This place is a nightmare forGrooming.Make sure to get written estimates for pricing otherwise you will be surprised with double charges.They did such a terrible job with my babies. When we picked them up, their eyes were still dirty and they didn't even look or smell clean. And this was with the upgraded deluxe package. We are wondering if they did anything other then cut their nails and put a bandana on them. Makes sense why it only took 90 minutes. This is the third time I've used them and it's been worse each time. There are good places in this town so don't waste your money going here. It's a joke 😞

Gretchen told me that she would be able to teach blind me how to trim my guide dogs nails ended up charging me for it and only told me about the charge AFTER services were rendered. Honestly just took me a while to update this review since I don’t even shop at this location any more. When they did trim my guide dogs nails they were so distracted with other things like the phone that despite my warnings that this is her first groom and she is pretty hyper. Let her fall off the table while she still had the collar on basically hanging her. Staff slowly picked her back up, (she was fine lucky for every one) and proceeded to finish the groom. I will NEVER bring my dog here again. I get that smaller dogs can fall off the table but that’s why staff are supposed to really be watching them, which they didn’t, and then to freeze when my dog is basically being hanged…. NOT OKAY. Also if you’re going to charge some thing for services you should tell me before hand. If you are going to say you’re going to teach me, teach me, don’t then trick me into a paid service. Nothing wrong with paying for grooming, but every thing is wrong with high way robbery.

Went to get a new bottom feeder as a tank mate for my fish, the angel fish tanks had 8+ dead fish floating in the bottom or top. The woman getting my pleco scooped out 4 dead angelfish and 2 dead albino plecos BEFORE getting my fish. I almost left and didn’t get anything but if I can save one fish from those terrible conditions then I will. It makes me so sad and makes my heart hurt. I walked around the entire fish area and couldn’t even count how many were dead. The worker said “angel fish don’t travel well” that’s no excuse it wasn’t just angel fish it was minnows, plecos, clown fish etc. I hope this place learns to better care for these fish.

The two ladies you have working your fish department are clearly far out of their league. You sell fish and don’t sell the proper ingredients to care for the fish you sell. This store is a joke at best. You don’t deserve the one star I gave you.
