Employees are great. Store is well stocked. Pharmacy is good. Everything is great about this place except for the self checkout. The self checkouts are so hyper sensitive that it takes 3 times longer than it should just to get checked out. If they're going to have the customers do their job and ring up items the least they can do is install machines that aren't so frustrating to use. Seriously they're already cheaping out by not hiring cashiers they could use that extra money to invest in halfway decent machines. The mere fact that these things have irritated me enough to leave a review just goes to show how trash they are.

I've been shopping here for over 30 years and this store has really gone down hill in the past few years.Its smaller then the other ones so they have a much smaller selection of items. A few years ago they re arranges their shelving with narrower isles and what seems like even less items.Their produce used to be really good however its gotten pretty bad lately.Now for the tipping point, they have installed one way barricades at the entrance which prevent you from returning your cart inside the store. Really we need a one way barricade now?Do yourself a favor and goto one of the other ones!

The store is convenient, close to my house. Most staff are friendly/ however, I went in around 10 am today and saw an associate dumping chicken strips in the pan and asked if I could order chicken. She asked if I meant the deli chicken. I replied a 16 piece at which point she responded in an abrasive manner “no, not until 11”. I said Thank you and went on with my day. I feel like if this is the response I received it may have been her tone for the day.

This is the smallest KS in town.The layout is bad.They need to either buy a store to their side to expand or move.It's poorly stocked (flax milk has disappeared and the never have good eggnog here to name a few things) and I often have to go elsewhere to get items.The clearance items are wildly overpriced.The self checkout is a nightmare.I got moldy French bread a few times.But the last straw was that they treat people like criminals.They also added that weird gate.Skip this store and go to a Walmart. Save yourself a double trip.

Best King Soopers in town! This is one of the older, smaller stores, but that just makes it cozy and friendly! Produce is fresh, sushi is actually really good for the price, and those King Soopers fuel points are great for saving money at the pump.

Got a custom cake and it was one of the few locations that offered the cake booklet to see what cakes are available. The baker was able to draw up a cute little shrimp for my 18 yr olds birthday cake and she loved it!

The staff at the Uscan is always super rude. They interact with you without treating you like a human. Just staring at you like you're the world's biggest inconvenience.Meat department always has there sales mislabeled or expired and you have to argue with unhelpful uscan employees to get the correct price.Tried talking to multiple people about these issues and they keep saying they'll be handled, but they're not. Austin bluffs is just slightly further. Go there to be treated like a human.

The worse king Soopers to shop. They are rude, suspicious and disrespectful. They follow me and my wife around while we’re shopping. I’m not a crook. Not a thief but they make me feel like I’m stealing something. My advice is don’t shop there. I’ll stick to US Comissary or Walmart. Don’t go there.

Wow, is all I can say!! I haven't been in this store in a while and oh my what a change! The employees were friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and the way the layout is now is so much better. The produce was even better than my usual king soopers. Best zucchini I've found in a long time. I was even impressed by the self checkouts they have changed the carousel so the reusable grocery bags fit on there too. I wish the other king soopers would do that. I was incredibly impressed the moment I walked in the store. You can really tell they care about what they're doing!

This is an OK supermarket, but for the love of carbs, please stock the grated shelf-stable parmesan cheese with the pasta sauce and noodles. WHY ISNT IT THERE!?!?! It makes no sense to have it on a random end cap in the far back left corner of the store near milk and eggs where no one can find it. What kind of tasteless person doesn't want parmesan on their spaghetti? Every time I shop here, the parmesan cheese is in a different, obscure spot and it's 30min of running in circles looking for it.

This store reminds me of a time when things were not always so crazy busy. I like to go in the early morning before the crowds and the staff could not be more pleasant. I've learned most of the staff by name because everyone is always so helpful and friendly! They really are a neighborhood store that makes you feel welcome.

By far the best experience I've had at a king sooner I just had to post a review. (Not that I've had any bad experiences at King Soopers) The store was very well organized and the staff was very helpful every single person I walked by asked if they could help me find anything with a smile on their face. It wasn't just me either, I observed this will all the customers, including informing customers of special and deals on the items they're looking for. It was such an impressive experience at a simple grocery store I just had to rave! Good job everyone and good job management for keeping amazing employees.

