Katie (Owner & Master Groomer; specializes in Poodles)! She does a great job with our Miniature Poodle Ty! We are part of their annual membership program, albeit at the bronze level (we don't require a lot of specific accommodations for Ty). If you require the ability to schedule your pet quickly, you may want to choose the silver or gold membership. Ty is typically groomed within 2 to 3 hours, and we receive a 30-minute notice before he's done. He always looks exactly how we requested! The add-ons my wife selects (part of the membership program) are teeth brushing, nail clipping, and blueberry facial. In today's marketplace, it's hard to find a good, let alone a great groomer, and we highly recommend Serenity Paws!

First time here and already scheduled our next groom. These people know dogs and how to groom them. My two doodles came out perfect. I loved that they had a book with pictures of dogs so we could discuss how I wanted mine. Dogs look and smell great and are so soft. 10/10. Definitely reccomend

First, let me start by saying that I took my puppy to Petco for his first ever hair cut (labradoodle). It was a huge mistake. They spent close to 5 hours and then called to say that they didn't have time to finish him...all they did was shave his body unevenly. That being said, I took him to Serenity Paws hoping they could save the day and they totally did. I needed to explain my first story so that readers of this review understand why Serenity Paws is different. It's not an anxiety ridden environment like other places I've walked into-there are no barking dogs and the employees don't seem stressed either. The very first thing I noticed is the dog toy box in the waiting room filled with toys. Second, before they just drug Charlie away on a leash they came over to meet him and play with him and ask what I was looking for. I could tell right away that they truly care about the best interest of the pet. He was comfortable and didn't have anxiety when I left like he did at Petco. To be honest, I didn't even care how the cut turned out because I was so impressed with their professionalism from the get go. However, the cut was amazing. They fixed Charlie's botched hair cut and he wasn't miserable when I picked him up. They also did it in half the time. When you call to book, it's worth the wait. Don't settle for a failed haircut elsewhere. I won't go anywhere else ever. The customer service and attention to dog detail is worth your time. Angela is amazing!

I just moved here a few months ago and I attempted to get my maltipoo groomed at Petco off Powers. That experience has made my pup not like her paws touched 😞. She was always groomed back hone every 6 weeks without anyone telling me she was a problem with her paws/nails to be trimmed. I was so happy we found Serenity Paws! Dayn did such a great job with coming to meet her and I before taking her back. Despite her being vocal with him with her paws everyone was so sweet! Thank you for having us and I am so happy we found our regular groomer!There is a membership it ranges from $15-$70 depending on the added services/time availability you prefer. Still affordable to me since I picked the Bronze level $15 month. Then grooming is anywhere from $55-70.

The staff here are wonderfully kind and attentive. The lead groomer Katie took the time to speak with me in detail about grooming options while showing example photos of other dogs for our newly adopted toy poodle puppy, and they were even able to get me in same day within an hour of my phone call. Opal’s haircut looks great, and as she gets older hopefully she’ll allow more of her face to be trimmed as this was her first grooming experience. Looking forward to the next visit!

Let me start of by saying I have a 16yr old silky terrier (blind with almost no teeth) that I've have since he was 3 months old. I'm always nervous about taking him to get groomed because not everyone knows how to deal with old dogs. I called Serenity about 2 weeks ago and the girl I talked to made me feel more at ease and she explained everything to me. She also told me she'll schedule my appointment with Katie the owner because she has experience with older dogs. When we got there today and sat with Katie she made most of my anxiety calm down. My appointment was what they call express so he was old there gor 2hrs. When we went to pick him up Katie said he was an angel and he was a good boy. His hair cut is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love this place and I'll be back for sure. before and after pictures

