Best dog supply I’ve been to. I got collars for both my dogs here. Rebecca helped me get a chew toy for my pit to chomp on that won’t be destroyed. Her choice was awesome. I’m probably going to buy more of the ruff dawg items for him. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable to get you what you need and have it sized properly. 10/10 recommend.

I called Ray Allen to see if they had an extension piece for my dogs vest. They were incredibly nice and helpful on the phone. I realized I was not that far from the business so I went to pick it up in person. I brought my pup in and everybody wanted to say hi to him. They were just as friendly in person as they were on the phone. Great customer service… The part fit perfect… All is good.

Ray Allen makes the best gear in the business. It lasts for years, it’s all that I use. Having said that, they also know that they are the best in the business, so they don’t care at all about customer service. I have ordered things from them for a federal agency that I was running the K9 program for, and the customer service was no different. So it makes no difference how much you spend there. If you want more than two stars, you better step up your customer service game. Again, the gear is the highest quality you can get, just know that you are on your own after you buy it. Because they will do as little as possible on their end for you if there is a mistake made, even if it is their mistake in the first place.

I purchased a product that was pictured as a large and described as fiting another product. Was shipped a small, that very clearly wouldn't work. When I emailed rayallen to ask for an RMA and return shipping they said "We offer the extender and it was ordered, we don’t specify the size of the extender, I apologize that you are not satisfied with out process of the return."Ie they made a listing mistake, with the wrong description and picture of the wrong item (they sent a small but a large was pictured on website) but expected me to pay for the return shipping. This after I'd spent over $1,000 with them in 12 months.Personally I won't be using them again and would recommend shopping at one of the many other usa based smaller businesses that provide actual customer service.

I ordered the vittles lid to replace mine that I have had for 8+ years.I had an issue with the fitting due to my negligence and Allie was so patient and kind with me. She even went to the back of the warehouse or wherever she had to go to find a lid so we could get the issue resolved. Thank you Allie, for being such a great customer service person. Time for promotion!

Just got my second order from these guys. I LOVE all of their stuff so far. Nomad harness for the doggo (now I just need someone to properly fit the thing), the “apocalypse ready” set (which made me laugh)...now just waiting for my back ordered items. Last time the back order turn around was less than half of what I expected. Hopefully it’s the same this time!!

My wife ordered me a bite suit for my birthday (very thoughtful of her)no way she would have known which suit I wanted without asking and blowing the surprise. So it wasn't the suit I would have ordered not a problem though I contacted Ray Allen explained my situation and they immediately took care of it changed my order to the bite suit I wanted and the new order was received in the same time frame as the original order.

I'm an emergency medical/ SAR person. I had never heard of Ray Allen until my wife got me a great medical backpack. Then I got a catalog and "pimped" my Swiss Mountain Dog. What great products. The customer service is surreal it's so good. Please don't change anything.

Teach your customer service people some basic customer service skills.Maybe some things like..."Thank you for your $700 order!"..."Oh, I'm sorry your order was automatically cancelled for fraud, even though you're talking to me on the phone right now, let's place a new one and get that taken care of for you!"..."I really apologize that your $700 order was cancelled, let's get that placed again and we'll expedite your shipping for the inconvenience."..."I understand your dog is hurt and you need your order quickly. We can ship it overnight if you pay x."Nah...Just the typical, spoiled, soviet-style "American" company with a warped posture of "I came in to work today, you should be grateful that I even took your call" type of customer service.Heaven forbid anyone actually go out of their way to help in customer service.You're competing with Amazon robotic automation and overnight delivery, you entitled brats.

Outstanding quality and service!I had high expectations and yet I feel like you “under-promised and over-delivered”.When I ordered my collar it was listed as not currently in stock, could be 4-6 weeks to delivery. I ordered it anyway. A couple days later I received an email, thanking me for my order and, again, explaining the delay.About a week later I got an email saying “order status change - item has shipped”. It arrived today, Christmas Eve.Excellent design and workmanship!Can’t wait to take my dog out for training!Thank you, Ray Allen.

I Ordered the 6 ft training leash very early Monday morning, the zombies were still about when I was ordering it. I love your website. So organized which makes it easy to find exactly what I was looking for and even things I didn’t and now want for my GSD Phoenix and myself. ;). The video of how to put a martingale prong collar on was GREAT, I was worried about poking my dogs eyes with the prong collar (I have never used one before) and now knowing the proper way to do so has put me at ease. I called customer service to get a estimated delivery date later on Monday afternoon, the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about Ray Allen products and even back ordered products, why they are back ordered and possible restock dates. She was right on target for when I would receive my order. Shipping was quick (3 days) and reasonable and very efficient. I will use the Ray Allen website and products for all of my handler and dogs training products as well as our wish list items. Saw an ad on Instagram for the exact muzzle I've been trying to find, I swear I got the email confirming it was shipped before I even finished placing the order. I ordered and promptly received my bedbug scent kit. I called with a question and a gentleman from MD (Dave) spoke with me at length to make sure I understood the use of the kit and necessary handling precautions to ensure I don’t contaminate the sample scent I received. I forgot to ask him however what is purpose of the small terrycloth towel included with the kit. Could someone let me know that please? Thank you.

Always happy with everything I got from Ray Allen. They keep on improving their products as well. I had an older incog treat pouch and got a new one recently and it has several improvements. The new pouch is a bit bigger with more material up top for the kibble/treats not to fall out of and the stitching is reinforced.

I absolutely love the tactical vest with two @511 pouches. I have a mobility service dog I also got patches for the vest. The quality and customer service at Ray Allen has always been exceptional. They are my go to for all my equipment

I had great difficulty with sizing. There is no category for "Standard Poodle" or "puppy". But I found a muzzle size that fit perfectly right out of the box. Since time was a factor, I was extremely pleased with the shipping and the size. The quality is great too. I am working diligently on his training, so I only expect to need 1 more muzzle purchase. But I am happy to know where I will be getting it! I highly recommend Ray Allen! So does my "Badass Poodle"! 🤣

I ordered the ID collar with handle that holds an E collar device. My E collar wasn't listed as compatible but took the chance and ordered it anyway. I had to shave a little off of the velcro strap but it fits amazingly. Very Happy.

The vest quality was excellent. The mesh vest was perfect for my border collie. He overheats with other vest. As this vest is for larger dog the bottom staps were to big and loose. Had to cut stitching to tighten all the way down and Velcroed the straps slack down. Just minor adjustments. Loved the neck opening is adjustable for large and medsize dogs. Overall great product and good color.

Love the flirt pole i purchased. My shepherds have the ball drive but I bought this for my eight month old Rottweiler. He absolutely loves it and so do my German Shepherd’s! Very well-made and holding up to their wear and tear
