I recently moved to Colorado and found Furry Friends on Hartsel. Everyone is always so friendly & helpful. I took my two dogs in to have their nails clipped for the first time and Audrey was AMAZING. The groomer was busy so Audrey clipped their nails. My coonhound has black nails and is a nervous dog… Audrey was so good. Thank you very much ! Permanent customer!

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and INFORMATIVE people run this store! I went in looking for dental care options and the young lady recommended the raw beef bones. My dog LOVES them and her teeth look amazing! I went in the other day to inquire about CBD for her anxiety and I got so much helpful information from one of the owners. I scheduled a grooming appointment and I can't recommend this store enough!

EDIT TO HIGHLIGHT POOR RESPONSE FROM OWNER: No apology, no reconciliation. We went to Catology the same day and they were happy to fix the cat the very next day. These people don’t deserve anyone’s business with their poor sportsmanship towards criticism. Just look at all their other weird responses.We were not informed that Crystal had double booked appointments at 9 am.Groomer Crystal didn’t confirm my name or the animal’s.My cat was seen 2nd. I made an early morning appointment on purpose. Worked that evening.We called at 1pm to ask what was taking so long. We were told we could come in to help hold down our cat to speed up the process; and that that is what the owners of the previous cat being groomed did. Also that our cat was “feisty.” It’s not the customer’s job to perform the service and aren’t you supposed to know how to deal with “feisty” as a groomer?The groomer told us that she started grooming 10 minutes after we dropped the cat off, which doesn’t fit in the timeline.She also stated that 10 minutes after dropping the cat off, she almost called us back to pick her up because she thought the cat was injured. I told her that I wish she would have.The groomer was visibly upset and unprofessional in conversation. I was soft spoken and polite with questioning.When we asked why it had taken 4 hours before she’d even been washed, the groomer replied,“You wash them after you get the hair off.”To which I said,” But 4 hours?”Then she responded, “I’m not gonna get grilled because you think I was in here doing something to your cat. Just take your cat and go.”Not once did we make an accusatory statement to warrant a response like that.We were told by the centennial location that we HAD to come to this location to have a cat groomed because the centennial location doesn’t groom cats. Maybe this location shouldn’t groom cats either.I buy literally ALL of my pet supplies at the Centennial location and had a wonderful experience getting my dog groomed there. I don’t understand why going to this location had to be such a bad time.We waited 4-6 weeks for this because we were told we HAD to. I can’t believe I waited for this.4 whole hours to shave half of my cat.Horrible experience and would not recommend feline grooming services at this location to anyone ever.It seems they’ve been getting bad reviews on Crystal for years and just ignore them. I honestly feel a certain level of stupidity for not seeing the red flags when dropping the cat off. I’ve had so many good experiences with this store but this one is the one that stops that. They’ve officially lost my business forever.4 hours for this? It’s shameful. Was it going to take another 4 hours to do the other half? After speaking to a cat-specific groomer, it’s very clear that Crystal might know a bit more about dogs than cats. Stop letting her deal with cats. Especially expensive ones.

Amazing place! Bill was so helpful to us when our kitten got wax in her fur. We ended up getting her some treats to make her feel better and she LOVED everything we got. She’s usually a picky eater and devoured what we got her. I will be going here from now on for my pet needs. I can’t recommend furry friends enough 🖤🖤🖤

I took my two Samoyeds in for grooming. When I picked them up they were absolutely beautiful!!! Crystal and Ashley were both fantastic and shared some good grooming tips with me. I appreciate their knowledge but mostly their compassion and caring nature towards my dogs. Thank you Furry Friends, I am a fan and customer for life!

I absolutely love this place! I work for a rescue and the owners are extremely generous with donating toys, treats, and other high quality items for our dogs and fundraising events. Though Furry Friends is a small, local business, their charitable hearts are massive. I can't count how many times the owners and staff have come through for us!!!Personally, I have bought items for my 4 rescues and will continue to do so. As mentioned above, the quality and customer service are worth going back for... Along with the fact that they are running a company that focuses on their love and care for animals.

Our dogs Love Furry Friends dog Food! They have been eating It for years, they are 8, 9 and 4!!When they were puppies it was hard to find a food they could all eat without having an allergy from it ...Now we don’t worry and feed all three the same food!! Being in the pet business myself I am always recommending Furry Friends to my clients!! Also, we love having our food delivered👍🏻

Our boxers love Furry Friends dog food! We came across this local business during our visit to Colorado Springs when we had our boxer pup with us. Almost a year later, our pup is all grown up and still loves his Furry Friends brand dog food, along with his sisters (ages 1 and 7 yrs). We love the FREE delivery service and we live over an hour away from the shop! We order in BULK - four 30 lb bags - and delivery usually comes quickly within 1 or 2 days. We have switched from the pork to the chicken since our older boxer was loving the pork too much and gained several pounds lol... We are happy to support this small business.

