The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when the washing area was fully packed. I could tell that they really cared for my dog; especially when they went above and beyond to help me lift her in the tub very carefully, since she's a bit elderly. A few of the employees stopped to ask about my doggo and give her some pets. We had a great time and will definitely be doing our baths here from here on out. (And of course, my girl refused to get in the car without rubbing her clean fur all over the dirty asphalt)

Feb 2024never ending exceptional customer service, again. We did a nail trim only and the staff was terrific. Always professional, friendly, fast, and never a clip into the nail quick. 5 Thumbs Up again for Wag N Wash on Uintah.This was a first class SPA Day for my rescue girl Biscuit. I have used this Wag N Wash for years doing the "self" and dog wash, and this was my 1st experience having staff complete a grooming experience. Heidi was amazing, taking the time and having the professional patience to get to know my rather obstinate cattle dog. Heidi took control and soon produced a clean and sparkling and very happy dog. The entire staff exhibits exceptional customer service, and 5 Thumbs Up for Heidi, my future Go To grooming professional.

Both the west side location and the woodmen/I25 location are wonderful. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff. What they don't know, they quickly find out. I have a dog with very specific food and treat needs. These guys have recommended several things that have turned out to be her favorites. I have found their prices to equivalent to the other big name pet stores, but staff far more knowledgeable.

I had the best first experience bathing my 120 lb puppy! The ENTIRE staff took time to help out and ease a terrified giant. They helped with everything from start to finish. They also helped my elderly father with my other puppy. They had great advice for my rescue and just were wonderful the whole time I was there. Now I have clean fluffy dogs again. ♡

This is a great alternative to washing your dog at home. Super friendly staff, clean facilities, all the shampoo and towels you need, and, most importantly, no clean up. I’ll be bringing Petey here for a bath from now on.

I’ve had a decent experience at this location until 12/23. I experienced constant issues with one specific employee (older, mature lady with red hair). Everything was going well until I asked her if there was any other types of brush, and she rudely said “you have one” and walked off on me. Then, she tried to rush me out of the dryer area when my dog wasn’t even dry because it was busier than normal. She said, “Are you done yet? We need that drying dtation.” It’s ironic because there is a sign that says “please completely dry your dog before leaving because they may be cold”. Perhaps, you should find a better queuing system instead of rushing customers out. I have an 80lb thick, long-coated dog, so it’s going to take a hot minute to dry her. I was even more annoyed because I spent $100 here on treats and wash. Definitely could improve customer service skills.

What sets this business apart is the wonderful staff! From the moment- you enter to the moment you leave- they help you! The awesome staff help me lift my dog into the tub- after she refuses to walk up the stairs. They are nearby to hand me towels or just assist. They are great with all the animals!✨I recommend this place to everyone, because of the terrific staff! I have my dog’s nails clipped here! Everyone does an awesome job! Patrick is my favorite person to work on Pepper’s nails. She is a bull terrier with curving nails that are hard to work on. It takes patience and skill to get her nails done. Patrick calms her down and talks her through the process. I trust him completely! I always leave a tip. The staff really go above and beyond! ⭐️After her nails are done- I give her a bath! She looks great and smells awesome! 🐶This location has great sales on pet food and supplies. I often save money buying my pet products here.They also have beautiful collars and leashes, natural- yummy treats, and lots of great toys! ♥️This is a great place- I highly recommend it to everyone! ⭐️

First Time at this Place. Excellent Work. Adrian did a Fantastic Cleaning to both of my Dogs. They are new to Colorado Weather. So they were shedding like Crazy and needed a Cleanup after I moved back to Colorado Springs. They are Very Friendly and helpful and Cheaper than Places like them in L.A.. They were Finished within two hours which is Excellent. Would Recommend them to Anyone.

Do your dogs love getting dirty and eating treats!? Well, have we got a one stop shop for you!!!! Wag n Wash Uintah is my favorite place to bring the fur babes to keep them clean and spoil them with special chews and treats. They are treated like mini celebrities every time we walk through the door (which is often). Shout out to Tom who won my scared little street dog’s heart over and became one of her first friends. Kit used to be nervous to walk in the door and now she rushes in like she owns the place so she can see Tom and get some extra pets and love. The whole team is great and has always been so kind to both me and the pups, but Tom in particular has earned a very special place in Kit’s heart with his gentle and kind nature and helped her grow from street dog to total princess.

I've been going here for over 20 years. First with my purebred, huge Newfoundland, now with a slightly smaller Newfypoo. Best experience, so easy. Shampoo comes through the hose with the water, same with conditioner. They provide aprons, towels, grooming tools, ramp to get in tub if needed, a raised area to blow dry. And free treats. Reasonable price for an easy experience.

