Christmas Eve and it was VERY BUSY. My baby looked so cute and he got a good report because he can be anxious about strangers and getting handled by them. Was it worth $60?? Maybe? I think they could’ve done a little better with his blending but overall he was cute and smelled good.

Very disappointed/not worth the money.This was my first experience using Petsmart grooming services.I paid for an extra “deluxe” package on top of my dogs bath and brush, but I was never given a choice of the premium shampoo and conditioner to be used as it was advertised. Her ears had not been visibly cleaned as there was still dirt and gunk left in them that was included in the package, and when I asked about either a bow or bandana that was supposed to be included, I was simply told, “we don’t do that”.Super disappointing experience, as it was not cheap, and I have been in need of a groomer for awhile.
