When you order Frontline oil and a pig ear and a cow ear and only the oil shows off and they have an excuse that the website may say in stock, but sometimes it’s not is not a fair excuse. Get me a refund and you just lost a customer.

My two favorite things about this store are selection and customer service!The amount of products for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, rodents, fish, and birds is absolutely amazing! The food and treat choices are staggering!The customer service has always been wonderful! Sometimes, they seem a little understaffed, but they will always help you with any of the products, or talk with you about dog training!This store offers cat adoptions and hosts dog adoptions!Every Christmas, Petco has photo for pets with Santa!This is my go to store for pet goods!

Employees are so friendly and well informed. They help me select affordable products while I chase my puppy around the store. They took everything to the register and even completed my payment so I could pull my puppy away from toys, treats and the other customers.

Friendly staff. However it is about the most unclean pet store you've ever been in. Lots of dried-up spills all over the floor in various spots. The fish tanks have never been cleaned on the outside lots of streaks and gunk that has dried on to them. The doors have never been cleaned as far as the windows within them. The Exodus currently boarded up with plywood it may have been smashed or is certainly not working which just adds to the poor feeling you get when you get to this place.

Had like 40 fish in a 10g iso tank in the front. Many of which were dead this was years ago so maybe things have changed but any time I have been in it hasn't been any different.Lady at the register told me that 2 bettas I was looking to buy were 20$ a piece. My bf paid so I didn't realize it until later but they were both 40$+. I called to explain the issue to the manager and she said that there was nothing that she could do about it and that the person was just new.

What a ruff experience! ...I couldn't even spend money there. Management is a joke and mean! It's also bottom tear, compared to the other Petco's around (not worthy). Here's my review:After school today , I took my daughters all the way to the springs to pick out their Christmas presents. After my 45-minute drive, I HAD to use the restroom. When I asked an employee, they said it was locked " they don't make the rules" ? (who does?)... So I went to the manager, I assumed he/she would see I'm NOT homeless and here to ruin their bathroom. Just need to pee. He says no because of the homeless population, he had ZERO empathy and immediately became defensive!!... I'm clearly not homeless, and neither are my girls (6 and 9 yo) he was immediately defensive pegged me as a "bad customer" and combative!! All I said is... are you serious? And this is wrong and messed up. ...he kicked me out!! I never raised my voice or rude.... He sure did tell me I was, though! Super gross treatment, and it's like he was "getting off" on kicking me out!!It's okay, I was welcomed genuinely at the Petco down the road. I used their bathroom after I spent $800 on my 2 girls Christmas gift. I ended up getting a bearded dragon, a ferit both inclosers, bedding, food, and toys. Oh, also, the person at the register was so nice after she offered me the keys, used their restroom, and talked me into changing my kitty litter to their brand... it's such a good deal over there!!The signs were clear, but I clearly had to use the bathroom, I'm clearly not homeless, and I deserve to be treated better than that! ... bad for petco management, I suggest you start thinking for yourself and using desernment, and don't treat people who are not bad.. BAD!!So, Petco corporate; you might want to evaluate your management. It's not even close to what Petco should be.Thanks for reading!Nicole

Customer service is lacking. They are nowhere to be found. There is always only one person at the register, and the line is long and slow. In addition, it seems that the employees are not very knowledgeable about basic products at the store. I don't recommend this store.

Good selection of supplies, but the store was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Clearly customers have brought pets in that have relieved themselves without it being cleaned quickly or recently.

I don’t know what’s with some of the negative reviews I’ve read, but for me personally, I’ve never had a negative experience. The store is usually well stocked for the most part. From time to time you’re going to run out of things, especially in this day and age, where it seems like everyone on planet earth is trying to move to Colorado so of course there will be times where it would be difficult to keep things stocked, so I am understanding of this. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me. I shop here regularly and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Petco. I am a happy and satisfied customer and will definitely be back.

Be wary of this petco! I bought a leopard gecko here a while back, and he just died from crypto. I took him to the vet, and we tried, but little dude couldn't pull through.

Since they closed the Cheyenne mountain location I have been coming to this petco for grooming. The girls are fantastic. They make me feel super comfortable leaving my lil chihuahua with them. He is very dramatic. But, he does really well with them, because of how they handle him! Great crew who cares deeply for your pets. All of the girls at this location rock. A++++++

Been coming here for quite sometime as I live pretty close to this location. One Adam is very unfriendly and rude. Everytime I come here there are issues with the worms I buy. They are all dead or more then half are dead. Adam had an issue when I politely asked if there was anyway he could compensate me for the dead ones and he told me to pick thru them! They are pretty expensive to just buy 4 live ones MAYBE out of 50 count FOR 9$, then told me I can buy the more expensive 25 count for almost the same price as the 50 count. He said nope we haven't gotten truck in 2 weeks this is what we have take it or leave it. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager....wow really I couldn't even tell. I think he needs more training when it comes to customers. He never I'm sorry nothing... just very rude. Then yells at his co worker hey take care of the worms! Even though he was right there he could have while his coworker has people he is cashing out. Always ride but I do know you can give me credit as a much friendlier manager has done it for me before n actually carried herself like a manager

By far one of the worst Petcos in Colorado.Update! They put freaking paint on their ball pythons heads which is beyond inappropiate.As usual fish are very poorly cared for. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had a ton of attitude over being told i didnt want the tetra with the damaged jaw... Ended up hitting the poor thing with the net trying to get him out of the container and into a tank. Selection was minimal as it is with all the fish stores in the springs which is why i ended up at this dump. Dont buy live animals from petcos or petsmarts.

It is a great place for getting pet supplies. It would be better if merchandise sold on the store was more affordable than if is currently. I am not sure they have a restroom. I tried to find it, on my own, but never did. Because of the high prices of 5be merchandise, I am hesitant to ask about the services, such as grooming.

Katie is the most amazing person I have met at a petco her customer service is so beyond what most employees do. She give me such great advice about my cat when she was clearly very busy. She showed me things that would help my cat to being an indoor cat. You do not meet very many people lately that care about you and your pets because of her I will always go to this petco. Is made me feel welcomed and at home and really genuinely cared for my cat. I just can not thank her enough!

We did the puppy training and our trainer is Anslea. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with her! She was so amazing with our dog, and with us. The class was great because of the way she runs it! If you sign up go to her class! Petco is lucky to have her representing them for sure! Highly recommend Anslea, and her training!
