Called Tuesday evening just before closing and was able to get a quote for brake pad/rotor replacement and schedule an appointment for the next morning when they open. John pleasantly greeted me and got me taken care of in a very timely manner. The shop guys were super efficient and thorough in their inspections/recommendations. The customer lounge wasn't too small like most shops are, so it could accommodate multiple customers waiting. Would definitely recommend getting vehicle repairs here. John made the whole process smooth and as painless as vehicle repairs can be.

John was amazing. He helped us with both vehicles. One not even at the shop. We came in 45 mins before close to get 4 tires and an alignment done. They got us set up and in line. Very nice and knowledgeable and honest about what's needed.

Brandon and Evan are a dream team! Brandon is very nice explained in detail exactly what I was purchasing and answered every question. He’s very knowledgeable and I appreciate that so much. He’s also very quick especially with the paperwork. Evan was nice too and super quick! And I appreciate (more than both of them will know) for replacing my tire so last minute! I know I came in 20 minutes before closing so I really really appreciate yall. 10/10 recommendations for these two!!

This store was incredible as far as customer service. John & Greg were great at getting me into my appointment without incident! Once they heard the wait would be too long they worked to squeeze me in and get me out the door quickly! I couldn't recommend this shop any more.

Caveat Emptor !!! ... Buyer Beware ... Caveat Emptor is "the axiom or principle in commerce that the buyer alone is responsible for assessing the quality [value] of a purchase before buying."I agree with all the other posters that state that this place has terrible customer service ... every time I have gone to Pep Boys I have found the negative culture is deeply embedded with their staff ... one time they gave me a hard time just buying a gas can, because I was looking for an aftermarket spout without the safety on it. The guy was arrogant and full of himself.Here I am , a grey-beard, a guy who has been wrenching on vehicles before this kid was ever even born; and he has some kind of audacity acting like he's a know-it-all. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that kid never set the gap on a spark plug in his life.I no longer go there because they are totally socially unacceptable. As a small business owner, and a guy who attended "Total Quality Leadership School" in the military, I would say Pep Boys needs a little more than just a little negative reinforcement ... when a pat on the head doesn't work it's time for a kick in the sixHere's a good example ... It's minus 1 degrees today/-21 with the windchill ... my 2 year old battery died trying to start my 30 year old truck. The truck is in the driveway, and I had to call roadside assistance to get a jump-start, because it's so cold, my battery charger just ain't getting the job done.So progressive insurance/roadside assistance offers me a coupon for 30% off for an "installed" battery at Pep Boys. So out of curiosity I check out the deal to see if I can score me a better battery, one with more cold-cranking amps.What a bunch of bunk ... turns out Pep Boys is just trying to put the sucker punch on us. If it were just the battery itself it would be a good deal. But their advertising gimmick --- making up for the battery discount --- by charging you a Ulysses S. Grant for the install is insane.First off they hit you with a an Alexander Hamilton and a Ben Franklin for the initial install fee; but then, on top of that they have an "AAT Charge" aka an "Additional Access Time" Charge of three Alexander Hamiltons and another seven George Washingtons.As they claim, my vehicle has a "difficult battery installation" and will require their service tech to spend "Additional Access Time" to install the battery.Well, it's a 1993 Chevy K1500 truck, and I can change it in 5 or 10 minutes - its right above the passenger headlight ... all you need is a 5/16 ratchet/socket or box end wrench to remove two bolts and a #2 philip's screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the bracket that keeps it in place. It doesn't get an simpler than that. Done it more than once in the 20+ years I have owned the truck.These con-artist want to give you the old bait and switch with a coupon up front, and then make it up on the back end, by charging you for an installation, and claim some cockamamie horse manure about how hard the installation is.If this is any indication of the skill level of the folks they're hiring, you need to run as far away, and as fast as you can from Manny, Moe, and Jack ... because they're a bunch of jack-wagons when it comes to wrenching on vehicles.Moreover, if you go to some of their competitors ... that operate in the auto industry zone they'll install your battery for free.

I love my new tires. It was an adventure getting them on because the wheel lock key did not work. Everything worked out . I was able to get another wheel lock key and the staff stayed late to get the tires on. Thank you to the manager and staff. Give them both a raise or at least overtime pay. I will be back for other services

Awful customer service. Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and then finally called so someone could come up to the front and finally the Fat white guy with glasses came up only for him to tell us he couldn’t help us. Only wanted a new tire. That’s it.

Came over to this pep boys after being turned away from the other one because they rescheduled me last minute and I was 5 minutes late. They got me squared away and out of there as fast as they could and the customer service was amazing. Brandon & Seth may have unknowingly retained a pep boys customer after my horrible experience at the platte location. Thank you guys.

Their experience and knowledge shines through, they presented a variety of options that fit our needs and budget.And made us feel comfortable as we waited for repairs.Hope we did not make you too late getting home. I ended up arriving at the wrong location for a tire patch repair. They were still able to get me in, and they showed me the extent of the dry rot and I ended up getting 4 new tires! Price and wait time was very reasonable for what I needed. Staff was helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible experience just trying to buy a pair of tires. First they scheduled my appointment and somehow lost it, then refused to do the job unless I removed the wheels and brought them in without the vehicle. So much stupidity. I truly regret trying to buy anything from Pep Boys. I won't make that mistake again.
