I've never had people just straight up refuse to do their jobs before but then I came here for the first time a few months ago. Every couple of weeks I throw a few hundred bucks on my cashapp. I know the limits for the app. I'm definitely not getting close to that limit, as I don't need that much on the card for bills. I've read these terms about a hundred times.Every few weeks they refuse to add my cash. Never give me a reason. Can't help but wonder if it's because I'm gay or maybe my appearance? Dyed hair and tatted friends don't come here I guess There's a cashier there, scrawny blond chick named "Spring", she's failed to do her job multiple times this year, causing me to drive around town to find someone else to get the job done. Yesterday the girl even had the audacity to tell me she's never helped me before even though I go to this store about 2-3 times a week my wife got a good kick out of that comment. I asked for a manager to come assist me the second I saw her, knowing she's incapable of doing the transaction as she has been every time for months now. She didn't want to get the manager. I told her I wanted to have the manager do this, since nobody can ever help me. She again refused. I told her very simply, I only wanted a manager to do the transaction as I know for a fact less than 24 hours prior she couldn't get done what I needed. She then proceeds to tell me about cash apps limits like I don't actively do this and have read the terms multiple times. After about ten minutes waiting at the register and listening to her drone on and on about how she's never helped me, she definitely can help me right now and yet again, cashapp terms, a "manager" arrives... Introducing the incredibly underwhelming Jacob! Two days in a row this kid gave me trouble putting cash on the app. Two days in a row he couldn't tell me why he refused to do the transaction.Two days in a row this 19 year old child who's "managing the store" gave less than adequate customer service, attention to detail and literally couldn't follow store policy. Long story short, I've called corporate. They seem to know exactly who I'm talking about, which should say something off rip. I've filed complaints against both parties who work here, they say they know them well! Uh oh! If you guys end up ever checking your reviews and read mine, I truly hope y'all do better and I PRAY you don't treat your families the way you do your customers. Less arguing and more problem solving, I ask simple questions very calmly. Don't immediately argue and get defensive. We can talk like adults. Waiting for my third call with corporate to finish up these transgressions with "Jacob and spring"NOW TO THE GOOD PART OF MY REVIEWDavid! Best person who works in that store. If I have a problem he fixes it. If I don’t understand something he explains it! If he doesn’t understand it he learns! It’s wild to see someone going above and beyond here when everyone else here is rude at best! See y’all next week!

I am reviewing the Walgreens in The WestWind shopping center, Not the one on the corner of Vindicator. I have had nothing but a great experience with the pharmacy there. Everyone is helpful and always answers any questions I have. Sometimes the front checkout is a bit slow but I think it is because of short staffing

If my life depended on my medication,, I would be dead at this pharmacy. Even with only one customer in front of me, who’s talking to their mama about which meds to pay for (that’s why there’s prepay) & with 2 cashiers (with a severe lack of customer service skills -one chatting with a customer like she’s on a date & doesn’t know where she’s even at - in the pharmacy girl; please pay attention), its a wonder how I even got out of there.

I encountered a rude manager named Jacob today. I asked the cashier for help regarding a personal hygiene issue and called over the manager. He showed up and didn’t care about my issues. All I asked him was for advice on the right substitute and he pretty much told me to F..k off. I don’t recommend this store. I’m currently turning my prescriptions over to a different store.

Cannot believe how rude the pharmacy staff is. I came in an hour before close to pick up prescriptions. It was my first time filling here so I needed to give them my insurance card. Sandi was checking me out and I let her know I had an insurance card that needed to be added. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say “seriously I have to do all that work this late?” I didn’t say anything but waited while another employee helped her. All the while she was saying “who comes and does this this late at night”. I’m a nurse with very limited hours of free time and happened to get off early tonight. I can’t even believe someone could be so rude while standing in front of you. Needless to say I’ll be filling my scripts elsewhere since I was such an inconvenience.

Chris and other male staff members were not professional and unwilling to assist me. Once Chris assisted me he had some slick and unprofessional words for me while picking up a FedEx package for my company. We will not do this again and personally I will not come back to this location. Customer service extremely poor.

Major Pharmacy Concerns: I went in to pick up a prescription and was told it would be ready soon. They called me up and said the insurance company was not willing to pay for one of the prescriptions but did I want it anyway and I stated yes. I was in there for an hour and went back up to check and the RX was "waiting to be cleared" by the pharmacist. In the meantime I get a phone message while I am in the store that my RX is ready. I check again and was told it is not quite ready. After 2 hours of waiting I bought some over the counter medication and left the store with no RX. I received a VM today stating my RX is ready. Is it really?

Horrible customer service! Rarely do I come across a Walgreens like this one. I stood in the empty check out line to ask a question. I thought a customer was talking with the attendant. I waited a couple of minutes then got a nasty look from the lady, who I then realized was a worker. She did not say a word just shot me a nasty look then told the attendant that she would talk to him later. Not too sure how adults can act like they are in high school still but ok. I come in a place being polite I would assume the same back.So instead I will venture to other awesome Walgreens out there.