Been going here forever. It is one of the smallest King Soopers in Colorado so inventories are somewhat limited but the folks are nice, Joe in customer service always helpful and it's convenient. Easy in easy out. Pharmacy folks are great!

Dolmas are non-existent in this store. It is also hard to find sushi that is keto or doesn't have rice. One time my delivery driver didn't even find soy sauce or chopsticks.

I have shopped at this king Soopers in the past and have had a great experience. The manger helped me to my car and helped load my groceries and wheelchair into my car. I went shopping today and they had amazing deals so I had a pretty big order, well my cashier Deanna seemed to have a problem with my order, she complained about the number of bags I used on top of my own bags I brought in. She was super sweet to the people in front of me and once I started putting my Items up on the belt her attitude immediately changed. King Soopers you need to talk to your employees about treating all your customers with respect regardless of skin color! So not cool!!

Only two cashiers and nobody to help bag groceries at 11:30 am on a Saturday. The lines are backed up, but there were multiple employees walking the aisles to fill online orders. They poorly prioritized their personnel.

With the new bag system in place, please allow check out lines (not self checkout) to have someone help bag to assist ones who need it (ie : elderly, disabled, pregnant, etc). As I was still trying to bag all of my groceries, the cashier was already checking the next person out and rang all their groceries up already and pushing me through and I am pregnant and can’t go that fast. I come in the mornings because it’s slower and not rushed but today I left the store crying because I hurt myself trying to move so quickly being pushed through. I love this store and come here every week, just want to help other people like myself who may need assistance by giving some feedback. Thank you.

Our family's favorite grocery store in the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are fair and they actually have real people staffing checkout lines if you don't want to be forced into the self-checkout queues like most other grocery stores. I don't work for the grocery store so I shouldn't be forced to scan and bag my own groceries if I don't want to.

What can I say, King Soops is the greatest grocery store ever! Unfortunately, this particular store has some serious room for improvement.The ice cream is stored in freezer troughs rather than closed freezers, so it's always slightly melted by the time you get home.-1 starThey don't have plain chocolate ice cream! Sometimes they'll carry it in Blue Bunny, but it only lasts a few days. My real complaint is the fact that they've carried the same 6 containers of lactose-free Breyers chocolate ice cream which will never be replaced with actual chocolate ice cream because it will never be purchased. I have to drive an extra two miles to get real chocolate ice cream from Walmart which is then slightly melted by the time I get home. (See pervious point)-1 starWe bought donuts today (from the discount rack of course) and they were raw! Each donut had uncooked dough inside. I don't even know how that happens!-1 starOn a final note, I had to wait a few minutes the other day while two women were perusing the ice cream selection. They walked away empty handed... What has the world come to when people can visit the ice cream section without even picking up a $5 pint of Ben & Jerry's before thinking better of it? This sickens me!All that being said, it's still a King Soops! 2/5

1/10/22 - A shoutout to the young man who saved my life, while I was shopping late at King Soopers on Academy and Woodman!! Preparing for a birthday party, this is the time I have no kiddos around and can get something done. I was walking through the store and there was a man who noticed my presence. The way he held himself and smiled, rubbed me the wrong way, but I just kept shopping, trying to get through my list before they closed.Dealing with this new no bag rule, it took me a long time to gather the paper bags I needed and get them filled to lesson the blow of the new "bag tax." Wow, this is starting to feel like the UK with these crazy new taxes... Back on topic. I finally get out of there and the man that creeped me out was parked next to me. Thankfully another man walked out with us, parked on the other side of me. I was thankful for the extra company, but I had so many paper bags, no handles, that it took me time to load them carefully into the car, trying not to tear them.The first car loaded and drove off quickly and the second one had little, but took his time, trying to look busy. I was just trying to move as quickly as I could, but knew I may need a plan B. Thankfully, a young man working for King Soopers, noticed my situation and came out standing between me and the other man. The creepy man, went to sit in his car after the young man walked towards us. I thanked him for his help as I finished loading, got in my car and left.
