Can't get it together. Pharmacy to be exact. Showed up, was told the reason my prescription wasn't ready was due to billing error, and would be ready after 2:30 which I stated I live 45min out and have strep so needed it ASAP. She said she could get it done sooner but still would be after 2. I waited over hour in parking lot. Came back around 2:10. Then was told after 6. Unacceptable, I understand companies are short staffed but communication needs to happen. No excuses, if they couldn't have it done don't lie and say they could.

Prescription wasn't ready as it should have been. Had to come back 2 hours later to get it. It was a real inconvenience. Rachel the girl covered in tattoos was really rude and cussed me when I asked why it wasn't ready. When I asked to speak with the store manager Ariana she said she didn't want to get involved. Stay away from this place. These people are rude and on drugs or got some serious mental problems.

Pharmacy was incredible tonight. My doctor had sent an RX in very late in the day that I needed desperately! I didn't see the RX email until 8:45pm! I called the pharmacy and although they were short staffed they filled it for me before 9:15PM! This is amazing customer service and I only wish I had gotten the names of the associates so that I could acknowledge them properly! 1000 thank you's, you are truly amazing!

Please help this pharmacy. They can’t fill prescriptions in the posted times or what they tell you. The pharmacists has told me “that will take like 30 minutes” for me to leave since I live close and 5 minutes later it’s filled. They also are so poorly staffed that I went to pick up a script and they are closed with a sign that says “due to unforeseen reasons, the pharmacy will close at 6 pm tonight.” That’s pretty unacceptable.Updated to 1 star. I’ve heard this pharmacy multiple times say to customers on the phone that they don’t have Covid tests as I’m buying and staring at Covid tests….like they actually don’t care. They cannot fill a same day script that I’m trying to get before they are closed on the holidays. Now I’m at home having trouble breathing thanks to this terrible management. Seriously someone help this pharmacy or just close it. It’s that bad

Incompetent. I have never been able to just pick up a prescription there. It’s a hassle every single time. This time, they lost the prescription that was sent for me and said they would get in contact with my prescriber. It has been more than 24 hours, and they never got in contact with her to fix their own screw-up.

Every time I have gone by there there is the sign in the drive thru that there isn't a pharmacist on staff. So during times it should be opened. It isn't. Then when I have had to get a prescription filled there, I have been met with contemptuous rude pharmacy techs. I get it. They are understaffed and overworked... not my fault. So don't give me the sour face because you hate your job. When there are complications with my prescriptions ... help me. Don't tell me that you are too busy and leave it up to me to figure it out. I AM NOT A PHARMACY TECH! IF I HAVE TO DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU, I AM ENTITLED TO PART OF YOUR PAYCHECK. I have been patient and cordial for countless times before, I am officially tired of your attitude and your lack of professionalism..

The pharmacy at the security location is so incompetent. They don't know when a script is going to come in when they order it. They say yes we will put that thru and then say it is out of stock when u call back after saying they just need to get it ready. I then called back and they say oh it just did not come it. Why did u not say that when I called twice before. This store pharmacy associates have no customer service skills and are very judgemental let inco.patant. i.stopped going there for that reason and now I was forced to go back and after years are still slow and incompetent. What is the issue with this store people have no problems at any other brand of pharmacy but Walgreens. It is outrageous when they have two pharmacists and 7 other people there all standing g and talking and not working. Outrageous how much these incompatant people do. Their conversations are more important then helping the customer.

I love shopping here during any holiday season. They have the best products that you can't find at other stores, they always decorate. And they have great sales plus a ton of other deals in their app or website. Plus they're open every day of the year- always great for the last minute things

I know a lot of people get frustrated with the wait times at this pharmacy. It is hard to be patient when medication is needed but due to their technician Rachel I would not leave this pharmacy. She is absolutely amazing, kind and compassionate she goes above and beyond to make every single person feel like she is personally invested in your health and in getting to know you.

Ridiculous. I have now not had my prescription for over 2 weeks. They told me they would order my medication last week on Wednesday. I have came back twice and they still didn’t have it. Pharmacist told me Friday that they had in it stock but by that time, the prescription had expired. I had to go back to my doctors office to get it sent again. It is now the following Wednesday and when I arrive to the pharmacy I give my info and the pharmacist says “we won’t have it in stock until tomorrow, thanks” and hangs up and walks away. Are you kidding? This is so unprofessional and people like me who are so kind and understanding…. It takes a lot to get me frustrated. I’m beyond frustrated. I would never recommend this pharmacy to any patients I have in the future and will not be returning after I FINALLY receive my prescription… if I ever will. God bless the woman who was so rude to me today.. I hope you don’t ever get dealt with, the way you dealt with me.