We picked up some CBD for our dog with seizures. They were very informative, answered all the questions we had, and we ended up buying a little bottle of 300mg Super Snouts to try. Our dog is about 50lbs, a collie mix with genetic seizures that started about 5 years old. He’s been medicated with phenobarbital and zonisamide for his entire seizure history and usually has cluster seizures about 1x per month. Since easing him in, starting with 0.25ml or a 1/4 dropper (which is conveniently marked on the pipet that comes in the CBD bottle) we have increased the dosage to 0.5ml. At first, he was a little skeptical because we were trying to put it under his tongue for best absorption, but then, I just asked him if he wanted a treat, and just stuck the pipet in his mouth and squeezed all the CBD oil out of the pipet and right into his mouth. Easy peasy, he loves it. We have since just gave it to him before we feed him in the AM and before we go to bed. He’s like a “normal” dog again (normal=pre-seizures). He’s less anxious, more calm and chill, and not as reactive when we encounter other dogs on walks. Almost a month in, almost one bottle down, and absolutely zero seizures? It’s working so far. Definitely work with your doctor for a plan for your pet, and remember how and where your medications are metabolized in the body to minimize contraindications (kidneys:urine/liver:stool) and try not to overload one of your pets organ systems. Regular bile acid tests ensure the liver is functioning properly, and since CBD is broken down in the liver and eventually the stool, adding it to other medications also being broke down in the liver, you must be aware. Our dog has had no side effects, sleeps better through the night, and is not a restless sleeper any longer. I appreciate Wag N’ Wash for carrying this for our dog, and will continue to purchase it from them so our dog can be more dog-like and not have to worry when the next seizure will hit him. The two locations we’ve been to have been awesome, the one on Uintah and the Monument location! Thank you!!

This place is FANTASTIC! They treat my pup like the little rock star she is! And she LOVES going there as a result! A dog who HATES water and HATES having her nails trimmed absolutely LOVES going to this Wag N’Wash on Uintah! It’s a miracle! Shannon is her regular groomer and just makes my baby, Lily Jo, sparkle! The silver in her coat literally sparkles, have no idea how she does this voodoo, but Shannon is the best groomer we’ve ever had! LOVE. THIS. PLACE. !!!

Great customer service! Although I liked it when they were an independent chain, their dog food supplies have been more consistent since Petco bought them. The brand I buy is pretty popular, (and not available at Petco), and they used to run out. Not anymore. I also get my dog groomed here. I tried a different place that a friend recommended, but not only was the place more expensive by over $20, it couldn't manage to trim my Newfoundland's coat. The groomers at Wag N' Wash at Uintah have always managed to do a great job on him, so now I know not to go anywhere else.

I already knew they were really nice here, but I KNOW now that they are amazing. Both my idiot dogs got skunked today and everyone at the store was so gracious when we showed up six minutes after opening with two chemical warfare agents. A special thank you to Cat and everyone who gave my big scaredy baby puppy some treats and love despite his unbelievable stench, and a thank you to the guy who was there at open (I didn't get his name but Ive seen him there a few times) who told us to use the degreasing shampoo and let it sit for as long as possible. The dogs don't smell *horrible* after their little adventure and it is partially due to that sage advice. Hopefully the store can be aired out and THANK YOU to the kind, gracious, knowledgeable staff at wag n wash uintah for your assistance and for helping me laugh about it instead of cry. I hope you all put this review in your annual performance reviews because all the staff on 10/5/23 were amazing and you deserve to be recognized as such.

The wash here is expensive so whether or not it is worth it is up to you. I found that in Colorado Springs there aren't many cheap washes. Petco has various $10 washes but none in Colorado Springs, like in Denver. That being said, Wag N Wash does provide a wonderful facility. With very mildly warm soft pressure (but not too soft) water to rinse the puppy. They also provide a wonderful assortment of shampoos and conditioners, depending on which wash you choose. I suggest the Ultimate for most of the year and the Fur buster for those real shedding times (trust me on this it helps a ton!).The staff there is very friendly. Kendra was always a pleasure to chat with during our doggy washes.The bakery is really nice, and I really appreciate that it is on site. The meat loafs are doggy heaven, and very affordable. We have since moved away and I know my Rocket misses them still!While expensive, if your dear pets are a priority I think this franchise is providing a good service, and this location has always given me nothing but good experiences.

I took my dog here after he made his way through a cesspool of nasty water at the dog park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My dog is large and I wasn't sure how I was going to get him in the tub but one of the staff offered to pick him up and load him in there for me. He also got him out of the tub and over to the drying table after the bath, soaking wet and all. The facility is great. They may not have the automatic raised baths, but everything else is very nice. The bath area is prepped with shampoo and conditioner of your choice along with clean towels and a face cloth. Brushes are also provided and there are aprons to wear as well. The dryers are fantastic. My dog has a super thick double coat and not only did his fur dry faster than I've ever seen, but a lot of his undercoat was blasted out in the process which helped with shedding! Bathtime for my big boy is usually a huge pain but Wag N Wash made the experience enjoyable for both of us. After he was fresh and clean I walked him over to the store side where there was a large variety of pet supplies. I picked out a few treats from the bakery display as a reward. We will definitely be going back!

Took Reign in to get his nails trimmed, and also did a self wash on him. I came out covered in dog hair and soaking wet, and Reign is soft, clean, and fresh smelling. If the groomers had been available, I'd have gone that route, as it's easier on me. We also bought freshly baked dog cookies for Christmas presents and treats! Reign may not like baths, but at least he's ready for Santa! Two paws up!
