They offer bulk refill for kitty litter which I’ve been using since getting my new kitties a few months ago. Great selection of food including prescription pet food. They have a decent selection of cat accessories and enrichment items but even better selection for the doggos.

Came in to look at saltwater fish. They’re kept in horrible conditions and you can tell no one cares. Y’all should be ashamed. Dead fish that other fish are eating. The bare minimum of attempting to be presentable, keeping the glass cleaned, isn’t even attempted so you know no one is taking care of the fish. If I can figure out who to report y’all to, I will asap.

The prices are high on pretty much everything.I have called every week for the last month and every time I ask about having certain aquarium animals they always tell me they are out but it might be in the upcoming shipment and it might not, they need to get a different supplier.There seems to be only a couple of people in the store who actually understand the fish department.I have been suggested to buy fish that are not good tank mates with my current fish but the person who suggested it said they were fine. Luckily I knew they didn't know what the heck they were talking about because my fish could have died.I bought two plants from there and now I have an overpopulation of bladder snails.

We take both of our dogs for grooming and they're great with the girls. Especially with our high anxiety heeler.

This is our first dog that we’ve had to groom regularly. Jennifer did an awesome job with our doodle puppy, both times! Our pup is so handsome, and kind of looks like muppets, which I love!The whole staff has been super friendly and accommodating. After a lot of research, I also took advantage of the Vital Care program, and have felt we have saved quite a bit just in 2 sessions compared to other groomers.

I found some excellent bargains here during my recent visit a couple days ago. I purchased a few Christmas mark down items for my dog and she went wild for them when I got home. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating, and the reason I keep coming back. Their selection of products is wonderful.

Awesome grooming experience! They were able to take me as a last second walk in for two nail trims, and I was SO grateful at how friendly they were. Jeye was our stylist and she was amazing with my doggos. Even gave them treats from the snack bar at the end. We will definitely be returning!

It was super cool to hold Xena the hissing cockroach and the guy who let me hold her was very kindly. Walking in there was an adoption event, too. Great experience all around :-)

The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Went in with tons of questions about different fish,tank sizes and habitat needs. They had really great ideas and knowledge about many different fish.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars... there were many many dead fish and frogs. I don't think I would buy my fish from petco but it was helpful to get ideas of which fish could live together in what size tank. We even mentioned the dead ones and they didn't even remove them. It made me think that maybe they had some sick fish and I would buy elsewhere.

Worse place to get crickets not only are they over priced compared to PetSmart. But it takes more than 30 minutes to get service to get crickets. I literally stood waiting patiently while the employee helped someone else. Than the employee left and I go to find someone I see the same employee helping a new person with reptiles. Like come on I waited and just skips over other people waiting for crickets. Won’t be going back here again for anything will take my business to PetSmart. Don’t waste your time you will literally be waiting a good 30 to an hour.

My family and I visited about 2 weeks ago. The employee that helped us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about how to properly take care of our fish. We bought Panda Molly's, Golden Molly's and 3 ghost shrimp. A couple days later, we had 3 of them die because something was already wrong with them. One had a spot on their fin which looked like Ich, and it was swimming around slowly and sluggishly, so I removed it from our tank so the others would survive. I was going to ask for a refund because something was already wrong with the ones that died. We also had two of the ghost shrimp die. The rest of my molly fish are thriving and so is the last ghost shrimp. They should probably mention that something is wrong with the fish before selling, especially if it has Ich or any other fish diseases. I honestly don't know if we'll be returning to get more fish for our tank because of what happened to the others.

Very rude in pet department. Asked to buy 2 turtles for my 2 sons. At first pet manager seemed fine selling us a turtle with our 20 gallon tank purchase. We had a second tank at home. Pet manager then retraded and started talking about us needing to buying a 75 gallon tank, and a heat light which we already have, then was concerned that the water at the house would not be conditioned and wanted us to wait 7 days and bring back a water sample. Even though we explained we dechlorinate water for our fish. In the end she just did not want to sell us a turtle...the irritation on our part is we drove 40miles from a smaller town nearby... what a waste of time. They should just be clear on the website to buy a turtle you must have 75 gallon tank a heat light and bring us a water sample after you set it up and then amybe we will sell you a turtle.

