We always have such an easy time doing the self wash station here with our dogs. It’s much easier than wrestling them at home in our tub. All of the employees are wonderful- McKenna is the BEST and so attentive and friendly! She checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the baths. You can also tell how much she loves the dogs. We are so appreciative of all of the staff helping us keep our crazy boys clean!

After terrible experiences from our long time groomer of 5 years (rude, unprofessional and inconsistent) and then a new one there after (chopped off my pup’s top knot of 3 years on our first visit), we are so glad and grateful to have found Slovenia at Wag n Wash Woodmen to groom our 2 fur babies. 1 of the 2 isn’t the easiest to deal with due to her anxiety issue. But Slo always listens to what we want our pups to look like and have them groomed in a timely manner all 3 times we have been there. It’s nice not to have to worry about what our pups gonna look like when we go pick them up every time, like I did before with our first groomer (definitely shows the lack of experience and professionalism after the daughter took over). Highly recommend Slovenia!

I took my brand new foster puppy there for a much needed bath. All of the staff that worked yesterday were so sweet and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Thanks to all of them. You made baby's first bath a good experience for all involved.

We've been shopping Wag n' Wash for years. Since a change in ownership some of the products have changed - the same foods are available - but more important, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they adore our dog! We so appreciate the time and attention they give to make sure our Puggle is comfortable and healthy.

On the website, it advertises $76 for a full cut and even mentions how other groomers charge extra fees and they do not. When we got there, we were given options of $76 for basic cut or +$20 for shorter cut. So they do charge fees. We specifically opted for the $76 cut. When I went to pick up my dog and check out, I was told it would cost $96. I was a bit confused because I had a conversation with the groomer specifically asking for the $76 cut which she agreed could be done for my dog. I feel like this is very misleading and unprofessional. I would've rather them been honest upfront, and said that they can only do it for $96 which would be okay. We will not be returning because of this.

what a great place! We were visiting Colorado Springs for the thanksgiving holiday and need to bathe our pup. We have never visited a wag n wash before and we are so glad we did! The staff was so kind and friendly. They explained how everything worked and helped us pick out the best products for our yellow Labrador. They provided grooming tools and towels. The water was perfectly warm too! I highly recommend picking up a toy and/or dog treats on your way out. Tulsa loved her time there and all the love and attention (and cookies) the amazing staff gave her! We will definitely be back! Oh! And I almost forgot, they have a great doggie bakery of special treats and high quality pet foods.

Great place for all your dog and cats need. We love to wash our dog there and have her nails trimmed. Our dog loves the long deer, rabbit, duck, and elk sticks. They even have birthday treats. We were able to celebrate our girls' 13th Birthday and she loved it! Better than other chain stores.

I came here after picking my dog up from Rover Boarding traumatized, wet in 21°F, covered in vomit and feces despite their 5 star rating. Becca and her staff went above and beyond to help me bathe my dog, out of their way to give her some lovin', and reminded us that genuinely good people still exist. Mandy P the groomer does an AMAZING job with my malamute “Miska”she looks like a princess after Mandy P is done grooming her. She takes a lot of pride with my baby and talks to her and is patient. I’ve been going to Mandy P at wag in wash off woodmen since Dec of last yr and will continue to take my pup to her. Thank you for caring and making her look beautiful ALWAYS. Spent $120 on 11/13/2023 got my dog a hair cut, stuffed animal and a coat for my dog. The coat was too small for my dog and not even 24 hours I go back to try and exchange it for a medium and they couldn’t even let me do it without a receipt. Keep in mind I was literally just there yesterday buying it. I’ve never been more disgusted in a company. I asked the lady at the desk to see if she could pull up the cameras and see me from yesterday and she wouldn’t. On top of that she literally scheduled my appointment for my dog knowing who I was and still wasn’t willing to me exchange my dogs coat from a S to M. The grooming people who cut the dogs hair are nothing but fantastic and loving people. for wag n wash, you guys are no longer going to be getting my support and for the lady working at the front desk i hope you get put into a situation where i was today and someone turns you down and see who that impacts you. Do better.

He was very courteous, helpful and pleasant to work with. I even got our first dog wash for FREE! YES! I love this wag n wash location so much. Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming. You can see that the workers truly care about each other and what they do. Always so happy to help in a friendly and welcoming way. I met this girl Becca? Bekkah? Who helped me find exactly what i needed. She was truly a blessing on a stressful, hard day. These workers go thru so much customer abuse and still find ways to smile and try their best. There is NOTHING a worker can do when you ask them to break policy.

