He is a well behaved little puppy and he’s very sweet and good with the kids. I have some health issues that I am dealing with and making my kids happy has been my priority. I loved this place we just went in to see the pups and play with them for a bit and came out with a beautiful and happy dalmatian. Jami was super helpful and really patient with us and did what was possible to take this new baby home with us. We really appreciate you and you have no idea how big taking this little one home with us meant to us. We enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere but Jami definitely went out of her way to help us.

My family and I recently visited around Christmas adopted these two beautiful pomskies! I wanted to give a special thanks to Jami and Chase, two of store representatives that assisted us. They were absolutely amazing and super helpful!The store was clean and well taken care of. All of the store representatives were super attentive to both their clientele, the puppies, and the birds. We got to meet the stores founders and they were super friendly and welcoming.

I quite literally can not say enough good things about this place! I just moved to Denver on a whim a few weeks ago- I kind of started to think I made the wrong choice because it seemed like every single establishment I went in the people were miserable and the environment was less than desirable. Amber changed that for me! She was so incredibly kind and genuine and made the whole entire experience of buying my puppy so enjoyable. I came in to pet city knowing exactly which puppy I wanted and Amber made sure I got to snuggle and play with him right away. She was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire process. The store is so clean and well kept, all of their animals are so loved and it SHOWS! The staff at Pet City truly changed my opinion on pet stores. I got the pleasure to speak with the owner too who was so sweet and gave me the opportunity to see my baby’s parents, how special! I can’t recommend this place enough and I’m so grateful for them. I’ve found my new best friend 🐶

Was very skeptical of pet stores, but this one is good! We went in just looking but not planning to buy a puppy, ended up buying a yorkshire terrier. The dog is very healthy and happy! We haven't had any problems with her at all. The shop did an awesome job educating us on taking care of the dog and making sure she was healthy before we left with her. Shout out to maggie for being very friendly and going over and beyond to let us look at the dogs and help us with the dog we got she's awesome!!

This place! What an amazing experience. You could tell these puppies are so loved! I couldn’t help myself and got this little girl for my hubby for Christmas. He absolutely adores her. She is so sweet, happy, and most importantly healthy. They gave me info on the breeder, sire, and dame as well as all the certifications, standards, and guidelines the breeders need to adhere to. It made me feel confident I was making a well informed decision. Thanks so so much to Amber and Christa I appreciated the steps I had to go through. She was completely worth it!!!

Walked in knowing it was time for a dog. Was planning on looking at the whole store before asking for a room to play with the puppy. Jamie the lady who worked there saw me staring at the cutest little fluff on 4 legs and talked me into viewing her. I'm glad Jamie stopped me there to view her before looking at the whole store. Our Berneydoodle is a perfect addition to my family. Shes only 9 weeks and can walk on a leash like a pro. Used Jamie's tips on potty training and sure enough they work!! This is the easiest puppy ever. They also have a deal where you get everything you need for the puppy that's included in the puppy cost. Loved my experience. My wife wants another one already.

Despite all the stigma of a pet stores and puppy mills. I decided to walk in and check it out and Immediately felt so welcomed. The staff is amazing they ABSOLUTELY love and take care of the animals. Kate welcomed me she was so knowledgeable in the animals taught me where the animals came from with the help of her manager. I highly recommend!!

Maggie was so knowledgeable and gave us different options. Her love for these animals and her passion to find them good homes shines brightly! Great customer service. My kids and I decided to stop by and look at puppies. We met Taria, she was so happy and excited to show us a beautiful baby ferret. My kids were so happy. I walked in and I asked some questions about the puppies. I recently lost my beloved dog and even though I know I can not replace him, I always wanted a small dog. She introduced me to my new baby Bandit. It was love at first sight. The sole reason he is now part of the family is because she took her time to talk to us and understand what we wanted. My husband had a question about the breeder and she was able to show us the credentials. Not a puppy mill, but a local owner. Thank you so much. He is so loved by our family 💗

Brenda and I had a wonderful experience with the Citadel Pet City Pet Shop in Colorado Springs thanks to Linda and Jamie for all of their kindness and help. Three years ago we bought the Tri-Color Toy Fox Terrier (Tigger) from there and now we picked up Faith our new little Sheltie. Faith decided to become a picky eater so Linda took the time to do a couple of zoom calls to go over feeding her with us before we came and picked her up, and Jamie assisted us the day that we did with a feeding in person. Now the little girl is home and has made a new best friend with Tigger and the two girls like running around in the yard together and playing tag. Thanks.

