Always been friendly and welcoming. And don't mind when I bring my bird Jasper in to visit. Only reason I didn give 5 stars is one of the sales associates had little to no knowledge about birds, I overheard her talking to a family who were inquiring information about birds, like what she would recommend for food,toys,cage ect.. and if they would recommend it for younger kids (Noooo!!) And the little information she did tell them was incorrect. I had to step in.Thankfully they got a hamster instead.

This place is the worst. I have gone here 4 times and it has gotten progressively worse each time. This last time I received a price quote on the phone when I scheduled the appt and when I picked up my dogs it was almost double what I was quoted. The dogs did not look or smell clean. 3 days after their visit one of them had an anal gland burst. We went to the vet and the other gland was completely full. This was suppose to be a part of the service that I verified with the groomer. The vet said there was no way this was done 3 days earlier. This place is a joke. Get a written estimate so they don't try to steal your money.

Update : TEANNA ROCKS. She was helpful and knowledgeable, being quite able to handle the issue I had without needing to call anyone else. So if you see Teanna be rest assured!This place is always clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly but don't jock you.

RIP OFF & LIES. If you paid someone to cut your lawn & they did only 1/4 of it would you be happy??? I was quoted $55 for a FULL Cut on my 10 pound dog. When I dropped him off, the groomer told me it would be an extra $10 because he had minor matting. Then she said it would be another $10 more for conditioner to help the tangles come out easier. I told her I would not pay extra for her to do her job with care...I'd already agreed to $10 more for that. When I went to pick him up, he didn't look like he had received ANY cut, not even a trim. He was only brushed out. I complained but was told they were closing (at 3:30??) and I could take it up with the manager the following week when she returned. That was the week of my wedding & someone else took him in for me. But the only service on the dog then was hair cut out of his eyes and feet hair trimmed. STILL NO HAIRCUT that I paid $65 for!! The groomer LIED to her supervisor and said I had refused to pay for the full trim. CHECK MY RECEIPT. I PAID $65 for a FULL CUT & Detangle. Instead I got NOTHING but aggravation and lies. SHAME on You, PetSmart!(I'm also posting this review on our CS Community Network & NW Colorado Springs Moms FB Groups, warning others of your shameful antics.)

Staff is always amazing. Customers are always attentive. Huge shout out to Gretchen from grooming for helping blind me clip my guide dogs nails for the first time! Huge shout out to Tiana and all the sales floor staff and cashier's for making us feel happy and special and also helping us when we need to customize things. The return and exchange policy makes me confident in buying from here as it's super easy to exchange if I get the wrong size or to get a refund if something doesn't work. I always go for the exchange option as a guide dog needs a lot of stuffs heehee. Looking forward to teaching Lili about boots tomorrow. Buy from here it's worth the price for better quality every thing. The Banfield is also AMAZING and offer the wellness packages that really make a huge difference and help prevent emergencies. We are moving further west in town but I still plan on coming to this location because it's always a great time. Lilith in her new harness and leash from this location. Note, yes Lilith is shaved, she was really matted up when I adopted her; from an unrelated 3rd party; and brushing them out didn't work, her vet team recommended the shaving to let it be combed out as it grows back. I shaved her my self.

This is a good store. Everyone is friendly and helpful and as usual had all the needed pet foods and such. We actually came to get hermit crabs and the girl we dealt with was nice and knew what was up for the little guys care. They got us all set with two crabs (the last two they had) and they seem healthy. In fact one of them it's quite large!

Went in for aquarium decorations to set up a Betta tank for my stepdaughter, and she had lots of different options to choose from, and I'm happy because we happened to hit a sale! She's now very excited, setting up her first ever aquarium.*We will get the fish later after the new setup is finished and has had a few days of run time to make sure everything is working as it should.

Just below average. The location of this store is great and the selection of products is pretty good. Prices on the products are far from competetive and the staff isn't friendly or approachable. One person seemed more interested in their phone than answering a question.

I like this petsmart location, they have the biggest selection of fish I choose from. However this past time visiting, there were ALOT of dead fish in the tanks. The lady said it was because they got a shipment in, but a worker should still be monitoring the tanks and removing the dead as needed. Some of them looked like they been there for days.It is definitely very clean and the customer service is amazing.

Grooming department -Such a lack of talent! They made my poodle look like a chihuahua.Besides the lack of talent, they are extremely rude, arrogant, and don’t account for their nasty behavior as a collective.Spoke with an employee who slammed the phone down and thought she hung up, but then proceeded to speak foul words against a customer at the top of her lungs.I am concerned about the health and welfare of the dogs when there is yelling, cursing, uncontrollable behavior, and throwing things around that occur when customers aren’t around.This is very dangerous and saddening to know that pets are possibly mistreated here because of the low level of emotional intelligence of its grooming employees.Animal control, management and the complaint department have all been notified and an investigation has occurred on the grooming department.

My experience with this store, to summerize, WAS TERRIBLE. Me and my grandmother came here to buy some birds, two so they wouldn't get lonely. They were fine for the week or so, entil we realized one of them were sick. Though, it was too late. The next day it died. If you want a pet of ANY species, please don't go to a PetSmart. Or at least not this one.

We just went in to get a dog tag made. The front of the store looked neat and organized. The reason for 3 vs 5 stars? The process of getting the dog tag made could be much more explanatory- with clear instructions as to where to find the dog tags you need to buy before then getting them engraved. We were back and forth trying to figure it out, and there were 2 employees present who never offered to assist. They just talked amongst themselves as we clearly looked confused and lost.
