I have been going to this location for several years and cannot say enough about their exceptional service. Every time my daughter and I walk in, they remember us and even mention “you’re running errands alone today” when I’m there without my daughter. But today, they knocked it out of the park. We have a pointer/beagle mix who has a VERY sensitive stomach and is prone to seizures, especially if we try to switch his food. They were out of his normal food today and when my daughter asked if they had it at a different location that could be delivered to our local store, Lyn checked and said she had to run to the store that does have it and would pick up the food for us. Not only did she pick it up, but she delivered it to our door. Lyn, thank you! Thank you for going above and beyond. Your dedication to your job and your kindness towards others has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this place as they truly do care for not only our four legged family, but the ones with two legs as well.

The entire staff here is so warm and welcoming! They always help us pick out the best food and treats for our animals! We took our dog here for the first time to get groomed and Amanda did AMAZING! Our dog is a husky and, unfortunately, was very matted. I was expecting her to get some parts of her shaved off because of it, but Amanda was able to get through the matting and make her look so beautiful! Highly recommend!

Took my smooth fox terrier for his first ever professional grooming. Kaylee was his groomer and admitted she had never groomed a smooth before. I explained what I was looking for and when I picked him up, he looked FANTASTIC! His curly tail is quirky to groom, but she did a perfect job. Ears, neck, whiskers, hocks...everything looked great. We were also able to pick up a steer ear as a treat! Love this place and will definitely be back!

Sean helped me pick out some booties for my dog and I'm so happy with the purchase. In addition, they have a wonderful selection of raw dog/cat food and I was able to find exactly what I want. I'm very glad I found this place.

This is a little jewel, tucked away by Ace Hardware, plenty of parking, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I love the selection of healthy food and especially the doggie treats. I never knew you could buy chews that look like rawhide, but are not rawhide, and good for my doggies. I have 2 little chewers and these last forever, and so many different flavors. I loved the adorable collars and leashes, and they were prices very reasonably. I have found a new place to go for all my pet supplies.

What a fantastic place!! My dogs had been having stomach issues and my vet suggested a raw diet. They even suggested I go here. The manager (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!!) was wonderful! She spoke to me for a half hour and we figured out which food was the best. Really kind. My dog now has ZERO issues and we will forever be customers! Goose approves!!

Always helpful finding my dogs healthy food even for my picky pup. Staff is very informed about the products they sell and about ailments in my pets. They have fair pricing on my dry & wet food. I’ve got a picky goldendoodle and he loves the open farm treats they carry here! Taryn, Sean and Tara are always super sweet, they're awesome!

Love this place. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.Only place in town that carries the wet food my cat can have (poultry free) I'm the form he likes (pate).Also get elk antlers and goat ears for my dog from here. I get the Chilly Dog blanket coats for him in the winter from here as well.

Phenomenal little brick and mortar pet store. Top notch quality food for my dog, selected toys, good quality treats (especially the frozen marrow bones), and overall great little place to frequent. The staff are kind and friendly, and offer sage advice relative to dogs, and always give my dog belly rubs and a treat. Mark is a great groomer and I highly recommend him for your dog. I have a little Brittany spaniel female who is attracted to mud.

Truly love this little place! I took my pup here for his first ever grooming appointment and MAN was I impressed. I am so happy I chose Republic of Paws for my pups first grooming. Our groomer came out and explained how the grooming went, things that can help the grooming process, etc. which was so helpful and lovely. It really made me feel as though my pup truly matters and that he wasn’t just another appointment of the day. Will be coming back to these friendly faces for years to come! Right out of the gate, from walking in, it was a welcoming and exceptional experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I always take my kinda scary but not so scary girly here and even though she can be a little talkative, the staff is so kind and understanding. Their prices for food, treats, accessories, etc. are very fair and prices for grooming are amazing. I really cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for making sure my girl’s nails stay clipped.

I've brought my maltese here about 5 times for grooming and every time it is with a different groomer, and yet every groomer has done such a fantastic job! You can tell the staff absolutely adores dogs, and takes pride in their work. The front desk staff is always so friendly and accommodating. It's important to feel and know your fur baby will be in good hands, and they do just that! The price for grooming is more than reasonable, probably the best in town. The selection of natural foods and the staff's knowledge on it is also superb! Thanks so much for always taking such good care of my doggo!

My fur family and I have been using this store for a while now and have nothing but great things to say! They have a wide selection of products, the staff is extremely professional and friendly, and the quality is second to none. The kibble is great and pure, and they also carry a wide variety of healthy treats and toys!I’ve dealt with the manager Sean on multiple occasions and he has taken time to make sure I understand what I am buying, as well as given individual attention to my pups. They also offer grooming that exceeds standards!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who values the care and quality their pets are receiving.

I just picked up my dog from being groomed by Mark, and I have to say, I am very impressed and happy with the service. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was friendly. Mark came out to meet my dog and my dog took to him right away, Mark was kind and sweet with my dog. When I picked him up, I could tell they he did an excellent job grooming him, compared to other places I've been. He looked smooth and soft, Mark did a fantastic job deshedding him. I could tell they interacted with and played with my dog, and they genuinely seemed to care about my dog instead of strictly just doing their job. Would absolutely recommend Republic of Paws, Mark specifically.

We have a large breed dog who is very timid, but the staff does a great job being patient with him when he needs grooming. Pricing is super reasonable! Sean also recommended a new food that completely solved all of our dog's gut issues, which was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone I know with pets!!

Just picked up our dog from his first grooming appointment at Republic of Paws North! He looks and smells amazing! Our dog is a rescue and new to us as well so we weren't sure how he would do. He got a good report! This store is clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Sam did the grooming and did an absolutely wonderful job!

Scheduled a nail trim for my two dogs. One is very friendly & curious. The other is a very anxious, shy, puppy (puppy hasn't yet been in public - this was her first venture).Took in the older (more secure) dog first. She did wonderfully for getting a nail trim at a new place.My second dog didn't even want to enter the store. But the groomer was FANTASTIC with her. The groomer moved slow and quietly. (I love that the store is super calm over all - that's why I chose this place) The groomer did a good job of being patient with my distrustful dog. Eventually she was able to trim her nails. I was so very impressed with her.Afterwards I grabbed a few treats for the dogs. This store has a nice selection of unique products. I love that's it's not the same selection as big box stores. The staff is so friendly and professional. Every time I come in the store is clean, well stocked, and the staff helpful.

I am so glad this place was recommended to me. I had been looking for a pet store like this for years. One of my girls got very sick this past year & fortunately I found Republic of Paws. Heather & Nick are absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful & knowledgeable. The food they recommend has done wonders for my girl. They have a large variety of high quality food & supplements. They are reasonable on their prices. I've been to many pet stores here in the Springs & they are by far the BEST!! Thank you Heather & Nick.

I spoke with the owner Molly to work through a situation we had and gave her the opportunity to make things right. She immediately took the side of her groomers before hearing my side of the story. I provided clear examples of my concerns and she could careless. They will not own up to any mistakes, poor communication, or any poor experience you may have. They have a poor record keeping process and all issues are blamed on the customer. They will call you to reschedule your appointment, if you can't make the reschedule they will cancel the appointment. However, with their poor record keeping, they will blame you for being late when you're actually on time or early. Don't waste your time here.
