fault that they were selling it. We went there to tell them hey it’s bad my child is sick either we need a refund or we will take the good kind. The behavior of the cashier was horrible. We asked the managers contact he did not give us the contact information. Instead he called cops on my husband. My msg to the owner IF YOUR PRODUCT IS BAD, TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO APOLOGIZE AND REFUND OR OFFER TO SWITCH. TEACH YOUR STAFF TO BEHAVE APPROPRIATElY. I own gas/convenience store too I know how difficult to satisfy customers sometimes. I live in turnberry parkway. I don’t think I will shop here in future.

Really wish I could rate this 711 negative 10 stars. I have been going here for years because it's so close to my house. I'm so over the rude customer service, every cashier snatches items out of your hand. Also, you can never ask for anything because they are either on their phone or talking to each other in a different language. They act like going in there to buy anything is such an inconvenience. Not to mention every single male employee smells terribly like body odor. I will never return to this 711 I can't understand how this gas station is still in business but I hope for the reputation of 711 someone revokes their franchise. I can't believe I've been spending my money here for so long

I live right by this gas station and frequently visit it for snacks and food. I buy milk occassionally here when I run out. Done it probably around 10 times. I would say the majority of the time the milk is bad (EVEN if it says its not expired). Its like these guys leave the milk out to go bad then put it in their freezer. absolutely repulsive. I will be taking the extra 5 minutes to go to a different gas station that this disgusting unkept mess

I came in on a Friday night to grab some coffee. The store was spotless and the staff member who helped me was as friendly as expected at a 7-Eleven. I wouldn't say he was rude by any means but he was not conversational and friendly at all either.Only disappointment with this location was that they were out of stock on some of the coffee I had hoped to get. But I won't complain all that much because what I ended up with was still great.

So I stopped at this 711 before work this morning got some muffins I take a few bites It tasted weird as heck so I look down to see I took a biggo bite of MOLD! 🤢🤮 I am now leaving work beyond sick.

Bathroom is a disaster. Probably hasn't been cleaned since the post 3 months ago. DO NOT STOP HERE. Couldn't take photos the smell was horrific.

Have always had a great experience here, great employees, always have what I want instock, until today. I needed to use the restroom on my way to work and there was no toilet paper and I had already sat down. So, no good.

Gas prices are terrible here. It is almost a buck cheaper a few blocks down the road. They are well over the average for the state of Colorado for gas prices, I'll never buy gas here again.

The restroom was so bad I didn't want to touch the handle to open the door and the floors in the store were sticky and dirty as hell. Informed the cashier who spent her idle time playing on her phone. Dont really think she understood what I was saying. Definitely never stopping by that store again.

There's this new girl that works overnight shifts very friendly the store was super clean great customer service she made me feel very welcome and I will be returning to the store hopefully the manager keeps her there cuz that's what the store needs is people like her..

I stopped going to this 7-Eleven. The employees act like you're inconveniencing their day being a customer. They have zero interaction skill.I'll drive to the next place before going there again.

Employees are rude and are always on their phones. Management needs to actually manage and tell these grown men to do their job. Talking to theirs friends can wait. Maybe tell them to clean up the disgusting facilities ?

Terrible service this morning, I was not interested in two donuts with my coffee so the cashiers charged me double for my coffee. When I said I wouldn't do business there again she said that would be fine.

The lady (or should I say young girl) that helped me today was terrible at her job. I asked if they sold something because they used to have it sitting at the counter and she said so carelessly, "I don't know..." then when I asked if they use chip she said, Just slide it..." all while slurping in her slurpee looking at me like duh! 😒

The clerk, short Indian gentlemen, with a beard, is always on his phone and rude. Throws your change back and ignores your thanks. Not hard to return a hello and be polite.

I haven't had any issues with this location. Pay at the pump always works, parking lot is clean and staff is ok.

Don’t buy their food in the afternoon! Nasty old! Maybe you should discount your food when it has been sitting for hours and hours! Terrible!
