Literally best customer service experience in Colorado Springs! I walked in to stay out of the snow and MaKayla and Savannah did an amazing job showing me around, teaching me about organic treats, told me about the history of helping CSPDs dogs on duty and gave me their full attention. Needless to say, I became a member and bought almost 80 bucks worth of goods. All thanks to the great customer experience! Truly appreciate the attention to detail and I will be coming back!

AH-mazing! Such a great dog wash (look at all that fur!) seriously it was awesome, hydraulic lift awesome, and all the shampoos, Snowy smells like a legit lavendar bush!! Super friendly staff and an excellent selection of doggie treats. We are DEF coming back!!!

Coming in to Pet Panty is always great, the staff is always helpful with any questions and will always find a solution for your fur friends. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Makayla and Samantha were very helpful with choosing a dog food for my dog who is very picky. They’re always friendly and kind, I always love coming in for all the dog snacks :)

Stopped by 8/7/23 at 9 am, they were still closed. Waited 10 mins, called, no answer, doors still locked. I understand staffing can be an issue and emergencies happen. Will go to Pet Supplies Plus down the road instead but would have preferred to support a small business

Only used the dog wash but will definitely be going back! The tub was so easy it's hydraulic so you can get your dog in and then raise it. The dryer has a dial to set it and although the paint is worn off it is easy to use. Very accommodating! There are 2 separate rooms with 2 tubs each and 2 tables for drying. They use Earth bath products for shampoo and while not my favorite they are already diluted to make it easier and faster to put on. There are many different brushes to choose from and are all very clean! The water is a perfect temp as well not too hot or too cold. Will gladly go back again.

As a first time pet parent, I've been incredibly anxious to make sure that I'm providing the best possible care to my dog. I knew I wanted to shop small, but had no idea that this small business would be as wonderful as it has been. On my first visit, I was immediately welcomed in and provided assistance before even asking for help. I came in completely blind and left with so much knowledge, a new food for my pup, and an incredible array of treats that I feel confident in the quality of. The environment here is so warm and welcoming, it feels incredible to shop somewhere where all of the workers remember not only your name, but your dog's as well. Every employee has been so incredibly accommodating and wonderful, but Elizabeth and Gillian have stood out each visit in the help and care they've provided. Thank you, Pet Pantry!

Not only did Holly provide fantastic customer service helping me fit my new pup with a proper harness, she also took the time to talk with me about the breed, answered all my questions and ensured my pup had a fantastic experience for her first outing! Friendly, caring employees, and really amazing prices! Everyone that works at Pet Pantry cares deeply about the well-being of all animals, which is hard to find. Fantastic amenities and an incredible selection. I have Guinea pigs, they can be very hard to shop for! Pet pantry fulfills all of their need and more! The dog washes are quiet and private, huge plus for my grooming-anxious pup.

October 2021Pleasant store....when mistakes happen....we are all human ... they acknowledge and work to correct. I enjoy the store...the new location....the ability to walk in and ask what food does my dog eat and they look it up.Very quality store!!!March 2021Good Afternoon,I was just in your store to get puppy food for my new puppy. I got a 30 pound bag of food and usually your staff asks if I need assistance loading my car. Today the 2 employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping me - -I had a 14 week old Akita in one hand and treats in another. I had to come back into get the bag of food.The employee could not pull up my account by the phone number and instead of changing the number in your system - -just wanted my money. Did I get my military discount? I don't know. Did I have any point that I could have used? I don't know.YES - -I felt as if I was annoying the employees and not valued at all. I have been coming to your store since you were at the previous location.I definitely feel as though - I am NOT valued as a customer - and am not sure if I will return.June 24, 2021I am so glad that I have returned....healthy puppy food, pleasant staff. All the folks at the Pet Pantry & Dog Wash on N. Academy in Colorado Springs deserve a HUGE shout out and acknowledgement!! I started bringing my dog here for baths, etc., last year and have been so impressed and appreciative of the entire staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating to any of my needs. And to be clear - this includes all the staff! Not just one or two people. This is a great place for exemplary customer service and outstanding bath facilities. It makes my dreaded dog-washing SO easy and stress-free. Go see them! They're awesome!

