Hidden gem on the middle of the city. It's a whole lot bigger than you think it will be. Keep walking around every bend, because it just keeps going. Tons to see, and two super pettable dogs behind a separately fenced area. One star off for outrageous prices on a lot of things, but aren't most places like this the same?

This is a wonderful little local bird food shop. Prices are good on all the seed and plenty of mix from which to choose. Lot of feeders, bird baths, houses, etc. Plenty of nice things for gifts, too. It's a little hidden, but it's really worth the stop. Check their pumpkins in the fall, too. Best price and selection in town. Such friendly people there, too.

It is so soothing just to walk around this quaint business that is tucked inside a residential area. There are many garden items to choose from. My daughter's and I go every summer to shop the fountains, birdbaths and garden art. Highly recommend. Many unusual gifts for a friend or loved one or just to gift yourself. There are two friendly mastiff that live at the old farm house next door.

I have said, for years, that I wanted to check this place out, but never did - until a couple of weeks ago. Why did I wait so long?? It is the most awesome yard art, bird seed, squirrel feeder place ever! There is a lot of Colorado Springs history in this place. Be sure to ask them to tell you the history.

Wow great place, great helpful staff!! Had birds at my feeder within hours of using their recommended seed, in a feeder I hadn't ever seen any birds at ever. But their bird food did the trick so excited!! And I added a beautiful wind-chime outside purchased there, that I really enjoy. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Love this store! Sunflower kernels are lower in price than other stores, and they will carry the bags out to your car for you. Parking is easier if you use their entrance on East Caramillo Street.

They were helpful and even let me borrow their tape measure. They had some beautiful fountains, and the prices were decent. I wanted to block the sun from a Hydrangea that I had recently planted and unfortunately, they didn't have the fountain for me. Most had too much height between the base and the bowl to block out the sun enough for my specific purpose. Overall, this place is great and if you're the market for a beautiful garden fountain, I would recommend shopping here.

My father used to buy a fifty pound bag of peanuts each month from this store. It has a wide variety of bulk bird foods, and has the best selection of bird feeders I have ever seen. I love their selection of garden statues, benches, and knick-knacks. The owner is 80, and still going strong. BTW, ask them to tell you the story of the land.

Met the 80 year old owner and heard great stores about the history of location dating back to 1930. Cool cats and dogs. Made my day! ❤

Found various items for birds and squirrels. Baths, feeders, houses and yard decorations. It is late October so nothing flowering like annuals or perennials but lots of pumpkins and corn stalks and fall items. Loved everything my husband picked a beautiful LARGE black wind chime with beautiful tonal qualities. I picked a 26" diameter bird bath unfinished concrete. They had lovely glazed bird baths but I wanted the extra size and shaping and I can paint it with the grandkids!Will be returning to get winter feed for birds. Just wonderful!

We love this place! They treat us like family and are always kind and friendly. I got the most beautiful petunias there which I could find anywhere else. Purple with white speckles. We go every other week to get squirrel and bird food. I always pick up something cute for my garden as they have some of the most unique and beautiful things. From bird houses to rain chains, arbors and sculptures. Love Love

I went for the first time yesterday. This place is amazing!!! The best bird baths, fountains and bird feeders around. The owner was so friendly and took time to talk with us about the history of the place and even let me come in to meet his dogs. It was a great morning!

always an awesome experience! The history alone is enough to keep me coming back. Ask about the woman who used to own the place and to see the photos, it makes you see the property in a completely different light. Especially the fact that the owner hand crafted most of the addition barn/store. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful, personable and kind. I love just walking around here, especially during the fall when all the pumpkins and squashes are out. This place is truly a piece of Colorado Springs history and I will always love coming here!

I give this place 5 stars because it definitely is a cool place to go for bird, squirrel, and people garden items. 2 stars for the prices.......I'm a strong supporter of local business, but damn! The prices had me rethink my zen garden layout and where else I can go to get the same things at a more affordable and reasonable price.

The owner recommends the seeds I need so I have healthy treats and I have SO many new beautiful wild birds to feed!! I can't say enough about how great this place is!
