Eric and his sister have always been knowledgeable and helpful. I bought some multi vitamins and they didn't work for my dog due to allergies so I tried to return them but was told I would not be able to return them due to a rule mike set in place of no returns on supplements.. O well guess I lost 22$. I spent over 250$+ here a month is why it upset me and I haven't returned since.

Absolutely loved this pet food store. Jenny and Eric we're super kind and very knowledgeable and there's a huge variety of excellent natural dog foods was just amazing not your stock yucky basic commercial dog food my dog Moses thought he was in Disneyland with all the happy smells try it out you will like the dog food but your dog will like it even better! There's also free samples in little bags so you don't have to buy the whole bag until you know for sure what your dog enjoys.

It is a great place to find the right food for your dog or cat. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can even bring your dog to the store! They love to see their furry customers! They may even get a little treat to!

I love this place. The girls that work there are very kind and very knowledgeable about dog food. I've been going to mikes for 18 years. He has taken care of my 2 pugs and one lasted until she was 14 and the other 15 so they certainly give good advice On healthy food. I'm about to get a pug puppy and they were the 1st people I went to. They're very kind.

Love this little pet food store! They carry a fabulous selection of brands, many of which are hard to find. Their prices are competitive with big box pet stores, sometimes better, AND they offer mix 'n match discounts if you buy in volume of 12 cans plus. They are friendly and have great customer service. I live a long way out, so I don't go often, but stock up when I do. If you enjoy supporting small businesses and are looking for high quality pet foods and supplies, give Mike's a try.

Best pet store I've ever been to in Colorado!! Huge selection of very high-quality pet food, canned, dry, dehydrated and frozen, great toys, and a ton of reaponsibly-sourced treats. I happily drive an hour to shop here! The staff is also highly knowledgeable and helpful. Only thing I wish is that they had longer hours but as a small, local business I understand why they can't.

I will be coming back for all my natural pet treats!!! No worries about bones splintering or anything. My dogs still eat everything too quickly and will be the death of all my money but they're worth it . Owner was very friendly and helpful!

I really could write an entire book about how great this store is, but I’m limited to only a few words.This store is amazing, they sell high quality dry, wet, freeze-dried, and raw food for cats and dogs. They also sell snacking treats, meal booster treats, training treats, CBD/calming treats, dental bones, supplements, chews, and frozen yogurt. You do not need to worry about the ingredients in the food that you are buying, since they are all hand picked by people who know their pet nutrition. They sell well known brands and small brands. (Fromm, Orijen, Farmina, Zignature, Nutri Source, Earthborn Holistic, Diamond Naturals, Inception, Health Extension, Stella and Chewy’s, Red Paw, PureVita, Dave’s Canned, Tiki Cat, etc) Food isn’t the only thing you can find here, they also sell candles, stickers, collars, toys, harnesses, food bowls, ice molds, treat pouches, and groomer’s choice shampoo/conditioner. This store is really neat, there’s no extra space to get lost in. There’s just the products. You can spend hours in there and still miss a few things; Overall, I highly recommend this store.

I love this place!!!! I love shopping for my fur babies treats and canfood here!!! We moved a year ago from San Diego to Colorado Springs. I was looking for places with USA made food for my fur babies, well I found a few but I think by far this place is pretty much my number one!!! I literally spend more than $60 every time I’m in but for super good, graded, usa, and healthy brands here!!they have cat food tooo for my cat lovers !I’m soo sad 😞 that San Diego don’t have these kind of stores ...What’s cool in the shop is that they have samples!!! I’ve been there a few times and they are the sweetest kindest helpful ppl over there. They didn’t mind me grabbing some samples to send to San Diego for my moms dog . And when I go back again I’ll grab more samples for my family in Sd they love it!!! And well it helps my mom when it comes to purchasing dog food!And they are okay with it!!! Makes me want to shop there even more!!!! Love the staff, the samples, the pet odor spray, treats, and all of items they have in the store!!! I can’t wait to shop there again to buy more!!!! it’s a store you can just shop and not be pressured to buy it!

I love this place. They have supplements, food, treats and toys. During covid I had to rely on franchises for deliveries. I am so happy to be able to work with a locally owned company again. And they still have the best prices and the best staff!

The lady who worked today (9/12/2019) was VERY knowledgeable in what foods my (allergic-to-most -dog -food- ingredients) dog would be able to eat, without the scare of her suffering an ear infection.I will be returning tomorrow to purchase the dog food my dogs GOBBLED down (and they were looking for more!)!I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I have shopped for over two years at Mike’s. They do have a great assortment of natural pet foods and employees will typically offer and give assistance with these pet food. On that note Mike’s would get 5 stars. But, I am astounded to find CBD treats so shockingly marked up. I bought a CBD treat for $28.99. I had conferred with an employee and told her of my situation. These treats ended up being so helpful. Wishing two days I had bought 3 bags of these treats as well as many other supplements, foods, and chews. But this is where I’m astounded. I went to another location, where I had no intent on purchasing products I found at Mike’s. In fact I’d not seen them anywhere else. I found the same treats! It was the same unit carton for $11.49. This led me to investigation. The treats I purchased at Mike’s had one orange sticker placed on top of the other. I peeled them apart and the original price was $23.99. That’s alone a five dollar markup!!! I want to help my dogs be comfortable in the best way possible and I have been such a loyal customer. I have bought almost everything at Mike’s from dog leashes and key chains, to dog food and silver salve. I’ve given out so many recommendations. But I just can’t get over these incredible mark ups. Even the loyalty card’s 10% discount couldn’t reduce the price by much. Only $2.40!!! I won’t be shopping at this store often because I just can’t trust that they want what’s truly best for their customer. Maybe they just want to push items for sales. In all, Mike’s has some knowledge and selection of natural nutrition for pets, but there are plenty of places in the Springs or online that are a much more reasonable price.

We have been using food recommended by Mike's for over a decade and our dog stays healthy and in good shape. The folks there are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Additionally, they have a large inventory.

Support local, shop here! Your pet is your family member, don't feed them Purina or Blue Buffalo. I love this place because its the only place I've been that isnt willing to sell my animals health for a buck. I drive an hour one way just to get healthy food for my cats, dog, and puppy. These guys know thier stuff and can save you and your animals trips to the vet. All the staff is wonderful and they always carry the big bags to the car for me. I'd rather spend a little bit more money to have more healthy years!

I love this place. They have such a great variety of dog and cat foods, all natural , great prices , treats ( all natural ) toys, pet candles that are amazing. I have been coming here for years and would recommend this place to anyone. They even give you 10% off your order, every time... Plus after buying 12 bags of dog/cat/puppy/kitten food , the 13th bag is free , doesn't matter the size. : ) And Mike is a great guy , the staff there is,so friendly and extremely helpful. It's family oriented and I would never gone anywhere else , I've tried petco and petsmart, ( DON'T GET ME WRONG , THOSE PLACES ARE GREAR TOO , JUST WAY MORE EXSPENSIVE AND NOT SO ONE ON ONE WITH THE CUSTOMERS ). They have EVERYTHING YOU NEED , medicines ( all natural ) leashes , collars , harnesses, you name it , they have it.
