When I arrived, no one took my information or any information about my pet. Didn’t greet me or anything, simply said I’ll take him (my pet) without asking what he was even in for.It very quiet at first and then all I’ve a sudden I hear the grown man that took my dog grunting and struggling with my dog while my dog is crying out and yelping in pain. I was afraid and unsure of what to do. I know my dog can be a little difficult, he’s a yellow lab, German Shepard, husky mix, and weighs about 70ish pounds- but I called before hand and they assured me they could handle it and had muzzles because my dog can be a little nippy. I could see or do anything except stand there and worry for my dog. The man, Virgil, brought my dog out and informed me he could get one nail because my dog was struggling so much. I apologized. My dog was hacking and choking, and breathing heavily as well as shedding excessively because he was so stressed out. I informed them that he had never gotten his nails trimmed at a groomer before and the staff did nothing to make him feel safe or comfortable just immediately yanked on him even tho he was clearly already uneasy. Anyways- the man goes back into the office says nothing to me and pulls up the payment information. I felt conflicted, I felt partially bad because my dog was being difficult and partially worried about what had just happened to my dog. I go out to the parking lot and my dog collapses on the pavement and is breathing so hard and I have to sit with him until he calms down. And I also notice his gums are bloodied on one side. I’m extremely upset at this point and just draw it up as I’m never coming here again.But, the next day I notice that my dogs eyes is completely red and bloodied, it’s like every blood vessel in his left eye had popped. I took him to the vet and while they couldn’t conclude it to be animal abuse for certain they said something came into direct contact with his eye. I talked with the groomer and he was kind enough to take care of the vet bill. It took my dog weeks to heal. And it was an extremely stressful ordeal. I still will never have answers of whether or not this groomer abused my dog or not. And for that I will not be coming back.

I used to take my miniature schnauzer to a different grooming place, but I was always disappointed because they never trimmed her skirt. However, I thought other places would be too costly until I discovered Pawcassos. They did a fantastic job grooming her without charging exorbitant prices. Moving forward, Pawcassos will be the only place I trust to groom my beloved Pixie.

Amazing work as usual. I have 3 Scottish terriers that all adore Lena and can't wait to see her when they realize we are at the groomer. I have been going there for 5 years, my dogs are always beautiful, they have no fear and come home happy and knick free. To me, how my dogs are treated is the most important part and I never have any concerns leaving my babies in their care.

I had been taking my little miniature schnauzer over to another place to have her groomed and can only say that I was disappointed every time because they never trimmed up her skirt. But, I thought that taking her anywhere else would be much too expensive until I found Pawcassos. They did an amazing job with her grooming and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to do so. From now on this is the only place I will be taking my little Pixie to get groomed.

We have been taking our Standard Parti poodle here since he was 4 months old. Now he is 7 months old. They treated him with care and got the grooming done beautifully, even though he is a puppy.

Super nice and friendly staff! Clean facility. SO happy with how my dog looked after the groom. They even offered a color job for his Mohawk! So pleased. They got me a same day appointment, and I have a large dog! If I wasn't moving halfway across the US in a month, I would go back! Recommend for anyone.

Edit: brought Sammy back for spring wash and brush. He was trimmed all over (lost his beautiful feathers on his legs!) And he's got mats all over his body. They didn't brush his belly at all, and huge mats on his back. Don't pay until you see your dog! Paid $80 for them to cut his feathers and not brush a fluffy shedding dog! Attached photo is how much extra fur came off 1 hour after we picked him up. Had to pick out the matting on his back that they didn't even try to fix.First visit:Sammy loved his haircut and pedi today with Tanya (I hope I spelled that right). He looks sooo much better! Some people want to overtrim Groenendaels, but Pawcassos did a great job! Plus he looks great in the little bandana they gave him! 🤗

Absolutely loved this place, my Stella was so happy, never seen her so happy after a grooming, they did such a great job! I love how they ask you what kind of shampoo you'd want, if you want a scarf or bandana...they may be small questions but it shows they care even about the smallest of things!!!

We took our border collies here to get groomed. Our male was rescued in Korea and lived outside his entire life so his coat was … a mess! And we worried how he’d behave at the groomers. Luckily, the staff were very professional and patient and he came out looking very handsome indeed. Our female border collie also went the following day and came out looking equally beautiful. The white in their coats was was very bright and they both smelled amazing. We’re excited to return for a Christmas photoshoot!

The folks there do an excellent job, our puppy looks great when she comes home.The parking is not the best and from the time we dropped our puppy off to the time we picked her up it was about 4 and a 1/2 hours.The photo is a before her grooming.

Such a huge fan of this wonderful place! We had some terrible experiences with other Groomers taking our mini poodle mix way too short but have never had that issue here. Our little guy enjoys his spa day and his cut is fluffy and consistent every time. Can't say enough great things!
