Week 6 of calling their office about my Dog Pacer that I have ordered over 2 months ago and still nothing. They have told me they’ve been waiting at the docks and are waiting for a response. They have been saying that for the past 3 weeks. There employees have no manager in office( I asked to speak to them and that’s what they told me). The workers seem to have no sense of urgency nor do they seem to care. I spent $500 for this machine because I love my dog and want her to get the necessary exercise and this company makes me regret that decision with there constant excuses. They don’t seem to have any communication with the company they are dealing with. This company is terrible and if it wasn’t for the love of my dog I would’ve asked for a refund a long time ago.

We have homework and drills to practice at home and that require having our own jumps, weave poles, and lots of other little tools I wouldn’t have known about - our JJ order shipped quickly, and we couldn’t have been happier with the quality of the products!

The collar came quicker than I expected. The quality is excellent. I “earned” some bonus points for signing up and it gave me $$ off that I used for free shipping!!! Not even Amazon Prime could beat that deal!! J&J Dog supplies is great!! I’m planning on some obedience and agility down the road, so I will be purchasing from J&J Dog supplies.Thanks

I have ordered from here in the past and been very happy with the purchase and experience. My experience this time was anything but good and I will not order from here again. I ordered on a Sunday, on Wednesday I called to see the status as it hadn't changed - to be told on back order for 4 - 6 weeks. Was told it fell through the cracks and had I not called I never would have known about the delay. Note the website does not show these items as being on back order. Was told the only way to be sure of the status is to call or email.

Placed an order for a large outdoor dog kennel online. They charged my account over $1,000 but then said the item was out of stock “indefinitely”. Still I had to contact them numerous times and it took them over a week to refund me. I eventually had to contest the charge with PayPal. Would not order here again.Edit To clarify: You probably could have left it at “we’re a small company” and apologized. But pointing fingers at PayPal is entirely inaccurate.I had reached out to J&J within 48 hours of placing the order to ask for my refund and was told my email was being forwarded to another department. I was told I would receive an update once the order was cancelled, yet I received no updates for roughly a week. After no response via email or voicemail- that is when I contested the charge with PayPal, and was promptly refunded within the next 48hours.If J&J had processed the refund within 48 hours and the delay was due to PayPal processing- as your response suggests- then I should have been emailed a status update, as promised. Then, after PayPal had already processed the refund and it was refunded to my bank account, I did receive an email which notified me that the *MANUFACTURER* of the kennel had cancelled the order. I’m now also receiving phone calls, saying my voicemail got lost in an email because someone was on vacation.The issue is entirely due to your company’s lack of communication and not caused by PayPal being slow to process refunds.

EDIT: Returning jump bars to get correct ones! Thank you for fixing this issue! I really appreciate it! I will post back when new bars arrive! Thanks for your prompt attention!----------Ordered some jump bars and they did not look anything like the photos on the website. I sent them images of what I received, and they really didn’t offer to replace them- just said I could return them. Tape was not put on correctly and lots of white space left on one side. (5 foot jump bars) Wish they could have admitted the flaw and replaced, but apparently that wasn’t an option.

Only the best leashes ever! Long lasting, no nonsense, perfect for training or exercise for that perfect pup! The most fantastic customer service as well which, let's face it, is tough to come by these days. Overall loved my experience with J&J. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

J&J is one of my favorite places to purchase training supplies. I trust them and the quality of the products they sell. They are also one of the few places to purchase enamel title pins. I always recommend J&J to my basic obedience students who are looking to purchase correction collars. They have the largest selection I’ve found.

I have placed the same order twice and have still yet to receive my product. Yes, that means I have paid twice!!!! And I have paid shipping twice for some collar links that could just be mailed in the regular mail.To clarify, my first order I did not order the correct size. I measured according to their website but their instructions are inadequate. When I received my first links I sent them the picture of what I needed with a ruler in the photo. I decided to wait for the next order before I shipped anything back. They said it was delivered yesterday. Guess What!!!!!!Is wasn't delivered. Now I am out $20 in shipping and all I ordered was 5 collar links!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely adore these products. Great communication and help with choosing appropriate gear! This is my go-to for all things training, sports, and service dog gear. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD. This gear is also recommended by astounding and recognized service dog program, Guide Dogs for the Blind. Best overall collection of dog gear that I have seen!

