Absolutely love their animal care department. The animals are all well taken care of. You don't see ball pythons on Aspen like at other pet stores. Their bearded dragons always have fresh veggies, their fish tanks look amazing and are always well and properly stocked. They have cards for fish that apparently show if they are aggressive or not. They also have some great Betta cups, they are always clean, have a plant to help with the bioload and the water is super clean. It is such a refresher to see this as so many places neglect their fish by having them in super tiny cups that are dirty. I came in to get a ball python and they were super helpful with explaining proper care and setup for them.I am a huge animal lover and it is amazing to see that there are people who genuinely know animals and love them just as I do.

This was out first visit to this location. We called a head before going there, and a real person answered! That alone is a huge plus. She was pleasant and efficient with my questions.We took our dog to the self-service bath. He was very muddy after a trip to the dog park. We were greeted by multiple associates, given a quick tour and we had him bathed in a half hour.They have an amazing bath set-up for large and small dogs. A great value when you purchase the 5 bath Punch card. Best of all, no need to make a hairy mess of your bathroom at home.Very clean, bright, friendly store. We'll be back!

It's so nice to see that this store puts so much time and effort into their animals. You can tell that the employees here care about the quality of life of the pets. I love the size of their betta fish cups. They actually keep them in large cups instead of those ridiculously tiny containers where they have no room to move around. All of their fish and other animals seem much happier in comparison to so many other pet stores.

Went in to buy some calming treats for my dog and they have a wide variety of stuff to chose from. It's in a busy shopping center off academy but it's a quiet and we'll put together store that caters to cats dogs and other small animals fish and reptiles .

Got a dog yesterday, and she needed a bath. Only $14 for a self dog wash. They provide towels, multiple shampoos, and even brushes. Winter absolutely loved her time there! The employees were very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too.

I understand I got the store 1 minute before close but I literally watched the employee let one person and then turned me away. I guess because he was in tesla and I was in a jeep him and his animals were more important.

I bought my adorable Russian tortoise from here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I got everything my tortoise would need, I really appreciated all of their help and guidance. They even made sure that I signed up for a rewards account, I ended up saving around $75 with the supplies they set me up with!

I quit shopping at major chains for this place. The employees are always friendly and willing to help and actually seem to care for your needs. The discounts are plentiful via membership and the prices are fairly marked compared to competitors.

I’ve been traveling around with my dog for a number of months at this point and pet supply has been my go to here in Springs or traveling. And I gotta tell ya, the dog wash at this one was so amazing. It was literally like a luxury dog spa for my sweet angel baby dog daughter and for just the one wash, it was 14 bucks!

I haven’t been in a PSP in 8 years. So came here a few weeks ago and wandered off to the fish section and saw their betta display…I have never been so impressed and happy in my life.They’re in a giant container with a frogbit floatie and, they have names!!!! There’s a side panel with everything you need to know about how to care for a betta. They have those same instructions on a take home care sheet. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.I cannot say enough about this store. I’m in love.

I always get such great customer service at this store. We are experiencing a short financial crisis & my husband told me I had to find a less expensive dog food for a while. I want the best for my babies. I was shown a food around $44 for 40 lbs & had been paying $65 for 28 lbs for another brand. I tried it & my dogs love it. Dog food advisor also gave it 4.5 so I was thrilled as was my husband

Had a great experience with the staff again! This institution is a benchmark for success. Honestly a great place to find what you need and learn more about it. If a staff member is new they don't hesitate to find the answer with experienced employees. It's honestly just a good time and I look forward to shopping there many times in the future.