We brought in a rescue who was in serious need of some pampering. Candace did a phenomenal job and took great care to make him comfortable. She even gave him the Mohawk I wanted even though he messed it up seconds after getting into the car. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Love Wag N Wash on Woodmen!Staff are IMMACULATE! I’ve had such a bad experience at Petco on Nevada.. and was so nervous to take our pup somewhere again. Wag N Wash eased my mind from the second we entered. They played ball with our pup before taking him back, gave treats, was patient with him (he was abused), loved on him, gave him a bakery item. If I could get 10 stars I would. I will never take my pup anywhere else. And the prices are FANTASTIC compared to Petco and PetSmart. I’m one happy dog mom for sure, we will be back.

Slo is the best groomer Sushi and I have been to. He has had some really rough experiences through the years and has PTSD; however, Slo has spent over a year with him, and through working with him and his service animal training, he's learned to trust her and I drive 45 minutes one way specifically for her❤️

I love going to the Wag N’ Wash and wanted to try this location. The staff in the store are friendly and helpful.I had one- bad experience:When I went to wash my dog, Pepper- a lady asked me if I wanted her help getting her into the bath. I said no- thank you. I was getting her up the ramp and the lady grabbed her back end and moved her. This was surprising to me. I had said no and she still grabbed my dog.Some dogs are sensitive to other people touching them. I work with my dogs so that they are comfortable with me touching them whenever they need to be groomed or vet care. I think it’s important for dogs to feel safe when they’re touched- so I touch them- everyday.I don’t like anyone touching me or my dog when I just told them that I don’t want their help. Then she went on to tell me about my dog’s weight and how hard it was to lift her.I decided to go back one more time before I wrote a review:I went back with Pepper and everyone was fantastic. They were helpful with the bath but not pushy. It was a much better experience! ♥️I will say that for me there is a drawback to this location. It is very busy. At other locations it is more relaxing because there is less traffic. I like to go when it’s not so crowded.If you don’t mind the crowd- this is a excellent place to get pet supplies and wash your dog with a little help from nice people! ♥️

Took my Scottish Terrier (Scooter) here for a full grooming and Slovenia was wonderful! My baby looks so fresh and clean and she cut him exactly as I showed from the photo I found. Its been a few days and he still smells clean :) will certainly be back!

Customer service is NOT a priority of theirs by any means! I stopped by to get some puppy food (new to town) and was greeted with attitude because I asked if Wag n Wash was the same as Pet Supply Plus, and if I could use my Pet Supply Plus rewards with Wag n Wash. Bringing up Pet Supply Plus hit the lady wrong. Come to find out, Wag n Wash is owned by Pet Supply Plus and that's why everything down to the sale tags are exactly the same. I don't really care for attitude like that when just asking a simple question, so I'll take my business else where.

My husband and I just adopted a new dog and she was quite a mess. She had matted fur and was dirty and musty. The rescue said she was rescued for wandering the streets. I usually bathe dogs myself, but because she's new to our home and we're all still getting used to each other, we decided to take her here to get washed and groomed. We let the girls know our concerns of not knowing how she would be and they gladly took her back and provided and excellent service. They said Roxy was such a good girl and Lisa our groomer was fantastic!! We dropped of a dirty matted dog and were returned a clean, no mats, nails trimmed, good smelling, shiny, soft dog. I'm so impressed at the difference!! Thank you so much for your amazing job. We will definitely return!!

They do a good job on doggy haircuts and styling (such as bandanas and ties). Also they have our dogs favorite bully sticks and other treats he loves. We've been taking Charlie there for a couple of years now and they have been consistently on point. Charlie approves, so we approve!

The self dog wash was great and easy to use. The attendent was nice and helpful. I am a dog groomer from Kentucky and I needed somewhere to bathe my standard poodle. The velocity dryers did a good job at blowing her coat straight but it took a long time. I was able to fluff her up and comb her out without being rushed. Great stop for a quick bath.

What a great place! Staff are friendly. The self dog wash place is the best I've used - the shampoo is mixed into the hose. Conditioner is awesome. The cover for Watson's ears worked well. Four paws up!
