Heather is the only person I trust with my dog's grooming from now on.My girl Whiskey has a coat with special needs due to hereditary hormone imbalances, and I always made a point to mention to any new groomer that she has arthritis in her hips so standing can be difficult for her. Heather makes sure to listen and respect these things.Whiskey has left other groomers exhausted, anxious to leave and sometimes even limping. I can only imagine the difference in compassion here because she leaves Furry Friends happy, tail wagging and excited to see me. The quality of the work is also beyond compare. She's always noticeably softer, smoother, shedding SO much less, and she smells great every time. Highly recommend!

We just had both our poodles groomed by Heather! She did an amazing job! We will definitely be going back. She was very nice and she groomed our dogs exactly how we asked her to. The girl working the cash register was also very nice! Nice clean store! Highly recommend!

Best pet store ever! I have a pup with many food allergies and it is challenging trying to find wet foods and treats that she can eat. The owners have gone out of their way to work with us from a list of her allergies and special order food for us. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best!

We followed Heather from the location off of woodmen, she is kind and caring and I trust her with my sweet elderly dog and my very curly doodle rescue. She is communicative and keeps you in the loop with the whole grooming process. At this point I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs. Love her !!!

I've written a number of reviews for this store before. Here is what I would ask if you are reading this... look at those who post negative info and look where their other reviews are from. Most are bots or simply haters. This company is a small business and is owned by hard working people who have served this community for a lifetime and they deserve a chance. If you want to know what really goes on, reach out to me directly, do not simply believe the trash some people write. Google should be ashamed that they don't have any way to drop the easily determined fake posts and actually hurt small businesses. They ignore complaints about their system and policies.

When it comes to dogs health I do recommend Furry Friends. The food is all natural And our dogs love it. We have a corgi with really bad stomach issues and the food here has helped quite a bit. Highly recommend

I have had my mini Australian Shepard groomed at both locations of Furry Friends..During the initial visit the groomer checks my pet for matting, skin care and then describes what type of cut she will be performing...I have nothing but great respect for the owners and their staff, my pup looks great today after her spa day, we will be back in 2 months for another spa day...Thanks again and look forward to seeing you all again.

Went in for my chinchilla furry friend and all they have is for cats and dogs mainly dogs. So don't expect the name to be all inclusive.
