I've been waiting for a fish store like this to open up ever since my last fish store closed. The owners of this place are incredible! Super helpful and knowledgeable! Great plants, rocks and fish!! For both fresh and salt!! If you're in the springs and need fish and aquarium supplies the definitely go here

I tried going to this store more then once to see maybe if they where have a bad day or not but every time i go in the older lady that works there is extremely rude and disrespectful acts like you are stupid and just disturbing her I’ve tried asking her questions and I get attitude back. She even told me that I should go home and save money before I decide to buy a fish from her. There is a old man that works there also He is nice when she’s not Around but when they’re both there, God forbid you ask them a question…….

Honestly, if i could give this store 0 stars, I would. I have visited this store randomly over many years just to grab supplies when the other stores in town are closed. Typically, I end up leaving empty-handed as they don't carry the product I need. I always ask for the product first, of course, well every time I've asked about a product I'm met with a "We don't carry that because we don't like that brand." I'm always courteous and polite, yet I'm always met with a poor attitude. I've even almost had arguments with Jim over something as simple as coral food.Don't get me wrong, the store overall looks okay. I've been in the hobby a long time and have seen quite a few local fish stores. This store is decent in appearance, but that's it.In short, the customer service here is absolutely atrocious, and I'm done visiting this store. Eventually, this place will fade with the times as the other aquarium stores in town take its place. These newer stores are still very passionate about the hobby and have quality customer service and advice.

No one greeted us or asked how they could help. Didn't feel welcome in their store. The owner of InsideReef, on the other hand, was amazing to meet, ask questions and work with!

I drive a long way just for this shop and my reef. Owners are really great people that care about what they do and sell. If you had a bad “experience” I’d say try again. Just maybe try some self learning on one of the hundreds of aquarium forums beforehand. All in all great store!

This is a gem in our community. Sage is very knowledgeable and took great care of us. She explained things to my son and daughter in a way they could understand. She was patient and kind.

First time here today, usually go to a place in fountain, the lady here was so much more helpful in one visit then the last 7 to my normal place. Plus the prices were better as well. It's worth the trip up from fountain to come back to Seascape. I will be returning

Thanks for all the help these last few months!! My tank is gorgeous now and the chemistry perfect. No nitrates, nitrites, or ammonia, and a great collection of tropical beauties. The help along the way has been immensely valuable and I learn something on every visit.

Very very knowledgeable, they know their fish and how to take care of them! This is the 2nd time we have gotten fish from here and they have been in great shape. Any questions you have on tankmates, water parameters, or general care they are happy to give you a real informed answer and not just guess their way though it trying to make a sale. Great people, 10/10 would recommend. Sorry for the blurry pictures.

While the tanks and fish being sold seem clean and healthy, as many others have experienced, the gentleman was incredibly rude and condescending when asked a single question about the fish being sold. The shop also reeked of cigarette smoke. It is almost like they don't want anyone to shop there.It’s a shame, I really wanted to like this store and support a local business but I will most certainly not be returning here again.

I went into this shop today looking for advice on starting a coral tank just to gather information before I start. The husband and wife pair that run this shop were both so rude that I walked out. I asked two or three simple questions and they couldn't give me the time of the day they made me feel like a complete idiot like how dare I bother them. It was so uncomfortable on top of that the place doesn't seem super clean and you can see that the fish are like in tiny tiny tanks that don't seem very humane. Additionally the prices for a lot their fish seemed much higher than most of the other shops I've visited, who were also much more pleasant. I'm not sure why you would be so rude to anyone let alone someone who's patroning your business but go off. Very bad experience overall will not be coming back to spend any of my money here.

Great local fish store. The fish looked healthy, and the fish tanks were very clean. No dead fish in any of their fish tanks and you can tell they take care of the fish. Very varied products and excellent prices. I love that they also don't like selling the fish the first day they arrived like other big stores since they're are stressed from traveling. I am waiting a few days and I will get my corydoras. Super excited to have found such a great little shop in town.

I go here frequently for whenever I need something fish related. Their service is amazing for only 2 people and they make sure everyone gets what they need. I have gotten several fish(corydora catfish and female betta) and plants here without any complaints. All the fish are healthy and I couldn't think of anywhere else to get my supplies. The owners are always nice, and can be brisk about a subject, but that's understandable with how busy they can be during certain hours. Both of them have always been nice to me and have even put fish on hold for me.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always fairly busy but they give everyone their undivided attention. Got a great tank set up for my daughter for Christmas. Went back and got a few fish after cycling it. We are slowly building an ecosystem. Great experience for her and also fun for us. I absolutely recommend this small business!

We bought corals today. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable. Enjoyed visiting with her and getting good advice. She took time, and did not rush us away even though there were other customers. Tanks were super clean. Everything looked healthy and happy. Would recommend this store! I will return if I’m ever back in town. Also we told her we were from out of town and she took extra care packing my corals for the trip. Side note…. I went to another store. In another town and they refused to sell me anything because I had to travel 4 hours to get home.

Don't listen to the other reviews!! All the people here were kind and very helpful (even to a couple crazy kids). They worked with us to help us get exactly what we needed. All the tanks were pretty dang clean, all the fish were healthy, and the store was air conditioned and clean itself. Pretty good prices and great selection! I would very much recommend it!! Much better than all other fish stores in the springs

The store is small and the number of fish limited. However the store is very clean. All of the tanks are clean and allow you to see their fish clearly. Equipment and supplies are good but limited by space. It would be nice if they could relocate in a bigger shop.

Old lady was rude to me. I was going to buy a tank setup but she assumed I had no money and just kept telling me to save. Will definitely not be buying anything from there. I would suggest going to another store.

I think some people are just snowflakes. The owners of this company have always been very friendly to my wife and I. They've been super helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. They've answered every quest I have had. They even showed me how to change out the substrate without having to remove my fish and it went very successfully. The prices are just fine and I always want to support local companies. They have a good amount of fish choices, great selection of foods. They have great fresh foods and frozen foods for many fish. They are rather direct, so if you're a snowflake, you may not like them. I've always just went in and did my business and didn't bother them. I've only seen the two of them, so I don't think they have other employees, so understand how busy they can be. You have to take some people with some salt, so if you're a sweet little snowflake, you might not want to deal with many people. This company has been completely awesome for the last 2 years and I highly recommend them.
