Love this place! I find stuff in here that I usually see at Whole Foods but for some reason I like coming here more often. Their vegan food is tasty, the chunks of energy bites with apricots, pistachios and sunflower seeds are delish, all the green and black tees selections, the cold brew coffee, the hard kombucha and organic wine in a can selection- they're a really good! I highly recommend it!

I get if Homeless people bug you guys and use the bathrooms lot. Regardless, if there's no security guard on staff, then there needs to be somebody that can let us into the bathroom. I asked somebody at the counter, and he said he'd call someone to let me in..... could have just walked 50 ft..... guy probably didn't even ask anybody, and I've been standing here for 15 minutes while I have to do a delivery, so I can't sit here any longer. I just need to use the bathroom.

Store is clean, organized, cozy ( in a good way) and their selection along with prices are wonderful!Staff is warm, welcoming, helpful, and patient. wouldn’t shop here if it was the last place on earth which really sucks because i used to loveeee this place. been shopping here for a few years and came to love the food and natural products they have for skin care and different things. with that being said they have the worst customer in the entire world. i work in customer service and am appalled at the policies put in place. you can only return 2 items on a receipt even if nothing is opened or used and it was purchased TWO days ago lol. there’s no way i would ever give these terrible people my money again. sad because this place used to have a great rep. go to sprouts instead.

Great store. There was a drink I wanted that they didn't have, and Matt, who was stocking walked me over to drink aisle to look for it, & when it wasn't there, he said he would try to get it ordered, and he offered to take my name and number & call me when it comes in. Super friendly, helpful guy, and friendly customer service overall!

The manager of this store is a horrible, mean guy who screamed and yelled at me for parking in a no parking zone that had no signs to say no parking. I apologized, but he continued to lash out at me. The employees are rude and unhelpful, the place is over-priced, and I will never shop here again!

I've shopped at Natural Grocers for many years. (In fact, I shopped there when they were called Vitamin Cottage.)All their fresh produce is organic, and they have wide array of healthy products as well as food.They have more convenient parking since they relocated.Everyone is very customer friendly and helpful.

The produce selection here is very nice. I recommend this store if you are looking for fresh, organic produce. Everything else is very overpriced. You can find the same items much cheaper elsewhere. The parking here can also be a challenge due to the extremely popular restaurants next door. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.

They are hands down the best price for organic food and vitamins in town. They don’t always have the specialty items you find at WF, but their bulk selection and even the option to special order bulk items like huge bags of rice etc. is so convenient. I highly recommend them to anyone just starting out in the Natural food world or a novice who’s been shopping that way for years. They are my go-to and have the best price on pasture raised eggs.

Great store. Truly wonderful and helpful employees. Their prices on organic food rival any store in town, and are cheaper than non organics in many cases when compared to the big chain stores. They offer free educational talks about various health/food/supplements.

Where did all the carts go? They replaced carts with baskets and tiny basket carriers on wheels that look really stupid. I'm not going back until they get more carts. Isn't the security guard supposed to stop theft? Carts are being stolen by homeless people. Wake up!You need to check bags of chips before stocking, bought one with a 2" hole in it, but I'm a man so I ate it rather than crying resulting in it being thrown away. Also you need to stop refrigerating the peanut butter, it turns it into concrete. No need to keep it cold, it never goes bad.

Today I was extremely pleased when going to this store. Not that I’ve ever had an issue but I found the way I was treated by the staff to be outstanding. When I walked in I needed pure rosemary I asked Nicole & she was quick to help me pick the purest rosemary which meant a lot in how much care she placed into me receiving the best! Thank you Nicole! Then when I went to pay I wanted to find my points online & Michelle at the cash register helped me she was extremely patient & was more then understanding once she was able to help me log in online to my account. Thank you so much for making me experience so pleasant!🎈🙏💗

Like Sprouts, Natural Grocers is not a real grocery store -- in spite of having "Grocers" in their name! This is more like a specialty convenience store for healthy/hippy/trendy/allergy-friendly packaged food. But unlike Sprouts, Natural Grocers doesn't even have a meat counter. It's an OK place to duck into if you need a quick bottle of kombucha or some bulk beans. But I would not attempt to do your weekly shopping here unless your dietary/allergy restrictions require it.

Members get discounts on water refills, making it cheaper to fill up water jugs that anywhere else in town. Their brand items are also less expensive than the other organic brands they carry. And Tuesdays are now sample days!

I asked the lady who worked there at the register who had no customers was talking to another employee to help me find some stuff that I have for order would not help me kept ignoring me and telling me it was inFrozen it was not in Frozen she was very very rude and when I'm there at the store usually they're very helpful I was very very disturbed by the rudeness of this lady and the store nobody would help me find the items that I needed

As much as I enjoy Natural Groceries, they have gotten too expensive; 2 small ready made salads (which were marked $5.59) at checkout we're $10.29 each! And the lettuce in each was wilted and soggy at the bottom. INGREDIENTS are cheap oils preservatives. "Natural" Groceries??

Great organic selection. The fact that they carry sprouted products (sprouted hummus, germinated rice, to name just a few) really speaks to how "with it" they are with the healthiest foods available. Now if only they would carry sprouted garbanzo bean flour, I think I'd be in Love.Edit; still amazing 😁
