As I travel all over I use Petco so I don't have to take my papers. This is indeed the worst Petco I've ever been in from Seattle to Texas anybody who would want to bring their dog in here is crazy. Should be charged with animal abuse

I have been trying to not say anything but at this point it’s absolutely ridiculous. I got my dog groomed once here in March of this 2023. She had a small spot on her right leg. Nothing too serious and I mentioned it but they claimed it was there before. A few days later and my dog was grooming that spot making it worse so I called back asking if anything happened and again was told nothing happened. I stayed in the store almost the whole grooming appointment and I did hear a few yelps but was told she had injured herself before the appointment …. Obviously not true. Now almost 4 months later I am still dealing with the injuries/anxiety from that grooming appointment. My dog is now on anxiety meds after the round of antibiotics and allergy meds already given to her to help with her leg. I am aware that animals will be animals but it all traces back to this grooming appointment and I just want to warn others. Don’t take your animals here they’re obviously unprofessional and don’t care about your little fur babies .

Your grooming staff are the most caring, dog-aware people I ever deal with - our pup always comes home in a great mood, and we never hesitate to setup a followup appointment for Whiskey - you guys always treat him with such care, and it shows!

The groomer this last visit was very unprofessional and rude. I had brought our dog here for grooming twice before with no issues. He requires a little extra effort due to an abusive past, but his prior groomer in said it wasn't a problem.The groomer at our last visit made it clear that they do not want to be inconvenienced with dogs who need a little extra attention. She also stated that our pet was no longer welcome because he didn't sit still on the table with the neck restraint. My dog, a shih tzu, was not aggressive and was not trying to bite.Horrible service and I will no longer do business with PetCo.

My groomer, I'm terrible with names and I forgot his name, but he was cheerful and greet me and my pups, he played with my pups and made them feel comfortable. I love that he spent time with them before taking them into the back to be groomed. When I picked them up they were clean and happy pups!

Calley was awesome! She took care of my elderly husky, was patient and caring. She even offered advice to ensure his coat is happy and healthy! She went above and beyond!

Rachel is very professional and very well versed in a doodle hair cut. My dog Sofie looked great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Petit seemed calmer even on entering salon than he has in the salon he has been going to for 3 years. He also seemed seemed calm...not scared when i picked him up. Mallorry did exactly what i had asked for i grooming. I am completely satisfied and feel Petite did not go thru a lot of trauma. Wish i had known about this alternative long ago. Thanks.