Today...8/15/23 12:58pm. Walgreens on Main Street 80911.I recently saw my doctor and she updated my regular prescriptions. I picked up two of them a few days ago at which time the pharmacist said I had to wait until the 15th for one other because it was too soon. No problem .Today, The 15 th, I call the pharmacy to find out the status and was told it was being processed (12: 40 pm) but should be ready by 1. Now this has happened before where I've been told come get it and then I get there and am told no it can't be filled yet. I literally explain this to the pharmacist before I head that way and am 'assured' I can pick up. After waiting for three cars ahead, I pull up and pharmacist said I can't get until 18th. I explain whole thing I just wrote. She says, ' Sorry, no'. I ask for manager.Nabil (?) , The pharmacy Manager says he will not fill it today. I am getting loud with him, because I am upset. I'm not cursing or threatening , I'm just loud. I try to explain.After all, I called, got verbal 'VERIFICATION' also explained THIS has happened before, get 'REASSURED' it will be ready, and then same thing happens. I tell the Manager I'm not moving out of line until he can find out where the disconnect is b cause I'm sick of this. Had the pharmacist told me on THE phone when I called it wouldn't be ready until the 18th, well I wouldn't be writing this. The Pharmacy Manager ( Nabil?) Then says, if I don't move out of line ( the one I waited in for three cars ahead of me ) he's cancelling my prescription! I repeated I want answers, and he says, "I've cancelled your prescription. You need to move." I sat calling Walgreens main customer service. The Pharmacy Manager then gets on the phone speaker and says he's calling the police and charging me with trespassing if I don't move ! I moved once I got Walgreens on my phone. I also call My doctor who sent me a copy of her instructions she sent to Walgreens which clearly reads it can be filled between the 15-18 th. PLUS, the pharmacist verbally confirmed it was ready, today,the 15 th !So basically, a WALGREENS pharmacist, A Pharmacy MANAGER no less; Can cancel a medical prescription and refuse to fill it because a customer is legit upset and they can also threaten to call the Police because the customer is upset and wants answers?I filed a Formal complaint.I am following up with Corporate and after all these complaints I'm reading; going to look at a class action or try for some highly publicized media attention about these Walgreen issues Just start reading reviews. It's not just poor me. * Again, all the pharmacist had to do was tell me WHEN I CALLED it wasn't and wouldn't be ready until such and such a time. But to get my prescription cancelled and threatened to call the police?? What do I get for my inconvenience? Not even an explanation.I called. I waited in line. My time and expense are important. The customers otherwise, are just literally the mercy of Walgreens and it's representatives ( employees ). Oh. Sorry for your inconvenience. No work ethics. An obvious serious lack of training on how to read the screen so they can give the "correct information" to a customer. And no ramifications for their actions if they don't. Accidents happen. I know. They just happen a lot with Walgreens. Do I think the pharmacy manager needs to be fired? Yes. He obviously had no managerial experience. He could not offer his time to check into what happened and why I was told this. He certainly had no skills in dealing with a difficult customer; Trying to resolve the issue.I was rude, not irate, not threatening. Luckily my doctor was able to call my prescription in to another pharmacy. Guess what? They filled it, on the 15 th, Today. Rant over. For now. Following up.

Main Street Walgreens in Colorado Springs - is wonderful.I just moved to the area a few weeks ago - I'm a military spouse. I read so many negative reviews about this place - I was worried about going. But it had better ratings than the rest of the Walgreens in my area.DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!Every single person I had interaction with (5 different people in the pharmacy area) was polite, kind, caring and helpful. I was out of a medication, unable to see a doctor in the area for another 2 months and my prescription in the state I just left had expired. Main Street Walgreens gave me enough to cover me during the week while I worked on reaching my former provider to get them to send in a new prescription to my former Walgreens.Main Street Walgreens then set about ordering the medication I needed in the amounts allowed - while working on getting my prescription transferred from out of state over to them. I went back three times in one week. First to show them my meds, the second was supposed to be for pick-up but found that things were delayed and the last time we finally had success and I got my refill.Keep in mind - they went out of their way to be helpful. They could have told me to go away, the could have chosen not to be helpful - but instead did everything they could to help.I will not be going anywhere else while I'm here.My other alternative was to fly back to my former state and try to fill the prescription there - and then fly back. Doing so would have cost me almost $2k. To say I was grateful and relieved - is an understatement. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy at Main Street Walgreens in Colorado Springs, CO.

Don't do uber orders here. Wouldn't shop here either with the rude associate at the front desk Jen. I don't believe she possesses customer service skills and you may not want to have her at the front of your store. Last time i was in there you could tell she didn't want to be there huffin and puffin.You might want to reconsider being rude to uber shoppers as they COULD be your customer but my money is never getting spent here.

Update: This pharmacy is still a mess, and their new central fill system makes prescriptions take even longer. Refill early! BUT I also want to recognize Rachel, a pharmacy tech who is doing the absolute best she can. She’s always so kind, and she seems genuinely interested in helping people. Thanks, Rachel!Hands down the most understaffed and unorganized pharmacy I’ve been to. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get a (already filled) prescription. I tried being at the counter at 9 AM when the pharmacy opens, but their counter was shuttered until 9:05 and I did not get my prescription until 9:20. As of the last two days, I have spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get them to fill a new, much needed prescription. When I finally got ahold of someone, they said they “were behind,” but my prescriptions would be ready at 3 PM. It’s 4 PM and they are still not filled. The staff themselves are kind, but it is clear they are overworked. Avoid this Walgreens if you can; I will be switching soon.

