Don’t bother asking the lady who works in the floral section any questions. Snippy and rude. Was told to take my business elsewhere which is what I will be doing. Ricks across the street has way better prices for plants than here anyways. I just asked if I would be able to buy a plant without a fancy pot. Boy did that seem to upset her. I will be taking my business for plants and grocery shopping else where since my business is obviously not wanted here.

This is the line on a Sunday morning, when everyone is off and is shopping. So why don’t we open more lanes? Only part of self checkout was open and one other lane. It doesn’t make any sense???

This place takes your complaints and they go no where. Walmart has better customer service and they have a better return policy. They need better training on how to talk to customers and not get defensive over returns and them having to take it. Lost a lot of faith in shopping here. Been shopping here since I could walk too

If you're going to have the lady breathing down my neck as I self check out then why not just make her ring us all out? Didn't even have any regular registers open. It's ridiculous and I'm seriously considering going to another location.Bakery is bomb though.

This place used to be my go to shopping place, but lately it isn’t. They treat people like we are all thieves! I have spent a lot of money there and I am offended by their attitudes towards their customers now. I have been watched and accused of theft by a couple of different people, which I am not a thief. If the employees would do theirs jobs correctly, they wouldn’t have to accuse their good customers and they may actually catch the real thieves! It’s just awful that this place has gone so downhill.

Always loved Kroger / King Soopers but I'm past done with shopping being so complicated, needing digital coupons and having to spend a long time looking for them and even items having a price in the store with no reference to a coupon only to find out got charged a higher price due to not clipping a coupon. Grocery shopping should NOT be complicated!!!! After looking at receipt, I now have to make a trip back, take my items and get refund for being charged double price.

I'm sick number 1 being treated like a criminal at the checkout, but my big beef is the fact thar they sold me contaminated beef! I have been sick so far for 12 hours with a trashcan on the toilet, AND ALL I GET IS PUT ON HOLD BY A 20 SOMEYHING!!!!!!!!! PITIFUL AND DANGEROUS!!!!!

We've been going to this store for a couple of years now, and it has usually been a great experience. However, over the past few months we have noticed the produce department is struggling to keep basic items in stock. The pictures below are from the same night (Oct. 8th, 2018). This is a pretty common occurrence. Regardless of the day, time, staffing issues etc. this is not acceptable and there should be food available at a grocery store at the customer's convenience.We spoke to the manager, Karen, and she was very kind and helpful. She stated it is something they are working on. I hope it's something that is fixed soon because we are close to taking our business elsewhere.

Usually this store is a pleasant shopping experience. This day however was good until I checked out in the sleep checkout, and had to deal with a rude and unfriendly clerk named Derek. He insisted on not honoring a coupon until I had to get the manager who quickly resolved it. The guy Dereknever said thank you, nor any salutation, just walked off.

Extremely small for the amount of people who shop here. Always way overcrowded and busy. Lots of unmasked people coughing. The aisles are chaotic, it’s impossible to get anywhere without someone being in your way. The checkout lines are ridiculous. Unless it’s 10:30 pm you’re gonna have the most stressful grocery run of your week. Just avoid at all costs.

I LOVE the layout and cleanliness of this store! Employees are super friendly and helpful. My husband worked here for over 10 years.The produce section is something they should be extremely proud of! My only complaint about King Soopers is the prices. Most things (not all) are nearly $1 more than Walmart for the same brands. But hey, if I'm going to complain, I should have gone to Walmart! Lol

This place is a zoo. 9pm on a thursday and it's busier than rush hour. Open another store for the love of god.Their kroger ground coffee isn't fresh. Smells like cat urine after brewing. The use by dates are a lie.

The aisle labeling did not match where products were labeled. Pain Relief aisle ( was looking for Voltaren gel or similar) had haircare products. I asked an employee, stocking in the area, if they knew where Voltaren was located & they did not know where it had moved. Next I went to the pharmacy. Only one person ahead of me but they must of had a big order. Got tired of waiting & left store & went to Walgreens.

I love King Soopers!! my favorite store is 19th and Uintah, Centennial is my back up!! good quality meats, I coupons have saves me so much money it's a blessing during these difficult times with inflation so high. Stopped at this location to fix a flat. didn't get his name, but a cart guy actually stopped to help. I found that comforting, even though I didn't need him. the store is clean, different floor plan than I'm use to.

The Pharmacy department always has smiling 😃, friendly staff who are so helpful! They take the time to answer my questions about my prescriptions & if a prescription isn't ready, they let me know via text messages when, approximately, I can pick it up.Thank you, Pharmacy People, for your kindness and assistance! 😊 😍🤗💚💯💐