We have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now and have been consistent customers. Everything about this place is consistent. Every single employee I encounter over the phone or in person is beyond sweet. The dogs always come out with their tail wagging. I bring my 4 golden retrievers here and they always come out looking amazing! Their hair is trimmed, they are fresh and clean (and smell amazing), they nails are trimmed, and they are fully brushed. To give an idea, for 2 large dogs it takes around 2.5 hours and is $160 and then you tip on top of that. Yes it is a little pricier than you would expect but it is cheaper than petsmart and this place is high quality in my opinion. Once I found out this place was a woman owned small business from Katie, I have so much respect for the salon that I understand the pricing and the membership structure. Do your research on their website as it is all layed out there on what the membership is and what it includes. I think of it as a fee to be able to access the great service that they provide every time. You can still come here without a membership, you will just pay an extra fee so just be aware of that. They are super popular so be sure to book out as far as you can (usually a couple months out). I always give a great tip because the staff here always do an excellent job. Special shout out to Dayn who loves our goldens. When he brings out the dogs they always go back to him for more loves and attention. He usually does at least one of our dogs every time. We do get different staff as well and they are all just as nice, friendly, and welcoming, and do a consistent job on the dogs. Thank you everyone who works here for being so kind with the dogs. I always ask them if the dogs were well behaved and they say "always" so I hope that is true! It really shows in the employees that they love their job and have such pride in taking care of the dogs.

Serenity Paws took excellent care of our Charlie! We adopted him almost four weeks ago and he had this horrible orange and blue or purple dye in his fur. They did an excellent job of trying to get it all out unfortunately it seems that human hair dye was used by his previous owner instead of dye for dogs. I would like to thank Katie and all the girls who took great care of Charlotte this morning. It was her first time after over 4 years of not going to the groomer. She had a very bad and traumatic experience the last time she went so we put that on hold. But this morning, I was surprised at how well it went! Charlotte was very nervous and worried about everything but Katie made it a good experience for her. Our goal for 2021 is to work on her so she knows it's a positive thing to go to the groomer and I'm sure by the end of the year, we will reach our goal! Serenity Paws is our go to groomer for our Bernese Mountain Dog Rocky. They do such a good job and are always willing to work with our schedule to make this process as convenient as possible. Rocky always comes home looking handsome and their price is extremely reasonable compared to others in the area. We highly recommend them for your pet grooming needs!

Updated review: we are still regular customers (every 6 weeks) and we couldn’t be happier with Katie and her team. Katie is a kind and genuine business owner. When our dog Mac was diagnosed with a brain tumor in May and we knew he was going to be passing away in the near future, Ashley sat on the phone and talked with me for longer than she likely had time for. She (very) clearly cared for the well-being of my sweet boy and our family. I can’t say enough good things to cover how much love I have for Serenity Paws. My dogs are my son’s siblings and everyone at SP has always treated them as if they’re my human children.Original review 4 years ago: I am so happy with the service and hair cuts we received at Serenity Paws. My dogs are high maintenance breeds (poodle and Maltese). Serenity Paws was absolutely phenomenal and we will be sticking with this groomer for the long run. They were so good with both me and my dogs. Very communicative, patient, and loving. I highly recommend Serenity Paws. Their haircuts were SO GOOD too. My dogs look adorable and not goofy. These folks are great with pets and really know what they're doing. I was absolutely blown away by the service.We have two dogs, one is older, friendly, and easy going. The other we adopted a little over a year ago and she's very nervous, especially in new situation. We made appointments for both of them.We had taken our older dog to groomers at Petsmart previously and had been told she didn't like getting her feet groomed and she was difficult to handle. I let the folks at Serenity Paws know this previous feedback we'd gotten, but when time came to pick up my pup, they told me the feedback wasn't needed and that my dog was very well behaved. I'm sure the change in my pup's temperament was due to the folks at Serenity Paws actually caring and treating her well.Our newer pup had never been to a groomer before, and is usually very nervous in new situations. Drop off went so smooth though. The groomer took her back and I've never seen this dog so willingly follow a stranger before. I don't know what magic is being used at Serenity Paws, but it works great!The quality of the grooming was excellent as well. We're extremely pleased with how both our dogs look and they both seem much more comfortable now.Lastly, the service was so fast! Previously with our older dog, a grooming appointment would take 6-8 hours. Serenity Paws did a much better job in just 3 or 4.Absolutely amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