We were fortunate to speak with Jami & confirm a breed we found online. While the pup wasn’t as pictured (unable to for legal reasons), she gave us plenty of information to make the trip down. We were then connected with Linda, who setup a room for us to play with the sweet pup. She answered all of our questions and was incredible helpful throughout the process. You can tell they care about the pets there and are well informed. We were very pleased. We took the dog home that day and are so happy with our sweet little girl. Harper (what we named her) is so loving and endearing. Would highly recommend the location, especially Linda & Jami. Thank you both so very much for your help!

I wish there prices for pets weren't soo expensive smh . A huge selection of different breed dogs at the moment , however they will run you 4k-9k if you decided to buy one . My daughter and I stopped in to play with a few of them .

I went in to LOOK. I saw this cute little Pomski. Always wanted a Pomski but they are so expensive. She talked me into applying. Linda was very helpful and was so positive from the beginning. I wasn’t exactly denied but I didn’t see it happening but then Jamie got involved. She helped train Linda in how to get me approved for my dream puppy and extra stuff he will need. Together they became one team and helped me get what I wanted. I now am a happy pet owner of a designer dog. His already spoiled rotten. They even let us hang out with him till they closed!!! They did great but I have to also say that Pet City has grown. The staff are more knowledgeable and the animals are happy. It’s so great seeing where my puppy came from and proud of my decision.Thank you Linda and Jamie for helping me!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience through Pet City. I went in feeling very hesitant and not sure if going through a pet shop was right but after seeing my sweet boy and talking to the wonderful representative Jami I knew I had to take him home and that he was being treated well. Jami was perfect with answering any and all questions, she was very professional but I could tell that she truly loved all of the sweet puppies at this location. Thank you for helping me out Jami and I promise I am taking great care of your “Mufasa”.

Pet City @ The Citadel Mall use to be great. I've purchased 3 dogs from them since living in Springs. BUT now, they are just HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE people, with extremely HORRIBLE intentions. They absolutely DO NOT care about the customers, or the pets in their shop! They will do Anything to get a sale, so they can get their commission pay out of it! They will even lie on the forms, the paperwork, & your contract. Regardless if you pay in cash or if you get a loan through them. My dispute with them happened in September, this year, just a couple months ago. I bought a puppy, put down 120$ cash to hold the pup, because policy was..Any dog under 3 lbs had to have four feedings before they allow you to take it home, which meant I had to go to the mall four different times on scheduled days during the dogs feeding schedule to feed the dog, because of the fact of the dog being very little it could be dangerous for the dog if you missed a feeding. So me & my 2 kids would go to the mall to feed our future family pet. We've gone 3 times. Then I get a text saying Xmas special for pet city,for all puppies, so I call, & they give me the run around for that, saying there was no special for my puppy i was about to get. Then I talk to the manager & she had to give me the special, which gave me $2,000.00 off on the puppy. She wasn't happy at all. SO they end up selling, yes... SELLING the dog for full price to someone else!!! I was completely heartbroken, I didn't get any of my money back & my kids were extremely heartbroken about it also! On top of it all, they let them take the puppy home with them that same day! No feedings, nothing! Also the lady that did my contract charged me extra for a cage & bed & other stuff, when the cage & bed is supposed to be included with the dogs. They could care less about any person or family that walks in there! All they see is, who can give them the biggest commission! They are liars, & will do anything to get a sale! Also, they tell you the chip in the dogs are free.... But that's just a scam also. Yah,they are free because they are already in the dog, but You have to pay monthly to keep it activated. So I just want everyone to know this about PetCity at the Citadel Mall, so nobody else can get heartbroken from these snakes. I ended up getting my puppy through a private breeder, & I couldn't be happier. Oh & I didn't even give them a 1 ⭐,so I have no idea why that's up there, & it won't allow me to take the 1 ⭐ off of there, otherwise I would.

Now. There dogs background checks are very thorough. However very expensive! overpriced actually. You can find dogs of the same quality in other placesThe vets even said that most dogs that come from this place come with diseases they need to treat! 😱 just be careful before u buy.

We stopped by pet City after having no luck finding a companion at the humane society. Amber helped us. She was so outstanding. She made sure we got to meet every pup that we wanted to. She was amazing at giving us any details we asked on and answering all of our questions. She was incredibly patient with me and my family. So much that when my autistic son started to have a break down she pulled out some coloring books for him and helped us settle him down. She was so courteous, patient, friendly, polite and outgoing. Seriously she was amazing so much that I recommend you giving her a bonus or raise. She made our experience of finding our companion so great. I wish more workers at places were as wonderful as her.