First of all, the staff was very friendly. But, I ran across some issues that make me hesitant to return. First, when I grabbed mealworms from the fridge, a putrid smell hit me. I looked at the date written on the container and it was from September.....over three months ago these containers were put together. Many of the live crickets were dead on the shelf above. I finally found some mealworms in the fridge with a decent date. But the smell coming from inside the fridge and dates I saw indicated no one had cleaned out dead insects lately. The store was also cluttered with various pallets, items being moved around, and overall it looked like Black Friday just went through when that was two weeks ago. I'm not sure if they are understaffed but I think I'll be stopping somewhere from now on with fresh reptile food.

When I went into the store to shop around 4:30 PM there were so many pallets everywhere that I couldn’t even get my car down the aisle, and I had to walk and carry all the stuff in my hand back to my cart because it was so crowded. There were things that I needed to find no associates even looked at me or talk to me. When I got to the register, the cashier didn’t look at me she didn’t say anything she just started ringing up my things and just told me my total. I’m a retail manager and it was not a good experience for me. I’m just really shocked that all of that is allowed.

I’m a frequent shopper of this location to get my pet’s food but the latest trip, which was on November 8, 2023, I noticed 5 dead fish in containers. They were the containers that hold single fish and saw several of them floating upside down so I moved the container to check and see if they moved and none of them did. lf I could, I would have attached photos of some of the fish I saw. A horrible sight to see and I hope the owners/managers take better care of the animals in the store.

My favorite location for all my pups needs. The food I get her is also available in several different sizes and in stock. Super friendly staff, just yesterday I stopped in for puppy food and an associate noticed I was struggling with the 34lb bag and offered to take it right out to my car!!! Now that's what I call great customer service!! Thank you Adrian!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. It’s absolutely disgusting how poorly they take care of the pets and fish here. Absolutely awful how most of the bettas are dying or already dead. If u want quality do not come to this petco where staff clearly does not care.

Hayleigh(sp) was once again and AMAZING help finding what we needed quickly as well as honoring the online price for your app. The cats love the tower and we love your products once again. Only need a out 75 minutes for assembly. Beautiful and quite well made!

I loved how I went in looking for something I found on Google since my kitty had diarrhea and I had made a mistake and went to the other pet store across the street🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ (mind you the pet store across the street were extremely rude and the employees couldn't be bothered to assist me when I apparently interrupted a small powwow of employees in the fishing department talking about a viral video they saw not work related and told me they didn't carry it and waited in line for 30 minutes to be told I couldn't buy a cat food since I didn't have a red card to give me permission to purchase it. So I wasted an hour for nothing- but gratefully I went to Petco and they knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a dosing adapter since the stuff I got didn't come with it and to make it easier for me and my kitty. So 10 out of 10 for great customers service and for caring about us as customers as we care for our pets! Thanks Petco for being there when my kitty got the runs!

Have had great experiences with the grooming crew here. They are so loving and caring with my dogs. Special shout out to A'zha who always has a smile on her face and take such good care of my boys. It makes me so happy to know that they are well cared for when I leave them there.

Went to get a dog life jacket. They have a great selection. Building is always clean and lines are well managed. We often take my son to just see the animals and the employees are always very knowledgeable and kind.

I can’t find enough variety of stuff for cats. Plus the things my vet recommends I can’t find here either. The prices on my kitty food is much pricier nor can I find her exact brand. Not enough stuff for kittens. If someone were to rescue a litter of them they would have to go elsewhere. They are discontinuing the doggie cleaner Skout’s Honor. I also don’t like their app. Worst off, maybe it’s all pet stores but I went into the Beta fish section and found five dead fish and at least half a dozen on its way to the whirlpool in the porcelain throne. It’s not right. I am considering on shutting down my whole account. I couldn’t take pictures since there were two employees right next to me stocking the shelves with dog food. Yes I continue to spend money here even on items I don’t NEED right now but it’s because I’m in a shopping plaza near other stores I frequent.
