Pharmacist was extremely rude. I was delayed for 2 hours due to insurance complications. Showed no signs of care spent 20+ min on phone on a loud and obviously personal call.When she gave inaccurate information about my account I explained she was behind on the conversation and she told me to leave without my meds.Will be filing a complaint with corporate.

The pharmacist Asel is a great person . She has helped me . The pharmacist on Southgate was rude and Asel listens and actually lets you talk . Asel is very nice and I definitely recommend this Walgreens! Thank you Asel YOUR AWESOME!

The pharmacy has been awful for the last year. They send texts saying your prescription is ready. Go to store, not ready. Today I was told my doctor would not authorize a refill. The doctor said it was verified 3 times this week. I switched to Safeway and had my prescription filled in 10 minutes. No more Walgreens!

Walked in to buy a couple of things including a pack of smokes for a neighbor. Pudgy woman with short hair went on an anti-smoking rant forever. Just went for neighbor. Won’t be back!

Awful pharmacy. They are not helpful at all. Have had several issues trying to fill prescriptions with them. Not sympathetic after waiting for weeks for a medication that still wasn’t filled after being told in the am that it would be. They blame this on their call center and say it’s not their fault and blame shouldn’t be put on them even though it’s the pharmacy number you call. how am I expected to know it is someone in the call center and not the pharmacy if I called the pharmacy number… Will be switching pharmacies, only reason I ever would go to this one is because of distance from my house. After looking at these reviews seems a lot of people have issues with their pharmacy.. it’s not convenient if I have to spend hours trying to find a different pharmacy on my own because they won’t help lookup other locations and tell you to call yourself. The pharmacy on platte was a lot more helpful and I’ve always received great service there. Worth the extra drive.

The entire store is severely understaffed. They are running on one pharmacist and have been trying to fill a vacant position for a year now, but can't. Half of the time I go in, the pharmacy is closed. Yesterday there was only one person running the entire store. She had a customer at the counter ringing and ringing their bell trying to get help. Also - this store is an outdated dump.

Joseph was so welcoming and helpful even though he was running the whole store by himself. He was very attentive and communicative to let us know what was going on to take our passport photos.

The pharmacy service is awful.....the latest and last debacle. Ordered PX a week ago. Went in to pick it up and was told they can't fill it! they are now filling PX in Denver and my PX is expected tomorrow. 10 days and counting if it doesn't get here tomorrow. The 1 star rating is generous

This pharmacy sucks! I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid Walgreens Pharmacy. They are never open and extremely rude. Safeway has no problem accepting my money. Save yourself the hassle and just get your prescriptions filled at Safeway. Walgreens on Colorado Avenue would rather see their patients die than serve them. I have time sensitive refills that have NEVER been processed in time… not once. Absolutely horrible management!

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have spent over 3 hours on hold with them since yesterday trying to figure out why my prescription is delayed, so I can hopefully get it before the holiday weekend. As soon as I pick it up I will be changing pharmacies to the union/Dublin location - it might be 30min from my house, but I’ll take that drive over dealing with this terrible location.Update: they just hung up on me after another 45min of waiting

i am an out of town guest who needed an emergency item to which this walgreens was the closest to me and only open one. the employees decided to close 10 minutes early (maybe earlier, that’s when i tried to purchase my item) and i watched them sprint to their cars before the clock had even striked 9:58 (they close at 10). unprofessional behavior at best.

I needed to pick up a prescription and was told they would be closing at 6pm today. Someone from the pharmacy just called and told me I needed to have someone pick it up immediately (at 11:45am) because they were closing for the rest of the day. When I told them I was informed they would be closing at 6, the woman on the phone said “no we’re closing now” and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back and was placed on a long hold. I appreciate them calling and letting me know they would be closing sooner than I was told, however it was very rude to be hung up on when I was trying to ask a question.

Pharmacy sucks. Waited on the phone for 30mins for them to pick up. Put me on hold and then hung up on me. Thought it was an accident so I called back waited on the line for another 30mins just for them to pick up and put me on hold again. This time they didn't put on hold music and just set the phone down so I could hear them talking. After another 30mins they picked the phone back up and you could physically hear them shuffling the phone and hangup on me for a second time intentionally.

If there were zero stars I would give that. Had a prescription that had been filled and said was ready at this locations pharmacy. When I got there, a sign said the pharmacy was closed that Wednesday. I later got on the website to look at my prescriptions and I got a notice saying this locations pharmacy is no longer open. There was no notice sent to me of this and I'm out of medication because these people can't communicate to let the customers know about this.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very hometown feeling when you walk in till you leave, with someone telling you to come back soon. Employees know me by name and my sister's whom I take care of. Just very welcoming and calm.

