Great store! Went in about an hour before they closed after my dog was peed on at the park. Self wash area was clean and the provided soaps and conditioners smelled amazing. Large treat selection too, so left with some treats for the road and a clean puppy! Will definitely be coming here again after any park accidents.

Dogs nails were cut too short and quick’s showing - had go to vets several times and contacted the store and was told as weeks later they would not cover vets bills and offer a free hair cut- dog has been in pain and discomfort and a nail trim was not requested. -extreamly unhappy and more so for my dog as now he’s suffering from his quicks being exposed/ bleeding and having to reframe from walks and having to have feet bandaged to try and relieve the problem/stop infection and try and allow the nails to re grown out if they even will .Groomer needs to make sure any other dogs nails are not cut too short and be more careful as this is very serious.

I love wag n wash for the self wash. This store has great employees but the self wash is very poorly maintained. There is fur stuck to the dryer area all the time and the tubs don’t feel like they are cleaned well between clients. I know it’s a place meant to clean dirty dogs, but i have been to other locations and this one feels like it could be maintained a bit better.

Bailey was amazing with my dog! He is not the easiest for nail trimming and she made it happen without causing him stress. We already have our next appointment scheduled! Best grooming experience ever! Thank you so much ;-)

This had been the second time I've come here for a self wash and the place has been a disaster! The kids they have working there are unorganized and never have anything in order. No tubs clean, no towels avail. The dryers, most are broke, not to mention its dirty. Hair everywhere. They don't vacuum up the hair back there. I have gone in there more than once, and piles of long husky dog hair blowing around. I had hair all over me and my dog. I had to leave. I told the kids working there and they did nothing. I told the kids up front, and they just say it's the weekend.I won't be returning.

I've never been to a Wag n Wash before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The facility is very clean and well stocked! Everyone was very nice and super helpful. I brushed my dog ahead of time because he sheds like crazy, and I got an even more absurd amount of fur off of him with their grooming supplies! I will absolutely be back! It makes bathing and desheding a dog so much easier compared to trying to do that at home!

We love coming here to wash our pup! The staff are always very friendly, and they provide everything we need to clean her. There is ample space for washing, and same goes for the drying area. It’s also nice not being rushed with a time limit. Highly recommend this place if you need a dog wash!!

I’ve gotten my dog groomed at multiple wag n wash places and PetSmart groomers and the only complaint from them is that he doesn’t like the kennel. He doesn’t get aggressive about anything, he just makes it difficult for people to put him in the kennel, but he’s never aggressive! I’ve been told he’s the sweetest dog and super calm, not a fan of water but lets you do what you need to do.This place tells me he got “aggressive with the dryer hose” which I’ve used before at a wag n wash. And they weren’t able to dry him because he was “freaking out so bad”. He actually enjoys the dryer, it’s the bathing he doesn’t like because he doesn’t like water. So I’d really love to know what they were doing to my dog to make him aggressive!!! I will never go back to that wag n wash again.

The folks in the DIY bath room are always cheerful, helpful and conscientious, despite the space being noise, wet and doggy. Tub/ramp combination make for easy access/exit. Overall, you can't go wrong. Recommend!

Jon and Miguel did an outstanding job helping me get to solution for my grooming table. They were excellent with communication. Jon definitely went above and beyond with his customer service to help me. I have never had service like they gave me in this industry!! I will never buy a grooming table anywhere else!

Wag N’ Wash has been the best place to bathe my dogs!!! Love them. My family has been going there since 2006 and now I bring my own dogs there for baths. It’s great for my rescue that’s more timid around strangers because I can bathe my dogs myself and leave the hair behind when I go home! Now they even give you earmuffs for your dogs when you use the dryer if they are scared of the noise.

This was my first experience at a Wag N Wash since moving to Colorado and I will definitely be returning. The staff was so helpful and friendly, didn’t push my rescue dog’s boundaries when he wouldn’t like to take treats, they even offered to help me clip his nails which was potentially a challenge since he’d never had his nails clipped before but Goose was perfectly comfortable with the groomer that cut his nails. The tubs are plenty big enough for my Great Pyrenees he had no issues turning around in the tub during his bath. I can’t wait until his next bath so I can go back again!

Overall good experience. The staff were all new so they weren’t super helpful but the wash worked well. The doggie blow dryers are loud so bring ear muffs!

We are frequent flyers at this Wag N’ Wash, and come here every three weeks or so. We use the DIY dog wash a lot, and highly recommend the Ultimate Wash. The soap comes out of the hose which makes for easy cleaning! The facility is extremely clean especially in the dog wash room. My dog Samson is always so excited to come here, and he has tried and LOVED everything in the bakery. We recently went in to buy him a birthday cake, and they even included a party hat. Samson has a very sensitive stomach and special treats often make him sick, but nothing I have ever bought from the bakery or treat section at Wag N’ Wash has ever upset his stomach. They use all natural ingredients in their products, and everything is very high quality. Whenever I got in without Samson they always ask me how he is doing. The staff is very personable, kind, and welcoming. Samson is already looking forward to his next birthday cake!

Kay did an amazing job grooming my sweet Delilah, this was Delilah’s first time being groomed and Kay did a wonderful job making sure she was comfortable. Kay was extremely professional and was able to get Delilah done quickly, I will be a customer of Kay’s and Wag n Wash furever ❤️

I brought my 10 year old, Claire in for a self wash. She had been having some skin issues, and my vet had given a special shampoo for her, to be used 2-3X’s weekly. I rescued my girl from Houston’s death row 3-4 yrs ago, so I’m always extra careful when I take her around other doggies, because of the trauma of being in a noisy crowded shelter for the time she was, and the condition she’d been found in; at times she seems a little fearful. Devon and Rocky were so kind, and Rocky had to lift her into the tub, and she did just fine. I really appreciated the calm and kind demeanor of these 2 men. We will definitely be returning. This was my first time using a self wash, and it was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much! This is my beautiful little girl after her bath. 💖🐾💕

I took my dog in for a self wash and it was amazing.We paid extra for the deshedding shampoo and there's enough in the bottle for several visits.We have a larger breed and the stations have ample space.Pro tip:If you are going to remove undercoat, or if you have wicked allergies, wear a mosquito net over a hat and you won't get hair in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

Would rate 0 if I could when I initially called for a Saturday appointment. The caller made a schedule for the wrong day, I came on said day, and they requested paperwork, which was never stated before, no text heads up, no email, just shrugging shoulders. Shame as this spot was recommended, please be more clear and concise on your terms to receive even the most basic of services.

This was my first was with my 5 month old 50lb German Sheppard puppy and I was super impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism of the staff and all the options they have for your pets. They are very helpful to show you how to use all the bathing and drying tools which was great!!! I will definitely return to continue to bring my dog there because it is so easy than my bath tub!! If you want a place to wash your dogs come here and no where else! Thanks y’all. Also they have a huge selection of great quality pet supplies and food.

Incredibly unprofessional location. We relied on the posted hours and arrived at this location at 9:00am. Another individual was waiting outside with us, and no one bothered to come out and tell us that they would not be opening the store until 9:30 since their cashiers failed to arrive on-time. Both myself and the other customer explained that we just wanted to wash our dogs, as you are not expected to pay until after the wash anyways. However, this employee still insisted that that would not be possible for some reason. Waste of time and gas, and very inconsiderate way of treating your customers!

First time using the dog washing service today and Tati walked me back to get me set up and checked me out afterwards. The other ladies were also very kind and helpful when I asked for help with the birthday treats. Customer service here is always great and the washes are user-friendly! Will be coming again!
