This is our spot for dog food & treats. Have never had a bad experience at this location due to the staff always being not just helpful but a delight to deal with. They seem to care about dogs and have the knowledge to do so, if you want an opinion on which food is right for your pets diet they are of great help.

My 10 month old pup has only been groomed here. I liked that the groomers have years of experience. Today‘s groomer told me he was “very wiggly” - this is the result. This same groomer had done a bath/tidy on him before and only said he was “shy” when I asked how he behaved. They apologized and offered a 10% discount. They further reduced cost to $45 once I shared I did not feel comfortable paying. I am upset I paid at all. My boy was not safe here - we will not be returning.

I'm a first time dog owner and brought my Staffy in because her paws were raw. Miranda was awesome about being patient with me and answering all my bully breed questions. This is going to be my go-to spot for grooming, treats and more!

Picked up " KONG miniature tennis balls" for the hounds. WHAT A HIT ! it's time to get more too.This place has more than just "something" for my dogs, they have really high quality everything, in every size. No disappointments ever.

Teddy and I love having RoP here in OCC. He always tries to stop in for his treat, even if they are closed. The selection of food is higher end and fantastic quality, and not marked up to crazy boutique prices. They are about the same price as my country vet charges. If you are a regular, sign up for the rewards program! Grooming even counts towards dollars off. Many of the food brands I get there also have rewards too.The Staff aren't vets, but know the products well to recommend for minor & chronic ailments. They aren't pushy but will readily help if you have questions.A few months ago a private play area was added on, as well as a dog wash area my Westie needs to pay a visit to soon.

We dropped our dog off for a ‘teddy bear’ grooming and three hours later, we were told, “oh, I need another 30 minutes to finish”. Obviously, our dog was forgotten about and then was shaved in a mad rush in under 30 minutes just to get her out the door. Never again! Here are before and after pics.

Awesome selection for pets! Friendly staff. We were happy with the selection of trinkets, toys, and treats. We don't have a store like this where we are from in Iowa, so we got some fun stuff for our friends and our two fur babies.

After losing my groomer to retirement I was on the hunt for my next place. I had tried two groomers and didn’t have the best experiences. My hunt is now over, everything about this place is 5 stars. Short waiting times, so no kenneling, amazing cut, and excellent customer service. The woman took the time to ask what I wanted and was so sweet to Hemingway. I didn’t get the chance to tell her how much I love the cut. She truly made him look even cuter than he already is. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great lil local specialty pup n purr store. Big selection of treats! They stock our Farmina brand dog food only a couple in town that do. Farmina, btw, is possibly the best kibble you can feed your pet with high European Union Standards.

Locally owned pet supply store that offers a nice selection of pet toys, food, accessories, and equipment. I frequent the one in Old Colorado City but they have other locations througout the city that even offer grooming services.I brought my good boy into their OCC location to get him fitted for a new harness and the lady that helped me was friendly, informative, and patient with my boy. One of their sell reps was actually there at the time and gave us a free sample of their pet food!We got him fitted in a snap and walked out with a new harness, retractable leash, and some good treats! All at a very reasonable price. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would for sure recommend stopping here before anywhere else in the Springs for you pet needs

I absolutely loved their little shop. And if you need your dog groomed, please utilize their grooming services! Kat and Liz are amazing dog groomers and dog lovers. I won't trust anyone else with my fur babies but them, they were just fantastic with them!

Super cute shop with a lot of accessories and people clothes. The online booking reservation for self wash is super repetitive and complicated with a bunch of steps for something so simple. Unfortunately took my dogs to get washed somewhere else much simpler.

The staff are friendly and helpful! They have the same food I was ordering on Amazon but their price was a few dollars less. They have a great selection of raw and high quality regular and wet food, treats, supplements, collars and other supplies!!

Today was my first time visiting, and I am in love! It’s super cute, and they carry so many great brands like Fromm, Bocce’s Bakery, and Grounds & Hounds. The worker was very nice! It’s in a great spot, and you can find parking behind the building. :)

We love bringing our dogs here. The staff is always super friendly and they are always helpful. Great selection of toys, treats and food. If you haven't gotten your dog an elk antler this is the place to go to get one. Our dogs love them!

I love this pet store! However, research Orijen; it may contain arsenic, and other heavy metals we do not want to feed our pets. Please look up the Clean Label Project.Update 2022: The Republic of Paws has great delivery service. I'm pleased with the selection too.

Dog got sprayed by skunk. Took in for bath. About five days later I noticed dog now has fleas. Never have I had to deal with fleas in 25 years of living in Colorado. Called. I was basically told I waited too long to complain. I didn’t know I had to check my dog for fleas right after a grooming.I thought they might as a business courtesy offer to bath her. Nope!!!! Nothing but excuses. I would have been a regular and certainly they would have made more then their money back.I guess moral of story is check your dog for fleas after you go here, or any groomer for that matter. I did expect a more professional response. 👎

I have brought our big baby, a Great Pyrenees, to them twice and both times have been extraordinary! She comes out with a very flattering cut for her fur and the sweetest bow! I highly recommend them for their care, services and pricing! I mean, I wanna have a spa day here for myself 😀. Great job guys!

Whenever I go into the store I am always welcomed with a friendly smile and promptly helped whenever I ask. The woman who works there knows my dogs by name and the dogs always look forward to getting some love and a treat. They have high quality products and staff who is well educated about their inventory