Worst service ever!!! I ordered a replacement scent article on July 24th. Just called AGAIN today ( Aug 25) and was told they will check and get back to me. They have not made any effort to contact me at all letting me know that my order was seriously delayed. Every time I call it is the same story, "not sure what the hold up is". The website is very poor, there is no way to see the progress (or lack there of) of your order.

I am giving a one star review at this point only because at least one person today has tried to help me out with a very disappointing situation. Being Canadian, I was attempting to order an item to our hotel while on holiday. I have been given the run around for over a week now, and the last three days politely but determinedly requested that I be helped. This company used to be our go to for so many obedience and other dog sport stuff, with several of us ordering together to help with shipping and duty. It is going to be too late to order the item after repeatedly being told the ordering system glitch will be "fixed". I was made to feel very small and very stupid over the course of my interactions with several client service personnel, which has never happened before. Very minimal apologies after they realized I am not being difficult, there truly is a problem with their system. Of course after being told to wait for 24 hours, nothing, another 24 hours, and still nothing fixed, today I go to order my product, and the price has jumped 20.00 on a clearout item. Fishy?? Just a little. Of course, it can't be fixed til tomorrow. No manager on duty. I have given them an option to resolve the situation and keep me as a customer and keep referring friends and clients. I will update if something happens that will help the situation. As of right now, I won't hold my breath. Very disappointed.

I’m very disappointed in this store. I found a pet cot on a search on sale for $12.99 plus $10 shipping. The regular price was $49.99. When I clicked on the ad, it took me to their website and clearly showed the price at $12.99 plus shipping. However, when I added the item to my cart, the price automatically changes to the original price of $49.99. I emailed the company hoping they’d honor their ad and the response was they didn’t know what happened with the Google search but the regular price was $49.99. However, they didn't even address the fact that the price on their website was $12.99. Buyer Beware!!! Do not shop here. There are too many honorable businesses to deal with. 😡😡😡

HORRIBLE customer service. They cancelled our order. We were waiting for 4 heated pads for our dogs that live in our cabin, waited nearly 3 weeks, then waited until after the Christmas holiday to call, they told us that our order was suspected as fraudulent and were incredibly RUDE to us on the phone. They had 2 addresses and 2 phone numbers, 2 email addresses but didn't notify us that they CANCELLED OUR ORDER.....OUR DOGS ARE COLD! Petsmart gets our business now unfortunately. I see that other people had similar experiences.

I ordered two black leather leashes. The payment and arrival were great, however, the leashes are horrible! The leather is cut so poorly that it is actually sharp. The puppies pulled and literally sliced open our hands! The braiding is not great either. A total waste of money. We cannot use the leashes and we hid them from the dog sitter in fear that she would injure herself severely!

J & J and Ray Allen are the same. Faulty equipment and horrible customer service. More likely to sell you an item without letting you know the pro's and con's, then if you have a problem or if it doesn't work for you, they refer you to a "customer service" rep that is rude.There are plenty of good ethical businesses out there. Shop around for the same item you might want from this company with others because if you had a problem they will most likely tell you to pound sand.

Great leash! The only reason I needed a second one is that I let my dog run around dragging the leash behind her. If you don’t do this I bet it will last a doggie lifetime!

I don't know whats happened to this company in the last 10 years but it has really gone down the tubes...... Here's my rant1 they did away with my 20 years of dealer account2 it took forever to get order completed3 got address wrong(been at the same address 22 years and ALWAYS give my address as eleven twenty five(1125) Whitley rd they shipped it to 125 Whitley rd where does that even come from) shipment delayed a day4 ordered 6 leashes of which 2-6'ft L634 were suppose to be black and was told smaller leashes are'nt available in black received order today and all 6 leashes are burgundy smaller 1s available in black on site5 did'nt send catalogs requested but thats ok i wont be in a rush to business with these people any time soonworst experience I've had in a long time and oh the brass snaps they use are junk and second rate at best I will keep the burgundy leashes because if i send em back i probably never see the black 1sthanks for nothingCharlie Phaneuf II1125 whitley rdMiddlesex Nc