Seriously what is wrong with the people at this location? I dropped off a prescription specifically stating I needed to know whether or not insurance was going to cover it and it was put in as cash so now I can't even find out what I need to find out. You need to hire people who are going to listen because that is your biggest failure at this location.We called 3 separate times about a prescription. There were problems with the pre authorization from insurance so we fixed it with the doctor's office and called Walgreens back to be told that isn't a known time for the pre authorization to be accepted - at which point we told them to go ahead and fill it. They said okay and we never received a prescription ready notification so we called again and were told that insurance won't cover it and we said yeah we know fill it anyway so then it was stated it should be done by 4pm. Already frustrated by this process we went ahead to go pick it up a little after 4pm and the lady at the window wouldn't stop talking and listen so then because she wouldn't listen we have her the insurance card to be told that insurance won't cover it and we told her we know, we have a goodrx for it for this time, then she says it's not ready give it about a half hour. So we leave to go have dinner as planned after wasting almost 20 minutes going over all of this again with this woman who doesn't listen only to have his phone ding 2 minutes down the road that his prescription is ready. So then we rush through dinner to book it back to Walgreens by 6 to get his prescription before it closed.We started this process last Friday when I initially called in a refill.

I have given this pharmacy as many chances as I can and I'm done. Today is not the first day they've left me without my medication but definitely the most annoying time. I called yesterday to make sure it was going to be filled today, they said they ordered it and it would. Of course today it's not in, of course they say 'looks like it was never ordered, we can get it Monday.' So now I get to go through withdrawals for 3 days and this lady was not only not apologetic, she was rude about it. So after 10 years, I'll be moving all my family's prescriptions to Walmart.

Disturbing! I purchased a new humidifier from this location last night. When I took it out of the packaging there were many obvious hard water stains. I suspect it was previously used (but later sold to me as new) and sat on the shelf while still damp and growing who knows what. It grossed me out. Further, the frozen pizza boxes were all soggy like they've been stored too warm.

When is the point at which you can express frustration? When you pick up medications and get home and discover you recieved one prescription but not another? When you pick up medication and the bottle doesn't contain the full dose? When your prescriptions are delayed because they're billing insurance you haven't had in years and you've "fixed" it with them multiple times? When you've been waiting over 6 weeks for immunotherapy meds and they just don't know when they'll be able to get them to you? When you're stuck with them because that's your only choice with insurance?I used to try to be overly kind because surely the pharmacy staff were just hateful because they were over worked. Enough is enough. They continue to screw up orders and insurance. At the very least their incompetence is not safe.

Employees here like to call customers "karens" for saying they are frustrated with this store not having a pharmacist. My meds have been ready since Tuesday, and I have been by every day to try and pick up my medication, with no luck. They do not know when they are going to hire a full-time pharmacist. The one they do have is part-time and shared with the other fountain store. This is walgreens has not seen this part-time pharmacist in over a week.

Never really had a problem w the pharmacy here. I'm usually pretty patient because I know there might be a line inside or out. It sucked to see a sign saying drive thru was closed do to being understaffed, and I had to go in.

Even I do not give them 1 star. Every single time when I have new prescriptions, I need to go there a few times with calls. I do not want to deal with them anymore. This would be last one I hope I can pick it up today. For this RX, I would be 2 visits with 3 calls. I will switch to other pharmacy. I am done with them,

Worst pharm experience ever. Waited in drive through, got to window, started to help me then said,” we cannot do this before our lunch so you’ll have to come back”. How horrible from a customer service standpoint! They also cannot figure out how to apply savings cards to accounts and are just plain rude! I will be transferring my last remaining RX from this pharmacy!

I had 3 prescriptions sent to this location. It took 2 days to fill only one of them. When I sent someone for it, the staff was rude and mad that it was 5 minutes until closing, complaining loudly about time management. (Just quit your job if it's that horrible).The other two prescriptions mysteriously vanished and they refused to do anything. I never got my other two meds or answers on why they didn't have them- leaving me to suffer with the sickness I had.Thanks walgreens. Totally top notch. 👌

Had a Rx sent there that I needed immediately, the doctor put it through as a stat order because of how important it was at around 5pm. I called to make sure they got it and was told they'd fill it tomorrow. I said no, that's not going to work. Well long story short, I didn't get my medication at all. Thanks guys, really appreciated. Zero stars if I could.

In excruciating pain. Unable to get my pain medication, because NOBODY is picking up the phone at walgreens. After 40 minutes, or more waiting on the phone it's just getting shut off. Trying to get a pharmacist on the phone for 3 days now. I called medicaid, they said my meds should've been available by Friday latest Saturday.

Today I went to drive through, 5 vehicles in line at 10: 50 am , I waited until 11:35 am 45 minutes, , that's not right for me or the folks in front of me or behind , I remember when this store first opened it had 2 drive up points was a lot better , I want to know did the population in the Security area and Ft. Carson decrease??