For years you have been my pharmacy. Last night February the second I went in to purchase a phone card of 50 $ and a pack of cigarettes. I was rang up owing over 60 dollars I handed the manager a 100. She caused a scene asking her employee if she will take the fall. Accusing me of having a fake 100. It was a bill from 1980 if your employess cant tell the difference between a real bill n a fake one find sum who can. or buy a bill checker ..I will never spend money there again and am considering moving my pharmacy too. Yall need to get it together unacceptable customer service. Thank goodness Safeway was across the way. Safeway was friendly accepting my money ...I bet they appreciate your employees

The worst pharmacy that exists with the most extraordinarily rude pharmacy technicians. Always give attitude. Always complaining about being short staffed. And have hung up on me multiple times on the phone. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They said they had reached out to my doctor at 10:30 in the morning. Because it was taking so long I called my doctor myself only to be told Walgreens pharmacy hadn't even contacted them at all. Extremely frustrating experience and I would highly recommend not using this pharmacy again.

I had a disheartening experience in this store earlier today. I went to return a package via FedEx after visiting the nearby UPS store and being told, very politely, that my printed return label was for FedEx. I handed the item to the clerk at Walgreens in the original bag along with the return label. She said she could not accept the item because it wasn't 'wrapped'. She called another person to the front and they said that okay, they could take the item back and reuse the mailing bag. I asked if they would please tape or staple the bag and affix the label. They refused. I was then told that I could buy some tape if I wanted to complete the return. I am quite obviously physically challenged but even this factor did not lessen their apparent delight in informing me that I could either purchase tape or leave and return when I had the package sealed and the label taped in place. I returned to the nearby UPS store and the clerk taped closed the return bag, affixed the label and told me he would include the package in their daily bag that would be taken to FedEx. He printed a copy of the label and had me photograph the sealed package with label as proof of it's being sent back. Many thanks to UPS. I will never willingly return to the Walgreens on West Colorado

Corporate America needs to take pride in all the neighborhoods they do business in. CLEAN THIS STORE! This Walgreens has helpful pharmacy staff. I got a flu shot. Personnel were fast and efficient. However, the store is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!

This prescription was called in yesterday. It is time sensitive. I have waited all day being promised each time it would be ready soon. They close in an hour and they are not going to get to it till tomorrow and that is too late. I have used them for 10 years but no longer. I don't know when they when they went so downhill but take your business else where.

Absolute worst Walgreens — or any pharmacy — I’ve ever been to. It’s at least a fifteen minute wait at the pharmacy just to pick up medications. Currently have been waiting 40 minutes for a Covid and flu vaccine that I had made an appointment for online. This store — or at least the pharmacy — needs to be closed.

I don’t know what happened to this store, but customer service is horrible. From the staff at the pharmacy to the front checkout personnel, nobody cares. Prescription prices are much higher than grocery store pharmacies as well. Stay away from this location!

The pharmacy staff here is exceptional! Seriously the nicest and most courteous staff around. And I witnessed them take grief and deal with very unpleasant customers! Cannot speak for the rest of the store but the pharmacy staff here is excellent!!!

A typical Walgreens. The pharmacists are fantastic. My doctor prescribed some medicine that didn't make sense to the pharmacist. She did some checking, called the doctor and the prescription was changed to the correct medication. They care and know their jobs incredibly well.

I had a "fill-in" prescription for a medicine that was late from the mail-order pharmacy. My insurance company was refusing to cover the fill-in scrip because it was "too soon" after the mail-order scrip. The Pharmacist was wonderful - she called the insurance (after I had called, with no resolution) and explained the situation so that the insurance comany would cover the very expensive drug, saving me almost half the retail cost. This is true customer service and also being caring of your customers. I wish I could remember her name, but she was a pretty blonde lady in a white coat.

The pharmacy is terrible... beware.Seriously.I feel badly for Andrew. This store should be in a good neighborhood, but it's totally surrounded by the bad homeless and a bunch of ill-mannered tourists. The pharmacist hasn't been very good to me, but I'll give a decent review because Andrew deserves it.

Went in to purchase some liquid melatonin sleep aid around 9PM. Was pointed to the cold isle which did not have the sleep aid. Asked the elderly lady at the register to please look it up in the system and she pointed me back to the same cold isle that I had just been down.She didn't seem to know how to use her computer to search and less concerned with my need for the sleep aid. Rudely told me the cold isle had all the sleep aids they carried.Went home and found the liquid melatonin I needed online. Listed as in stock in their store--in the vitamin section. They're only one of two Walgreen's that carry the sleep aid in the Springs.If she had taken the 2 minutes to listen to me and check stock, maybe I'd be sleeping at 1:30 AM rather than writing this review.Tl;Dr: go in the daytime and ask the pharmacist if you expect any real help. Employees won't even check computers for you.

Worst Walgreens I have been to yet. Couldn't find me in computer. Lady in the Pharmacy was nice, but when my meds came they were 120 dollars more than they should have been. I presented the good rx numbers that should have been on my customer profile and were showing current on the website for this location. She then charged me more than the advertised price because she said they use a different manufacturer. I can't trust walgreen's or good rx because of this.

This review is for the pharmacy. My husband had a horrible experience with the pharmacy on Southgate. This pharmacy came to his rescue!!! I highly recommend this pharmacy 100% The young ladies working on 10/14/2021 were outstanding and deserve a raise !!!!!!
