Scott was amazing with helping us with our first dog. He never pressured us and was very detailed on home care for our little mocha. Definitely recommend this store. Please be aware of the crate fee and lifetime training fee those are things you could’ve got for cheaper and I wasn’t told I’ll actually be paying for it. They said it was included so it was confusing.

I myself was against pet stores because of all you hear about them using puppy mills, I was very happy to find Pet City at Chapel Hills Mall. After months of visiting trying to find our newest family member we went home with our Chow Chow. Ayla, Nora and the rest of the staff were patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The owners take a special, ethical interest in working with reputable breeders because they want to ensure they are introducing the customers to healthy, loved animals. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new fur baby.

We bought a puppy about a month ago from Pet City (Briargate) and he has become a wonderful addition to our family. He is a small maltipoo. He loves being on our autistic son's lap and even our 12 year old dog has perked up! Also, I love how he came with everything he needed and we took him straight home without having to stop anywhere on the way home. The staff was amazing with helping us pick things out, especially Jesus. I would recommend Pet City to others looking for a wonderful pup!

Love this place. The owners really care about the health of these dogs and it obvious the employees love their jobs. Chase was especially helpful in picking out toys and recommending treats and shampoos for our new baby.

Such a great experience adopting our dachshund Jack from this location. They take great care of the puppies and are incredibly helpful in walking you through the adoption process.
