I am incredibly pleased by the professionalism of your staff and management. Our pet was injured during the grooming process and Petco employees immediately rushed him over to the Pet Emergency room. The manager stayed with us the entire time and ensured us that everything would be paid for. Our dog isn't the brightest and licked the trimming sheers, resulting in a cut tongue. The only downside was that there was a 6 hour wait at the "Emergency" room. Apparently, the Emergency doctors didn't view a cut tongue as an emergency, so we just left. There was still some bleeding during the night and next day, but now two days later he is just fine. I really appreciate how Petco took responsibility and quick responsive action. I will use Petco's grooming service exclusively just for this reason... err... unless they cut his leg off or something on the next visit! haha

Petco refused to groom my dog after they agreed to squeeze me in. After I said that I gave my dog a calming aid 21 hour's prior they said it was against store policy to groom a dog with a natural supplement the day prior.but then was unable to bring up any type of store policy. I recorded the whole conversation as I never saw anything so unprofessional.

Jude is a great and very polite employee with a lot of patience for animals.I would recommend him to anyone who wants their pets in good hands.Our dogs always exited to go see him ..we appreciate you Jude ..thank you very much for everything you do for our dog's 😊💯👍

Angel does great in the grooming needs of my dogs each time I take them in. She is so sweet and friendly and caring. It's so comforting to know my dogs are in such good hands. I even set up an appointment for my daughter to have her dog groomed by Angel and his grooming came out great too. My daughter was very pleased with how Angel groomed him and was glad I had told her about Angel.

Lori was FANTASTIC!!! I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire grooming team! When I dropped Alfred off, I knew he was in good hands. They were super busy, but they handled it with grace and style - and by the time I came to pick up my dog, he was calm and had a blast! Not to mention, so handsome! Again - Lori was not just great to me, but also my fur child!

They do a good job at this location, but the time that it takes to complete a grooming appointment is getting longer and longer. I have now been waiting almost 4 hours for my 21 lb dog to get groomed when I was told 2 possibly 3 hours. I made it my business to stay around the area because in the past by the time I would make it home, they would call saying my dog was ready for pick up. I would usually have to pick up immediately because they would say they didn't have space to keep him. I really don't know what is going on at this location. I'm honestly not sure if I will be returning because it's seeming as if this is no longer a good fit for us.

This was my husky's first time at the groomer. She got a bath and a de-shedding treatment. The staff were timely, patient, and quite informative. My husky seemed to enjoy her time here and left in good spirits. She looked (and smelled) great and they met all of my expectations, and then some! I was quite impressed with their work, and will most definitely be returning!

That's easy! Angel was so pleasant to talk to and was very helpful tending to the requirements required for Daisy! The teeth treats were a plus and Daisy enjoyed them! The report card was another item I enjoyed looking at, to include the recommendations for the following visit! Being as Daisy is an English Mastiff, I really appreciate Angel and her willingness to take care of Daisy for her spa day! The bonus coupon supplied during billing was a very much welcomed surprise. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back! Next appt! July 31, 2020! Dont tell Daisy. Oh yes one more issue! My dog actually smelled awesome! Of course as soon as she got home, she went and laid out in the dirt! To Angel, thanks again, and well see you on the 31st!

I liked that the store and grooming areas were all taking the COVID-19 recommendations seriously; it made me feel good to know that it's worth spending money and scheduling grooming during these times. I also appreciated the texting communication from the store and the attentiveness from the groomer to my pet. His nails were cut short and buffed, and he smelled great! Thanks for a great job Jude.

I took my Chihuahua in to be cleaned and her nails cut and buffed. When I picked her up, the dog washer said my dog would barely let her buff her nails. I was surprised. When I got my dog home and stated petting her hàir went everywhere and she didn't feel clean. I was very disappointed and I won't be going back to that Petco on Powers ever again. I gave her 2 chances, she failed both. I'm not saying her name because it could be just my dog she hurries through

Very happy with the service. And honestly tried after going to Petsmart. Petsmart didn't except my dog's pet passport with ALL her recent vaccines. Left super annoyed and tried the Petco a bit farther away. We were seen immediately and joked with the groomer over our experience. We are definitely switching!

My puppy has a chunk missing from his head. Like a solid half dollar size cut in the middle of his poodle fro.. on top of which, when I picked him up he was covered in hair, covering my jacket and car alike. Jude said sorry... cost me 150 for detailing and 35 for a cleaning of my coat. Not cool.

Would definitely recommend.They helped me figure out what my dog needed. Kallie was carrie’s stylist today. Carrie absolutely loved her and is now very soft.
