Employees were very nice and helpful throughout the store. I just moved from Chicago, so every new shopping arena can be a bit stressful to navigate. For any grocery store chain in this area, please know that any special markdown areas for soon-to-expire products are extremely helpful for $ strapped consumers. If I can save $20 on meat/cheese etc without having to hunt, I would gladly put that savings into something special like the best affordable ice cream on the market - Blue Bunny Salted Caramel for only $4.48 a half gallon at Walmart. You will not be disappointed!

This location has gone downhill since the rebranding / construction. It’s just massively disorganized. Parking is harder to find given the construction is taking multiple rows of the lot. The aisles make no sense with water in four different aisles.Despite changing most of their registers to self serve, it’s somehow harder to find someone to actually help you. This is the third time visiting where all the carts are in the parking lot and none by the entrance so I had to backtrack to get one. Waited 10 minutes to get anyone to open a locked section before giving up. While I can understand to not provide plastic bags for purchase, they don’t even have reusable bags for purchase around when you forget yours.

Walmart sucks manager sucks with a funky attitude. I suggest people not to show up there. Don't give them your money. When you need something out of a case and you have to push a button to get assistance and no one show up for over 20 mins its ridiculous. Real bad customer service

Really giving a higher rating than I should. First. Why do you have the pick up spots in front. I'm not handicap but have a few debilitating problems which makes it harder on me to walk. These spots are Always empty. Unless car is vacant. On a Saturday afternoon 3 pm n ajez me not want to return. Then walking a mile past empty spaces there is no food. Dog treats, storage bins no food. It's easy to hate Walmart. Lines lines everywhere theres linez. Still no one parked in pu spots.

Great selection of almost any food related thing you can think of. The staff are friendly and shelves are fully stocked! I have never seen that at a walmart before, keep up the good work y'all!

They locked the deodorant sticks?This store needs a faster shopping experience, not a slower one. It already takes 30 minutes to get in buy five items and get out of this place, and now you have to hunt down an employee too? No thanks. I'll go somewhere things aren't locked up

I’m tired of bringing home expired yogurt, milk, bread, eggs, etc. Half the store is locked behind glass so what’s the point anyway? This store is straight up one more bad incident away from putting the cabbages in a glass lock box. Sad.

The curbside isn’t the best. Waited 40 minutes until they checked me out, they lied on the app and said I received my order, then an extra 30 minutes to actually have my food brought out to me. Customer service had to make up for it so she was a great worker, otherwise.

Terrible store! Never has any carts and is unapologetic about it. Also false advertising with lower prices on tags they REFUSE to honor. Showing $1, but ringing up at 2.48!

Today I was an accidental Karen. Our delivery order showed up on time and Stephanie had started unloading the groceries at our door being an absolute rockstar going up and down the flight of stairs and carefully placing the bags as to not break the eggs and jars. I am blind and my spouse is a retired veteran. We hear the car door open and close and when I opened the door I found that the bags were there. My husband and I were confused a little as we had barely gotten out of bed and knew the delivery was coming but asked for her to knock. We figure she did but we just didn't hear it. I pull in the bags and let her take the picture and ask to sign. She says I don't have to sign and attempts to show me the order form she had received but I'm already trying to prove that my hubby had in fact put on the order that she is supposed to knock and ask me to sign and substitutions weren't supposed to happen. If I had actually looked at what she was trying to show me I would have sooner realized the Walmart website had messed up and changed the orders driver instructions and substitutions to defaults so she was following the order form she had received which I was able to confirm on our end had been changed to leave at door and allow subs. I did reach out to the store and to the customer service team to clarify my mistake and explained that it wasn't Stephanie's fault that the website had a minor issue during normal maintenance hours and had accidentally reverted 2 values to defaults. So 5 stars for doing an amazing job to the T of the instructions given! Will certainly shop here again the staff is amazing. Corporate needs to fix the website though.

The customer service center has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with at a Walmart. I've came on a number of different days at different times. The service center is never open. Never accurate with the opening times or the returning from break times. And instead of helping me the lady just walked away with no explanation of why I couldn't be help. They should be ashamed.

I ordered pick up and today went and got it at this location, for the 1st time. Loved it! The sweet gal that brought out the groceries wad wonderful (don't know her name....has a daughter that she had a BD pizza party for) anyway...you all need to give her a raise. She is WONDERFUL!!!! I will only use this one from now on. 0 substitutions (1st for me)...had everything I needed. Thank you all!!!

Worst customer service experience in my life had to wait until employee finish texting before he even start ringing up my groceries, ask for a bag and he throw it onto the table. Spoke to Manager Kelsey she acted like she didn’t care about the experience I just had with one of her employees.

What an absolute dump. They have roughly 5 carts for the whole store, 2 registers running, half to food is about to expire, it's very dirty, the people are rude. The lines go all the way to the back of the store. I literally just set my whole cart aside and left. every single thing I tried to do in that store was an issue.

So I will not lie. This is my go to. I'm there about 4 to 5 times a week. Now with that being said. It doesn't have everything. Always out of stuff and a lot of the employees are very unfriendly. So I try not to talk to them. Just keep it moving. Others are very nice. So it's kinda hit or miss with everything there. When they out of something. It takes a very long time for them to get it stocked back up. Maybe they need more employees. Or the ones that are there to actually care some. Just my opinion.

I just love how they have little " push buttons if you need assistance" in beauty needs and you push the button over and over and over again and not a single person assists you at all!!!Then when you ask a person who works there .. they tell u only a few people have the key... but will not do anything to help you find said person!! Customer service is a thing of the past !! Every associate could care less! This store sucks! So thanks for nothing !

Honestly worst grocery pick up experience I've ever had. I had went to pick up there was no way to check in on the app. Only a phone number to call when you arrived. Which is fine. But the employee that answered was extremely rude and asked if I was picking up for me or someone else. When I informed him I would be picking up for myself. His response was "Okay I'll see if I can take it out to you." than hungup before I could ask if he found my order. When my grocery order was brought out the employee walked past my window. I rolled down my window. He just ignored it and walked by didn't even check if I was the person with the order. And opened my trunk and was slamming the products into my car almost as if they were being thrown into the vehicle..every product was put into my vehicle very aggressively. When he was finished he said "You're good" and slammed my car's trunk again. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a grocery pick up.

I went here today and I had a pleasant experience. They actually had a lot of the shelves full which is hard at this moment in time. I would say that they might need more lines open, but it's hard to staff places right now.I also visited the pharmacy and they were quick and friendly.Overall, I would come here again.

Always have my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy staff is awesome! They know me by name and are always helpful! Love this place! Once in a while they're out of my meds, but they always call me and let me know.

This neighborhood store is great all around. They carry a very decent array of food, otc meds & supplements, cleaning & laundry supplies. Also, many outstandingly helpful employees! If you don't need paint or an oil change or don't have time/energy to walk half a mile around a superstore to find the 10 things you need in a hurry, this is your go- to store!
