This shop is amazing! My rescue dog is still shy and she loved coming in and sniffing around for her new toy while playing with the lovely local dog, Delilah!Thank you again for providing an affordable and friendly shopping experience for all animal loving people with an awesome cause to boot!

Almost regret spending money here except that the proceeds going to rescues. I was polite, picked out an outfit, tried it on, paid for it, changed into in the bathroom after asking if that was ok, and as I was leaving one associate asked the other “Was that her?” Was what who? Way to make a customer feel unwelcome? I won’t be returning.

Amazing place to spend your money on fabulous, items. Just picked up a gorgeous designer dress for holiday party… $10. Must stop in and see all it has to offer. The ladies volunteering are super sweet and helpful.

First time me and my mother came here. Really sweet people met us and told us how things worked around there. Found some games that were decent prices. Will always come back when we can!.

Very nice people work here. The store should be on your list to check out. Lots of pet stuff and really nice things for yourself and your home. All proceeds help animal charities. Definitely a must see!

Not Service Dog friendly. Owner refused to control their dog upon request. Told me I shouldn't be there. Patrons told me I shouldn't be there either. Never going back, not a safe space.

This place is great!! They are a non profit company that raises funds for many local animal rescues here in Colorado Springs! How cool is that! The staff is so friendly and helpful and they are all volunteers 😀 I’ve always found some great finds while shopping here all unique and super interesting. They also have a great selection of items for animals and their humans to shop. I love the good vibes and experiences I’ve had shopping here. I will come back! Thank you for all you do here.

Love the cause, but some of the prices were at or above retail, and not in retail shape. I went to purchase an item and the woman was rude, grabbed the item and said it’s priced too low. After about 8 minutes of talking to someone else, she upped the price even though it had been marked $19, went up to around $30. I thanked her and walked out without that item. I was really shocked by the rude, snooty behavior and probably won’t return.

If you’re coming to look for vintage or anything thrifty… be prepared to pay antique store/retail pricing, not thrift pricing. The volunteer Liz (Elizabeth) that helped us was super irritable and snotty, and we asked for a price of a Federal wall mirror that had damage (we knew it’s worth) and she went to the back to look on eBay for this mirror - THEN, she and another co-worker misidentified the item as a $2000 mirror - which it’s NOT (laughable). We made an offer and we were declined bc these women can’t identify what they actually have in their store. There was another blue glass Hazel atlas set here so overpriced we laughed and took pictures.Very greedy vibe in here which is sad, bc this is a pet rescue thrift. Liz (Elizabeth) was rude, snarky and was looking to bilk us for a dusty damaged mirror that had clearly been there a very long time. We won’t shop here again bc they’re trying to charge antique store prices for chipped, damaged and donated items. I do not feel like this place can accurately price any items if they can’t even look them up and identify on eBay properly. Then when you act interested in an item they UP the price to be greedy. While we were there, we heard Liz haggling with another poor lady about her pet item which Liz overpriced too. Not a nice experience today. Terribly rude. Skip it - not a true thrift - almost everything in here is overpriced and the volunteer we got, Elizabeth, who was griping to another volunteer when we walked in loudly seemed to give off major “Karen” vibes. Off putting all the way around. You’d be better off at St. Paws in town or the Episcopal thrift - check those out.

I love this thrift store! In addition to tons of wonderful things, they also have new pet supplies - harnesses, collars, belly bands for marking pups, muddy paw cleaning door mats, and usually some canine greeters in the store! 💖Can I just say that the lady that left a one star review three years ago and was complaining about conversations on which she was eavesdropping (and based review on that) should probably mind her own business and just enjoy shopping in this wonderfulgem of a thrift store that benefits ANIMALS! ♥️♥️

Cute resale/thrift boutique with a big heart. They are staffed by friendly volunteers. Proceeds go to a variety of animal rescue groups. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the store. The prices are good, the items being sold are in good shape. Some unique gift items for all animal lovers.

I sure would like to actually get inside the place. I've been there at listed times and no one was there. I didn't know they took donations and wish I had known. I recently lost my rescued furbaby who actually rescued me and wanted to go inside to find out about finding a new buddy to help my broken heart. Hopefully I'll get in there soon. Zeb doesn't want me to be alone anymore. I sure miss my little Velcro dog, not having him close by anymore is sure lonely. And as an artist who is downsizing, boy do I have things to donate! I'll keep trying to get inside to talk to someone soon. As for the person who obviously thinks it's her job to listen in on any conversation, then have the nerve to publicly announce her rudeness, shame on you. Having worked retail for a long time, it doesn't surprise me, I hope she gives the store another chance and brings her donations to a group that supports a forgotten group who desperately needs help, it's so heartwarming to know that they do. I'm sure every donation is totally appreciated. I can't wait to get inside. Thanks for being in Colorado springs. Now that I know about you, I'll always promote you by donating, recommending you, and add you to my group of the forgotten, the seniors who go hungry in Colorado springs. hope to get inside soon!

Theyre a wonderful non profit thrift store with a wide variety of high quality merchandise. They keep the store clean and the prices are very reasonable. Most importantly though, everyone who works there is a volunteer and all of their proceeds go to supporting no kill animal rescues!

This is a nice little thrift store that cares about animal's. Unfortunately they don't care about human's. I have been in twice in the last two weeks. The first time, one of the women who works there was discussing different religions and how bad some like Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses were. I'm not religious, and that's probably one of the reasons I'm not. They are judgmental. Let's keep that for church LADIES! Today I went in and the two women working (one was a manager) were discussing cooking, which led to the store manager saying she had lost weight eating at Subway. The other woman chimed in and said she hoped that wouldn't make her like "Jerrod"! She then said that he would get what he needed "in prison"! What idiot believes these men are doing this for fun? They have an ILLNESS and need help. Not getting what you think they deserve in prison! My friends asked me why I was moving to Colorado Springs since it's so religious and I'm not. I guess this is why. To be reminded how judgmental and unforgiving "people" can be.Just called the DAV to pick up my donation:-)

Disrespectful volunteers. Picked out a bunch of stuff and was getting ready to check, but the disrespect became overwhelming. Had to walk out with nothing, which is too bad because I liked what I found. The store was clean.

They got extremely expensive you can spend a dollar or two more and get it new and don't like that they have a 10 dollar minimum for cards but I guess they give some money to help with the animals.