When I moved to the Springs a few years ago, I asked neighbor who they would recommend for dog food and grooming for my older dogs. They said that they went to Furry Friends and that is who I have been coming to ever since. The knowledgeable staff has helped me select what to feed my two as they have gotten older and they always look amazing after being groomed. So I thought it was my turn to recommend Furry Friends to anyone who hasn’t tried them. You will be happy you did!

We came to this establishment for my beagle’s birthday and we got him a few items. One of the items we got him was a cupcake from the fridge section they have, which was recommended by the employee Audrey. She stated that in a couple hours the cupcake would defrost and would be equivalent to a regular cupcake so we got it. We waited a couple hours and the cupcake was harder than ever. I even tried to peel the cupcake liner and it was stuck to the actual product. I called 3 hours later to let them know that the cupcake hadn’t softened and was not edible but was told it was not refundable. Its upsetting bc you pay $6 dollars for 1 cupcake and it’s not even safe for your dog to eat. If you’re a fur parent and care what your dog eats then I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I took my 85lb Shepherd to Heather at the Fillmore location for grooming and I was *thoroughly* impressed. She was kind and helpful, and even have me feedback on how he did.His trim is perfect, he is so shiny, and his denser undercoat is no longer bothering him! So good!

Best pet food store I could imagine, bar none! Our dog loves his food. We switched him to a mix of Anderson's raw beef and Furry Friends chicken twice a day and he tears it up. We love this dog and want to keep him around as long as possible. Don't fall for the negative posts by bots friends, THIS PLACE ROCKS and the owners are wonderful!

Had to hurry and go on a hunt for my pups food and instead of going to my normal store, I decided to stop in at the Centennial location and glad I did because they were super helpful on my puppy it’s also fair priced which is amazing, Awesome people very welcoming!Thanks a ton!!!Also Stella loves her new chew!!

My little man and I absolutely love it here. The hometown feel and organic food is unbeatable. They are just always so attentive and the bakery of treats is absolutely adorable. This is our go to spot for food and treats!!

I have been patronizing this terrific store since it was on Stone, back when we moved here in 2014. My Chiweenie, Perla, does really well on their kibble so that's what she eats. I don't use the self-serve dog wash often now that my furry Blue-heeler mix has died, but it has been a nice option for Perla in the cold winter months. For awhile I used the delivery service, but I like going to the store. I live near Bear Creek Dog Park, so it is a drive. But the store offerings are fantastic and the view of the Front Range from up the hill on Woodmen is great.

I have always had a positive experience each time I have shopped at Furry Friends . I would take advantage of the delivery more often, but I like taking Louie in so he can pick out a rawhide chew for himself .I think the price of the premium food is very reasonable .Ps. Don't take things so literal, please . I say raw-hide , like others say kleenex , for facial tissue . Chill, all is good ....

I don't usually buy our dog food, my wife does. It was in her honeydew list that I pick up a bag of our puppy food. Furry Friends were great and was able to look up the account so I went home with the correct kibble. Thanks Furry Friends!

The owner Bill was so nice from the time we were in, until the time we left. He even gave my big baby pit bull some love and affection, so sweet. Love the selection of treats they have too, my dog def loves it as well. Will def be back!

I just want to share that the 1 star reviews you are reading are completely bogus. I have know one of the owners for years and can attest to her love and care for animals. Unfortunately her business reviews are being tainted by people that were opposed to any business supporting law enforcement. I challenge anyone that doesn’t believe or questions any reviews to go down and view the quality of the stores for yourselves.

I've been buying food from the Woodmen store for a couple of years now and cannot say enough good things about the staff and the owners. They stand behind their products. I send all of my friends to them as well. Don't believe the bot posts on these reviews, I've lived in this city all my life and I'm a real person who shops at Furry Friends, Inc.

If you change grooming prices you should let your regular customers know that have booked appointments. Prices raised from $80 to $105 in the Fall without warning but we said okay due to rising costs. This last visit it went from $105 to $130 again with no warning till checkout. So in a matter of months they raised rates $50 to groom a golden doodle. At least let clients know before check out that you raised rates so we can make an informed decision. The grooming looked good but this is horrible customer service. We try to always support local but this isn’t the way to treat your clients.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left wonderful people and amazing care of our dog we only left our five-year-old husky with them and kept a brand-new puppy but we will be bringing both back soon enough thank you so much for taking great care and making our dog look stunning little beautiful like a brand-new dog

My wife and I were having such a hard time finding a good dog food that our dogs stomach could handle, on top of him also having bad allergies to what seemed to be everything. We came into Furry Friends Inc and Audrey was so informative and helped us find a world changing food for our dog. He is now happier than ever. Would 100% suggest coming to this store for any dog food suggestions or advice.