Pet Pantry is awesome!! The staff is so well trained as well. The assistant manager was kind enough to explain the different foods and the ingredients that I was looking for. She is quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My doggie loved the food she suggested. I also learned that Pet Pantry donates returned food and goods to the local shelters. The brands of food they have on their shelves meet many animal's needs. Over the years they have been extremely helpful to my doggies and I. I would highly recommend their services. I think there's a couple in town. I visit the one on North Academy.

Excellent service 👌 Celo called other locations to find a dog backpack carrier for my dog. The other amazing human (unfortunately I didn't ask their name) was also very kind and revealed amazing service. I bought a bone for my dog and then after paying realized he was afraid of it! They were willing to let me return it and showed patience and kindness throughout the process.

This is a great example of how a locally owned business will go above and beyond, while offering much more customer service than any big box or chain pet store. My wife is home with a sick kid today, we were out of dog food and even though we were just a little past their delivery area, they helped us out and delivered the food. The owner himself delivered the food and my wife was so relieved! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Pet Pantry!!!!!

I had to return 2 collars for my dogs I had purchased. One was too big and the other too small. Christian was so friendly and helpful. Helped my husband and I pick out some dog food. She couldn’t have been any sweeter. On the way out my husband says to me this store has the very best customer service. I would rate them a perfect 10

I got the best customer service at this store. The sweet girl took me around and showed me everything I needed and even what I didn't need. Made a huge difference in my cats life that is the kind of care I expect everywhere but get the opposite. Why has Colorado gone down hill so much service wise? Idk but not at this store they rock!!!

Really great place! Friendly & helpful staff! I also enjoy using their dog wash stations(comes with everything you'll need, just take your pet) also ask about their pack purchases for dog washes cause it'll bring down per wash costing you buy 6 I think it was. I will continue coming to this business here for sure!

I have been a customer of this store for 4 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff. All the staff are hard working and extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. I am confident that if I have any questions about what to feed my animals they will be able to answer my questions and help me improve my knowledge of food. The staff goes out of their way to make sure the customer has what they need. I can assure you that you can't go wrong with shopping at this store. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I went to this pet pantry for some help / advice about my German Shepard mix. I was look for something to improve his itching / coat. I went to this store to buy puppy food and was treated with so much kindness and great information that I will never go buy dog or cat food anywhere else. Makayla was the person that helped me the most - wow what knowledge she shared and how personable she is! Everyone one that worked there had great energy.Costumer service was spectacular! I don't recognize these brands, I'm sure it's quality food, but they should provide samples of the unique flavors .. it's difficult to buy a pricey bag , you're not sure your dogs will eat .. I went and got my usual. Didn't purchase at this store

My wife and I are happy with this store. They have decent deals depending on the brand you buy for thing like buy 8 bags get one free. They have a nice bulk treat bin that my dogs love and their dog washing rooms are great and are well maintained. My biggest complaint is that occasionally they run out of stock of the specific food we buy, but inventory management is always a delicate balancing act and no one is perfect. I don't mind spending extra compared to box stores as I know its a locally owned business

Definitely the best pet store in the Springs, sure you could go to Petsmart or Petco, but none of those places have personality. This place is not only a pet store, but also has walk in dog showers for those who need them. Petco and Petsmart may have their size, but that size causes them to lose on other areas, such as keeping their stores clean and customer service and quality of their products. Pet Pantry, unlike their competition seem to actually vett the companies that want to sell you dog food. In my many months of going here, I cannot recall a time where they stocked a lower quality brand. They seem to stock more smaller, but better quality brands. Plus their prices are fairly comparable to the big brand stores.This place also allows you to bring in your dog to accompany you as you shop and most of the staff are nice enough to stop and give them a pet and a treat if they so wish. Plus, the staff are competent and know the inns and outs of the store and can help you find anything you may need.5/5 Have been going here and will continue to go here for my pet care and supply needs.
