Very kind and sweet people. They truly care about your furry friends! Every time we go they are just so kind and they always go out of their way to make sure our furry baby feels safe and comfortable. The groomers as well are very sweet and understanding our furry baby is a rescue and we are trying to get her to feel comfortable with everyone and we started off with just trimming her nails and the groomers were very patient and understanding to make sure our baby felt safe and comfortable. They did not push her to do anything she was not comfortable with.

Grooming department is good, but the communication in terms of how long it will take for grooming could be better. They quoted me 3-4 hours and it took an hour. I almost went to dinner with my wife and had we done that we would have been at dinner when they were ready. Should also be clearer that when you pick up your pet for grooming that you need to go to the front counter to pay your invoice first.

I took my sweet boy, Chewy, in for his first grooming and the employees were so sweet to him. Kaileigh did an amazing job with him and made him so comfortable. He was so sad he had to leave his new friends, but he will be so excited to go back. (First pic is after, second is before)

Large selection for your pet needs. Friendly staff, though sometimes you have to be patient when the store is busy and staff is engaged with other customers. My go-to for my fish and aquarium needs. I've had very good experiences at this location and definitely recommend

Review is specifically for grooming department, they did such a good job with my Brittany. Cierra did a great job even though she doesn’t have too much hair they still made her look perfect and went above and beyond. The tangerine shampoo they use smells amazing!

Was at another pet store just before I went to petsmart. No credit card processing. No offer of any assistance at all while we were in the store. So petsmart was very refreshing. The clerk lady that we received assistance from was outgoing and just outstanding.

I visited this PetSmart location on 29 October to purchase prescription dog food for my dog, who has severe protein allergies. They refused to allow me to buy this prescription food because of the lack of a written script despite the digital verification, including my pet's name, qualities allowed, past purchases, and veterinarian's details from the third party I usually buy from. This should have been enough to validate the purchases of this food.Furthermore, the manager on duty conducted herself poorly because she lacked compassion, was unwilling to resolve the situation, and failed to identify herself properly. When I asked for her name, she pointed at her name tag, but she wasn't wearing one. This added to my frustration because how can a manager enforce store policies without following them?This experience left me with the impression that the manager did not represent the core values of "Passion for Pets and People." As someone in a leadership position, I expected more understanding and adequate customer service. Instead, the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by this manager has only added to my disappointment. This issue could have been easily resolved if I had been allowed to purchase food for my dog. Now, I have to contact PetSmart leadership to express my discontent with their policy and store management.UPDATE 10FEB2024: I reached out to the store manager and PetSmart Corporate office 30OCT23. Not one person has reached out to me regarding my complaint. This shows that they don’t care. I suggest shopping at local pet shops in the area.

Always clean. I've never come across a rude employee. However, they are expensive. Not as expensive as Petco but way more than Walmart or Target for the same items. Also, the wait in line is pretty long when they get busy.

Had to go to 2 places, Petsmart had what I needed. We just got a new dog, needed new dog stuff. I was asked upon arriving do I need help, that's nice. The store was marked so you could see what is on the row, from miles away, that's nice, not in small print. This is our pet store. Meet Molly.

Went in for an algae eater and some food storage bins for dog food. Was pleasantly surprised that the price was a few bucks cheaper then the online price. So it never hurts to get out to the store to check those things out

I take my dog to the training classes and we have Shannon as our trainer! She is amazing, very patient, sweet and informative! My dog, Loki, has learned so much and so have I, it's great! The staff there is also amazing and very informative about products and also when I have questions. I got some amazing deals on their last chance clearance as well so that was awesome! But again Shannon is wonderful and I'm so glad I decided to train Loki with this establishment!

Big store with alot of different things for any type of animal. Aso have live animals up for adoption which is rare these days..at least I haven't seen any other place doing it lately. I hope all the animals find good homes.

This location had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful in addition to being fast and efficient. The store was clean. It's worth noting, however, that later on I found that several of my items were substantially cheaper at Walmart (small animal bedding in particular).

Just went in to look at hamsters. I asked the cashier about it and she gave me attitude. She claimed that she was the only one able to and didn’t know when she would be able to help me. The line wasn’t even long behind me. There was only like two people behind me. I waited by the hamsters and after about ten minutes she showed up. I pointed out the two I was interested in and she said they weren’t good hamsters to adopt because they weren’t socialized and haven’t been handled. The whole time she gave me attitude and was very snippy with me. It seemed like she didn’t like her job and didn’t want to be there. I don’t appreciate being treated with disrespect. If you guys are short staffed, don’t take it out on customers. Do better PetSmart.

Fish section: Great selection and friendly staff :) I love the aquatic plant selection! Minus a star for meh looking live fish tanks (a bit dirty with one or two dead fish). They did not have a supply of natural drift wood or natural (statement) rocks for aquascaping.

Reign has been going here for over 3 years. We love that they now carry Rachel Ray Peak Nutrish products. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We got a compliment from one of the trainers because Reign sat in front of her for a treat and she asked if he had been to their classes. When i told her I trained him she was surprised and said well done.

Terrible experience in the fish department. Either she's a manager or assistant manager, and her name starts with a C. I was first talking to a different associate and she comes out of nowhere, interjects herself, and is instantly defensive. She's extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. She could have just explained the fish return policy instead of talking down to me. It's like she thought I was just full of it. Was really off-putting. I'm so glad I went to another petsmart and had a way better experience.

They were wonderful. I have an adopted dog that was previously abused and so is very skittish and general, and Katie was absolutely wonderful and patient with her and was able to do her nails with relatively little fuss even though Sasha was absolutely scared out of her mind.

Purchased a guinea pig last week and they said they cover vet bill within 14 days of purchase. Took him in today and the manager literally told me they will only cover the cost if I returned him for a refund and left him there for 28 days of his treatment and then possibly repurchase him once he is healed. I don't want a refund and I should be able to keep my pet and take care of him at home!! Their pet care policy is outrageous and despicable. I'm disgusted. The manager even had the audacity to offer me a different guinea pig. Ummmm....seriously?? My pets become family the second I get them no matter how small. Me and my family and friends will never ever support PetSmart or buy from there ever again. Everyone I told about this couldn't believe how awful they are. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
