Absolutely amazing! My two cats were exposed to mold and needed a bath- vet’s orders. They referred me here and both kitties are so soft and clean! They put my cats’ comfort first and took excellent care of them 💜 Thank you! I am no longer having any issues with allergies around them either- a big added bonus! Mouse can be aggressive if she gets overwhelmed and they were still able to get her nice and clean (apologies to whomever had to groom her, I promise she is a sweetheart normally). Highly recommend this place!

Bella and I love The Pet Pawlor! They always do an amazing job beautifying my fur-baby. The staff is always kind and welcoming and their prices are very affordable. I always look forward to seeing Bella at pick up because she always looks beautifully groomed and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love taking my fur princess here! She sees Alexis and we love her. Everyone there is absolutely amazing and so sweet and care very much about every fur baby they have! 😍 Won’t go anywhere else.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at the Pet Pawlor! They did such an incredible job with my fur baby, Ariana. 🐾 From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do.Ariana came out looking like a superstar! 🌟 Not only did they give her the perfect trim, but they also took the time to ensure she was comfortable throughout the entire grooming process. It's evident that they truly care about the well-being of the pets they work with.I can't thank them enough for the excellent service they provided. highly recommend the Pet Pawlor to anyone looking for top-notch pet care. They were very accommodating since we were from out of town. They actually had an appointment the next day. Reviews were fantastic!She looked great! She did seem a bit choppy in areas and her ears could have been plucked a bit more. But over all she looked awesome! Alexis did a great job!

The Pet Pawlor team is amazing!! They are always so kind, sweet and caring!! My dog Bandit got denied from one groomer because he was too scared of the dryer and one groomer kept him for a whole day, so he could air dry and didn't inform or ask us. The Pet Pawlor team always talk so highly of my giant baby and will let me know how it's going and have helped him slowly get over his fear of the dryer! And even on days where he has a hard time with the dryer they always go slow with him and take great care to make him comfortable and happy!! I am so grateful for the team and so is Bandit!! (Even if he's upset that all his hard work to get as dirty as possible is ruined 😝)Edit: I promise he's happy he just always looks sad and tortured when I take photos and don't immediately let him outside

The owner has a passion for pets and customer service. I have been taking my dogs here for about 2 years. I am very happy with my service and feel like that alone makes customers and pets want to come back.Plus my “doods” always look great.Today Alexis groomed my dogs and was soSweet and the dogs came home with their smiles on and tongues out :) I love the bandanas they put on them too!

I have been bring our dogs to Pet Pawler for years and years. Always caring, always a great job and best of all my dogs are happy, not traumatized! I needed my elderly cat groomed so I brought her in. They did a beautiful job cleaning her up so she feels a better. I highly recommend Pet Pawler⭐️

We have a very anxious 2 year old German Shepherd. We rescued her at 9 months old and since then she has horrible separation anxiety from us. I could not speak anymore highly of the staff at Pet Pawlor, they are absolutely wonderful with her and so patient. She always leaves looking and smelling amazing. We will never use anyone else. If you’re looking for a charismatic grooming salon, this is it!

I brought both of my dogs one of which has anxiety with other people..Stacey. Now completely know Vader.. yes he still can be loud but as long as I bring the girl rogue in first it’s fine! Thank you ladies so much

I absolutely love taking my Saint Bernard to Stacey, she always takes such good care of her. I’ve been taking her there for 6 years, since she was a puppy. I love that that it’s a local family owned business too. I highly recommend the pet pawlor, they will treat your babies like their own 💕

I took my husky in today and he looked amazing when he was done with his spa day. He hadn’t had a grooming session in a couple of months, and his coat was in pretty rough shape. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took their time with him and made sure he was taken care of. Some other groomers I’ve been to never really trimmed the hair around his paws and they did here. To me that was a big plus. I definitely recommend this place and will keep bringing my dog here.

The staff and especially Alexis treat our Skyla like she is a princess when she is there. Really a nice, family atmosphere. Would recommend them to anyone that wants their pets treated really well.

We took our dog and cat to The Pet Pawlor. The staff are so friendly and did a wonderful job grooming our pets. Our cat looked so cute with his Lion King cut. We have a 100 pd Great Pyrenees and they did a fabulous job with his grooming, especially with his dense fur around his body and his paws. The shampoos they use are incredible and my pets smelled heavenly after being groomed. I recommend The Pet Pawlor to all my family and friends.

I will certainly say my dogs and I had a great first experience with Pet Pawlor. I live in Florence and often have other appointments in Colorado Springs. Everyone was so wonderful and my doggies looked and smelled so good that I would make a special trip just to bring my doggies back!! Thank you for all you do to make my doggies happy and comfortable. Lucy was coming to Pet Pawlor since she was 6 months old. We always had the best experience! People who work there are the kindest, nicest people with a lot of knowledge. Not often do I feel obligated to leave a review. The Pet Pawlor has left me speechless. I brought in my Standard Poodle and 2 large cats. The owner, Stacey gave me a very warm welcome in and even though it was my first time there I was treated as if I had been a loyal customer of 5+ years. Alexis gave my young rascal of a Poodle the best groom he's ever had. He came out so symmetrical, poofy and so very soft. They must've stolen his heart because he almost didn't want to leave with me. Amber bathed and trimmed my cats without any issues. I was honestly feeling guilty for taking the cats in because they can get feisty, but I was extremely surprised to see that Amber had no cuts or scratches and only had good things to say about my cats. The Pet Pawlor feels like a best kept secret in South East Colorado Springs. I've never had my fur babies smell and look so good. I live up in North Colorado Springs and I am more than happy to make that drive anytime my pets need some self care!

Will never go back!! My dog was there six hours and I never got a notification of him being done. When I got there he was stuck in the back and the girls up from just said yes he’s done we sent a text. No!!!! And then as I was paying, signing the receipt they send the notice saying he’s ready. I also had to finish cutting his hair when I got home. Very choppy and not sure how they could miss the the parts on top of his head. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! $152 later, never again. I DONT recommend this place!!!

They do such a great job. I have a 135lb St. Bernard that is an absolute handful. They not only work with him and get him done, they're working with me with "mini visits" so he gets more used to coming.

Maggie has PTSD from being attacked by another dog. They were so kind to her and so understanding. They did a great job grooming her. Maggie liked it and was happy when we picked her up. We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic staff who worked our little girl in to their packed schedule. They fixed a failed attempt by my wife and I to give the puppy a haircut. The Pet Pawlor provided a beautiful haircut.
