Thanks to Whole Foods my impromptu dinner party (my husband let me know at Noon that 3 people were coming to eat at 6!) was wonderful I'd like to thank the very tall but very solicitous Butcher who was patient with my lack of knowledge but cut us some filets that everyone LOVED. Then the gentleman in the cheese specialty area recommended two cheeses that we all thought were delicous! Especially that Sartori Merlot cheese. Dang! Thank you for the integrity of your products and the genuinely phenomenal service always receive at your Whole Foods.

OMG!! We ordered our Thanksgiving meal for the first time from here! This meal was fantastic! The turkey was moist and had a lot of flavor! All the sides were spot on! Pick up was effortless! We are so pleased with the meal and price. Thank you, Whole Foods!!

Absolutely love the produce section! And of course the bakery.All their homemade breads are fabulous, my favorites are Heritage Whole Wheat Sourdough bread.Dog friendly. Kid friendly as well😂

I came in here to get a single slice of tres leches cake to celebrate my late father’s birthday and the size of the slice was a ripoff. $4.49 for a SLIVER!I’ve gotten the single slices from Whole Foods before and it was a full square that filled the container. I called WF to complain and was told this is the new normal now for these cake servings. Stop being cheap WF and give your customers the squares you were filling these containers with. Give us our moneys worth!

I went here since that is where my return from Amazon was directed. The girl working the return desk was very rude and not helpful at all. I then went to do some shopping. I started in the prepared food section. Everything looked dried out and old. I definitely lost any appetite I had. I have been to Whole Foods in Denver and it was nothing like this. Needless to say it was my first and last visit.

I only go there for birthday cakes order. We love their Chantilly Berry Cake. It's always a crowd favorite. I usually order extra fruits, then decorate it myself.

I visit here often to find more organic products. However, most of the things I buy lately turn out to be rotten. I bought cheese from the delicatessen section today and it was completely spoiled and smelled very bad. I bought pomegranates in a box, the pomegranates were completely rotten and I felt nauseous as soon as I ate them. There is one Whole Foods in Colorado Springs and it is quite far from my house. It is very difficult for me to stop by again to replace the products. I come once a month, but I regret it every time I come. I throw away tens of dollars every time I come. You must urgently ensure proper control of your products.

I have felt uncomfortable a couple of times visiting this store as a woman of color. Women of color in various shapes, style and sizes also do shop at Wholefoods in case some employees are unaware. I have been shopping at Whole Foods in different locations for over 7 years. Many employees at this location are very nice and professional however today while leaving, one employee instead of focusing on packing groceries in checkout lane, kept staring at me. I ignored it at first but noticed she was very persistent on staring. I had to ask her if there was something she needed. Please train your employees not to stare. It was very uncomfortable.

What can you say about Whole Foods? A few things come to mind:Like their conventionally grown items are always $1 -$2 more than any other store. Whole Paycheck nickname fits perfectly.Jeff Bozo needs another ride to butter space . Who do you think pays for all that?Hopefully these guys don't have to pee in bottles like Amazon drivers do. Yikes!

Moved here from Austin. This Whole Foods us not as good as the worst Whole Foods in Austin. I am not trying to be mean they just really need to improve. Not sure that can happen at this location, too small. I guess I am just desperate for a good grocery store in Colorado Springs. I could go into details but there are so many issues.

You can’t even be middle class and get a nice Wholefoods deli/hot food section.Is it the amount of workers that causing this WholeFoods to suffer.They’ll have the ham with no burger. The peanut with no jelly. This describes the entire upper left corner of the store.

Getting a little ridiculous with pricing. Rao's pasta sauce $9.99 at Whole Foods or SAME exact jar at Walmart for $6.99. I understand higher prices for quality meat and produce but prepackaged foods should not have that much of a mark up. Catalina crunch at wf $10.49 or $7 at Target.

Weird employees. Let me elaborate. Condescending belittling and self righteous employees. I do not work there but occasionally I must accept a delivery route. Be cautious if you must also, the rude staff will completely ignore you and if you ask questions will turn the attention of the supervisor and her demonic gaze upon you. This experience only applies to Flex drivers. Personally I have a learning disability. Dyslexia. Yep. Your pick up shelves are not in consecutive order. At least not in the traditional left to right top to bottom sense. If I lived in Japan and read right to left or elsewhere bottom to top then I'm sure I would find my flow with ease. Star I said I was dyslexic not color blind. So yes I do know the difference between red and green. I also know that shouting at me in front of your team, while it probably made you feel like you are a leader, proves that you certainly are not. Best advice of you do venture in, do not use any of the carts in the area, bring one in from outside with you. Don't ask questions, call support, do not make nice or eye contact with the whole food employees. They just talk smack about you and definitely avoid the short curly older lady with glasses. Her appearance may seem inviting and sweet, but she'll toss you in the fire with a smile. Also she stands uncomfortably close when talking to you. As for Star, just bite your lips together and roll your eyes. She's not your supervisor. Thank god. If whole foods thinks she's fit for the role, what's that say about whole foods?