My daughter’s RX was supposed to be ready at 11am per a text. She left for work 30 minutes early and waited at the pharmacy. 20 some minutes later she hears the lady ask the pharmacist for her prescription. So she ends up late for work and leaves without her RX. We only use this pharmacy for the close proximity but wow they are bad.

Went to get prescription and had to wait in a line for 30 mins. Then when I got to front of line they told me nothing was ready and then said I'd have to wait over an hour if I wanted them filled. I drove to another store and they told me the prescriptions were ready and asked if they wanted me to fill them... It took them 5 mins. As soon as I can get these transferred to a different companies pharmacy I am.

I showed up for my flu shot appt at 5:15 p.m.and pharmacy was gated and closed. I was not notified of any cancellation. The website still says pharmacy open- its not open. Cashier said pharmacy closed cuz the computers crashed. C'mom get with it; Walgreens computers should never crash.Bad care for customers.

I think it's pretty great. The staff is always accommodating and that Ronnie is the hardest worker I've ever seen. My real complaint is the parking lot, my word, it looks like a battlefield! Can Walgreens show they care about their customers by first ensuring they don't die in the parking lot war zone?

I have had a lot of bad experiences with pharmacies since Covid hit. Walgreens has been particularly difficult at most locations. However, Jerry L. at this location is a rare find. I was extremely surprised with how nice and helpful he was on the phone and in store. Thank you, Jerry, you made my day! Thanks, for going the extra mile to help me!

By far the most incompetent and unprofessional pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. They said they'd fill our prescriptions, had us wait well over an hour and then ultimately closed abruptly before filling the prescription, making us call the doctor and send the medication to another pharmacy where we had to start from the beginning.

Walgreens is my hero! My car broke down yesterday so I walked to my appointment today...about three miles away, no problem. Well, I was half way to my appointment and I realized I forgot my face mask. I didn't have enough time to go back home to get it. I keep one in the car but I forgot to grab it with my focus on making it to my appointment. I went into Walgreens on Centennial Boulevard and I told them what happened. The manager, Kelly went in the back and brought me back a new disposal face mask. I was extremely thankful for his understanding and kindness! Thank you so very much!!

Scheduled my 2nd dose vaccine appointment a month ago and was told the morning of my appointment that they don't have any vaccines in stock and haven't had any for days. They are unsure when they are getting more. Let people know ahead of time, not an hour before their appointment.

This location randomly closes without notice. Today, for example, there was just a sign on the door saying "we're closing at 2pm. Sorry dor the inconvenience". Their phone system hasn't been updated to reflect this. Just nobody answering the phone... for those needing their prescriptions, guess we are out of luck.

I just got off the phone with someone who was rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying. I need a nebulizer machine. After not having any in stock at 4 different stores yesterday, I decided to leave my script at this pharmacy because it’s closer to home. They said they would have the next day. Instead, I get a message saying it won’t be there until the following day.I call up the pharmacy and I tell the person I need to either have them fax the script to another store or give it back so I can go somewhere I could get it today. I told him I needed to use it today. I do not want to pay a co-pay so I can get a breathing treatment. He didn’t listen to anything I had to say and seemed put out that I was asking for him to fax my much needed script to another store. So frustrating, and not what I want to deal with when I am sick.

The pharmacy manager Jerry is true gem of this location. Within my first three visits he had learned my name, withing the first 6 months he remembered where I work and has been a truly personable professional. You can tell that he enjoys taking care of people and building a strong relationship with them. Never before in my life have I looked forward to refilling my prescriptions. Now I look forward to catching up with my friend Jerry.The rest of this store is pretty hilarious, especially the woman who was born without happiness. I look forward to being checked out by her just to experience the enormity of her monotone and melancholic personality. It's as if everytime someone steps up to her counter, a little piece of her soul dies...it is truly a sight to behold! Experience the worlds most monotone and dreary human being, definitely worth the trip!

Most of the pharmacy staff are great, with the exception of the pharmacist Jerry. I’ve had several awful interactions with this man. Once he felt the need to talk down to me and insult me to the point that I was so humiliated I broke down in to tears in front on several other customers and his staff. I suppose because I take several “controlled” medications for Lupus, he must think I’m a drug addict and deserve to be treated as such. Nothing could be further from the truth... however, he seems to remember me, and delights in treating me with total disdain and disrespect. I called a different Walgreens to help me with an issue, and told them I was having trouble with another pharmacist.... I didn’t even tell her which store... and she said “ugh, that must Jerry”. He must have a reputation for being a jerk.

They never had products in stock anymore. Their doors are usually broken and you’re being directed around the store by rude employees. Pharmacy is NEVER open considering how many texts and calls I get for my prescriptions while I’m working!

I am a provider and I can't even get them to answer the phone. 30 minutes on hold, I can't imagine what it is like for patients. They are not able to manage patient care safely.

The nicest Walgreens cashier ever. Lady with shorter blonde hair. Super friendly and helpful. Only downside the store was missing children’s melatonin elixir drops. Good store and friendly all way around.

This place is always quiet and clean. Not too bad of a wait in the photo department and they had everything I needed! Love having a nice drugstore so convenient.