This is the nicest King Soopers that I have ever visited. It is not exactly close to my home but when I am on the west side of town I do male a poi t to stop by. Today I was returning from the coffin races in Manitou Spings and was looking forr an easy meal so I stopped by. The store was super clean. They have a good selection of Halloween decorations and a large amount of candy to hand out. I could not resist ... ok the main reason. To go was to get some wings.. I prefer them hot and referred to them as "Hot Wings" I was told they were on sale too. We got them and headed home. I could smell the chicken but not the hot. OK I was not very upset about this till I started eating them. I many drumsticks have been over breaded. Well I mean they had very large "lumps" of breading around an unidentified object that was stuck to the drumstick. OK this sort of thing happens in processing, it happened to over half the food and probably consisted to 20 percent of the weight. This would be somewhat acceptable and overlooked if the meat was good. My best guess is the product was frozen and thawed several times or it was freezer burnt. All that I do know for sure is the consistency of the meat was not good. Being hungry I picked over the bones to find something that looked good enough to eat. I was quite disapinted and worse yet, I am still Hungry! BTW I have has their regular fried chicken and enjoyed it. The option for spicy would be appreciated.Ok enough about that. The store otherwise was ok. I checked the"Soft" pretzels but didn't buy any. They seemed like they could make a good chew TOY for the dogs, I'm very picky about pretzels too.( east coast thing??) I grabbed a a 12 pack of store soda and was able to get right on a self check out register.Ok I am sure this post seems to be harsh or maybe me being picky. I am NOT picky, I just want good food for a fair price. Today I didn't get that. If I lived closer I would take it back.Walking thru the store I did notice it was neat and clean. Employees were considerate and friendly. The produce and meats looked delicious. The large deli area has every option imaginable. Soups. Relish / pepper bar and many other upscale amenities. I guess it was just the wrong day for my to buy wings. Hopefully they will be smart enough to pull the good ones for game day and return the bad ones to their vender.Overall I really do think this is the best store in the area. I will never buy wings sight unseen again. I REALLY wish I took a picture of the wings before I tore into them all. Who would have known?

It is a nice store but the associates spend a great ammount of time in their own discussions with themselves rather then helping customers especially at self check out.I miss normal registers, the fact that we are basically employees at this point is disappointing. They don't want to pay employees meanwhile we aren't getting those savings stock holders are.

Get your own carts from parking lot. Bag your own groceries. Forget about customer service. There is none anymore. Inflated prices (now shop elsewhere after 31 years) and a security guard that thinks everyone is a shoplifter. IF you look poor, you're treated that way. Must have a Sooper card, phone for digital coupons and your right arm to even save enough to equal the old regular price. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ADVERAGE PERSON!!!!!

Julian, the curticy clerk was very rude. He tried to send an old woman to the front of the store to use the restroom when he hadn't started to clean the back bathroom yet. When I said something to him he got rude with me and tried to argue with me even though I walked away.

Always busy and the carts all have a "thumper" wheel, but other than that it's your standard American Grocery store. Very few cashiers so be ready to scan your own goods or stand in line for a while.

Moved here a month ago and this is the closest grocery store. Id say about 70-80% of the produce we have bought here in the past month has been awful. Every head of lettuce or bag of romaine we get its always rotting on the inside once we cut into it. Bag of apples i bought yesterday looked fine on the outside but one bite and it was bitter and going bad.Sushi is more rice than anything else, barely any filling.I love olive bars but this one was pretty bland, not much flavor there.Fish area needs work, theres scales everywhere and looks like someone is having trouble deboning the salmon.Great selection of dairy free ice cream options and meat area always looks great

Bought burger buns that molded FIVE DAYS before the expiration date.Also self checkout is abismal. I love self checkout because I don't have to talk to anyone, but it flags you for merely having too many items, even if you're purchasing bags. Even the self-checkout with a conveyor belt flags you for ANYTHING.Also one star for not being friendly to your unions. Shame shame shame

Today King Soopers upon entering the store I notice that there was no shopping carts anywhere to be found. I asked the first store employee I see and she was rude and told me that I could go get one. I thought they paid employees to get the carts but how wrong was I... She was beyond rude. She's very unprofessional and had no concern about fixing the cart issue. Essential employees standing around talking with each other like there was no concern at all. Poor management shows with not being able to keep the carts stocked. my experience went from bad to worse when I was getting a package of eggs out of the cooler when a store employee got over me in my personal space to attempt to stock above me. He couldn't wait to the point I had to say something to him. The store has definitely gotten worse and I won't be returning there anytime soon. 2 thumbs down.

Staff present. That's it. Not enough staff.... Understandable. Not that friendly.... Understandable-ish. At least they showed up to work I guess. It's probably a good thing stores do have self checkouts because at this rate, people otherwise may just walk out with what they want just because they don't want to wait in line. Shoplifting is still not ok though. No matter how long the line is. Just a reminder for everyone... I know I've been that butt to leave maybe not so nice reviews but we ARE ALLgoing through it right now. You never know... that person that took your order in the drive thru or that helped with stocking your groceries may have cancer and not even know it .... Or their favorite aunt may have just passed away from cancer. They may have wanted to jump out of a moving vehicle or was in the bathroom for an incredibly long time for no apparent reason. Some people may be acting weirder or seem confused as you may have noticed. Take a breathe guys and a look around. Be Patient. Be that person that smiles when someone looks stressed instead of judgemental. Be grateful. Grateful for that moment. Grateful for the good, the bad, and the ugly in your life because at this moment you're still able to read this silly, little longer than normal review.... And that my friend, is still a very blessed day. Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones near far and in Heaven for Christmas 🎄.Don't forget...