Quite disappointed in my latest $235 visit for Thanksgiving. The beets on offer were old and unappetizing to look at (didn’t purchase), the black grapes were moldy and had to be discarded after the first taste at home. The prepared green beans (no fresh available) went brown as soon as they entered the pan.I have to drive 25mins to get to the nearest Whole foods but my local Safeway has better produce. If you charge premium prices, we expect premium goods. Wake up and treat your customers with some respect

I absolutely LOVE this place! Healthy, organic, delicious, natural; these are only a few of the words that spring to mind when discussing Whole Foods Market! Helpful, friendly staff that are knowledgeable about everything food! The store it's self is intimidating due to it's moderate size. But, do t let the size fool you. The selection of clean eco-friendly, sustainable products is second to none! Currently a list of 550+ banned ingredients is in place, so no more squinting at labels trying to figure out if this product is right for you and the planet! They have taken care to ensure that Every product in the store is healthy and sustainable and eco-friendly. No unwanted dyes in your children's breakfast! Fresh organic veggies for a quick salad! And for dinner, ploe caught tuna that can be tracked back to the specific boat that caught it! I'm running out of space (but not great things to say) about Whole Foods Market! Swing by! Your body and soul will thank you!

Whole Foods all together is awesome. But this location sadly is not. They do not live up to their friendly and welcoming standards and it is rather disappointing. I feel like every time I go here I encounter rude employees. I feel like they’re prejudiced. I go in here to spend a grip of money and have gotten poor service multiple times. I had such a poor experience the last time I was here so I decided to use the self checkout hoping maybe it will be different .Nope. I still got side eyed and literally ignored. The woman working tonight joked and laughed with customers around me and when I needed help, not a single word was spoken. She acted like I had the plague trying to avoid me at all costs. Anyway I’m not going to be coming here to this location anymore. The five times I’ve been here have always resulted in the same outcome. Me leaving feeling upset and not wanting to return because the people who work here are terribly rude.

It was 30 minutes before closing at Whole Foods, and I asked an employee on the night shift what his favorite dessert was. He took me to the BisouSweet assortment of doughnut muffins and said that he liked chocolate chip the best. They're wonderful! The sugary and cinnamon coating is just perfect with the texture of the baked outer layer and the softer layer inside. We liked these doughnuts with vanilla bean ice cream.

Just makes you feel healthy by being in there!! Si much choice and their fresh meals were great. Being from Africa, their fruit section was sad and the cost was quite expensive for the size and quality of the fruit.

Well, probably the last time I order a Thanksgiving meal from here. Parking lot was a nightmare and so was the store. I don't believe there were good directions or signage to where to go to pickup the meal.Now, food was good quality and such, it the delivery was horrible.

Happy they have the things that we need in our household. Everything from food, flowers, and other essentials (healthy alternatives) are available here. It’s a little more expensive but you’re getting quality goods. Whole Foods Market is our staple for groceries right now.

Uh Oh! Someone call the Po-Po! Guilty of being a spatula switcher!! 😱 I am a frequent shopper at WF. I love the produce as it is fresh and diverse. I almost always stop at the made-food section as it offers delicious options to take home and reheat. Today, I went past the pizza and picked a slice to go that looked good to me. I was told by the guy behind the counter that I wasn't allowed to use the spatula that was empty of a slice, but should only use the spatula that was specific for the pizza in its section. There was no pizza in that section and it's all on one long heating griddle, side by side, no dividers by the way. It was not different (according to the label) such as gluten free or vegetarian. Who would care anyway? The crust is the same and the spatula doesn't touch the top of the pizza! Plus, like I said, the section with the spare spatula was empty! I thought he was joking and said, "Oh yeah, right! You're joking, right"? He insisted that he was instructed by management to tell people to be "spatula specific".Come on WF. You have GOT to be kidding! So, this review is specificly for the management who obviously has NOT enough to do. Do not tell your customers to use the "right" spatula. This is ridiculous and micro-management! Like the world isn't crazy enough as it is! Next time I'm at WF, I may just play musical spatulas with the pizza spatulas! HaHa!! Then you'll have to send me to spatula prison! Oh No!!

How to make a return to Amazon. When I got in line there were about 10 people in line and only one service person. It took about 10 minutes for someone to go to the front desk and WAVE OVER the next person in line.Very poor service for something that should have taken less than 5mins