I’ve taken my dogs (& even a cat) to Katie @Serenity Paws for over 12 years - she’s amazing with my furry family members & they love her as much as we do! She’s a talented groomer & makes your pet feel comfortable, which helps me leave them with her without worrying. Katie’s the hardest working small business owner I know - she’s had to double the size of her salon due to high demand & I expect it to keep growing. The only negative is appointments fill up fast (using the on-line scheduler helps). Katie cares about her employees as much as her customers & it shows in the quality of their work! I highly recommend this small, woman-owned business - it feels good to spend $ with members of our community vs the Big Corps.

Update: Once I learned about the membership cost and how it goes towards well paid staff, training, and giving back to the community, I opted in. Every groomer we've had has given my fur baby a very consistent cut or trim. The salon is always professional and calm, and we are very happy to support this amazing small business.Everything about this experience was wonderful except I do not want a membership, so I'm torn about returning and paying so much.

I have a 4 year old mini Aussie who is normally a wreck after coming home from the groomer. He was so relaxed when I picked him up from Serenity Paws, it was amazing! The groomer (Dane) came out and talked to me about the concerns that I had mentioned to a different person when dropping my dog off. I was very happy that he knew about and addressed my concerns. Previous groomers had shaved my dog leaving raw skin/a rash, and I did not want that to happen again, so Dane mentioned that he worked on the area, but made sure to not use a razor so that there would be no rash or raw skin. Previous groomers have not taken care of my dog in terms of his bathroom needs. In the past I’ve picked him up and he smelled like pee, or rushed outside to potty right away. Serenity Paws obviously took care of his needs. When I picked him up he was calm, did not rush to go outside, and even when I got home he did not rush to go outside to potty either! In fact, when I let him outside he just stood there for a while. I am absolutely thrilled with how my dog was taken care of during his time at Serenity Paws, I will be returning to them, and I highly recommend Serenity Paws!

We took our Beagle to be groomed here. The owners are wonderful, the staff is professional, and the business is clean, tidy and welcoming. They take the very best care of your fur baby. My dog left there looking super handsome. His nails look amazing! We will definitely be making our next grooming appointment with Serenity Paws!

I took my standard poodle here for the first time yesterday. I was very nervous because her hair had gotten quite long, and matted in several places. We have had issues with a couple other places when my doggy coming back with cuts and gashes where she had been shaved down to her skin, or even with her ears bleeding from the hair being removed inside. But NOT HERE- they must have brushed her for an hour because she looks AMAZING! The groomer was so kind and patient when I explained what we wanted for my pup’s bath and cut, and she delivered! Take your dog here. You will not regret it. *they are a membership only salon, but you can have your first visit without a membership so that you can try them!*

They have been so sweet to my puppy and she looks great!UPDATE: Serenity paws has taken the unfortunate position of becoming a subscription based service. So even though you don’t get your pet cut every month, you get to pay every month. Not only do you get to pay every month, you still have to pay full price when you get bring your pet in. Ps they are booking months out, so be ready for that! They had a full and successful business and got greedy with it, in my opinion. For this reason I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This has been the best groomers I have brought my dog to!! I have been trying to find a groomers that did a good job, I had friend of mine who was a dog groomer that I have brought my dog to, until my friend moved away, but these groomers told me that she would be done in about 3 hours and called me back and hour and half later and told me she’s ready to be picked up, they did not charge me and arm and a leg for my dog to be deshedded, due to my dog being a husky mix. I didn’t make a review after until I thought about it now!Keep up the awesome work!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Hi there, I would like to thank Rachel, her grooming skills with our 2 morkies was exceptional. We had a bad experience with wag n paws in monument, which I do not recommend. They scalped my puppy and got an infection where hair wouldn't grow back.
